We went with two families and this place is perfect. There is so much space that everyone could have their own privacy. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the train to get anywhere but a nice walk to the market. The host was great. If ever I’m in Seattle again this will be the place!

Was nice and backyard was comfortable for BBQ.

A very convenient location for our family gathering. Close to restaurants, grocery shopping, not far from downtown. On a quiet residential street and in a good neighborhood for walking to nearby parks and business areas. Off-street parking was much appreciated. Kitchen was on the small side and somewhat basic, but navigable.

I was very impressed by the communication! Rebecca was incredibly helpful. The space was perfect for our small group of adult professionals attending a conference- the house had a large living and dining areas as well as enough private bedrooms for all of us. The location was exceptional and we were able to walk to fantastic restaurants! Would stay again on our next trip to Seattle!

We booked this property with 6 adults and an infant for Thanksgiving Week. It was perfect great location with easy access to public transportation. The dining room table was great for family meals and hanging out. Lots of comfy furniture and big enough we didn't drive each other crazy. You can't go wrong booking here!

For a group of friends looking for good value in a great location this is the spot! Clear communication from host. Everyone gets their own bedroom. House is fairly dated, bathrooms could use some handyman fixes and general updating. Upstairs attic is cramped.
Overall, if you want a location right near the Cap Hill action this is a good find.

Property was great, very charming and spacious, and in a fantastic and safe part of town, easy access to everywhere, would book this again next time in Seattle.

Location was great. It’s an a older house & a bit quirky & worn for the cost. Although living room/dining room/kitchen were fine, there are only 2 showers (one very tight one off kitchen) for all those beds (10 of us). Top floor bedroom was unusable due to difficult access & it was so hot. Out building rooms/beds were ok in the one but no shower & the other was again, unusable due to the temps without much ventilation. I can see a large group of young adults using this but rough & odd bedroom setup otherwise.

The house and location were great with quick access to downtown and Pikes market There were 12 in total from age 7 to 80 House was old but fairly well maintained, clean, and there was plenty of room. The 17 yo loved the one bedroom out back and my 21 yo Daughter and I took the 2 bedroom garage apt. A little warm during the day but cooled down nicely at night. The third floor of the house sleeps 4 but only the nimble footed should attempt the stairs and is hot even at night. Lots of foot traffic on the street but not too crazy. Good front porch watching. 😊

Traveled with 10 students and two chaperones. Everyone had a place to sleep and we did not feel crowded. The large dining room table was used daily for meals and great talks throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house. Very conveniently located to major attractions and the conference center.

This space was amazing and had a couple of separate private spaces outside of the house. Beautiful house and lovely accommodations!

We were very happy with the booking! The house is well equipped, and approx 40 mins from the airport via the subway. It was also a reasonable walk to Pike Market (40 mins) or a reasonable Uber. Same can be said for the space needle or Climate Pledge Arena. We cooked our own New Years feast, and also ate at some DT restaurants. Grocery stores were also nearby. We hope to be back and would definitely suggest this property!

The home was lovely and the neighborhood was great, easy to get around and lots of options nearby. The manager was responsive. Their were some things that need attention: water temp was difficult to regulate in shower on main floor and seemed like temp was set too high, we used the oven once and it made the drawer below so hot a family member got burned, furnace struggled to keep the house at a comfortable temp, main bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed, all things a handyman could easily fix

The property was convenient for a large group of women traveling from different areas. It's close to a rail station from the airport and fairly walkable to the downtown attractions.
The house is a bit older so there are some quirks. Limited counter space in the kitchen but there's a nice big dining room table and living room for everyone to gather around. Some bedrooms are difficult to access if you have mobility issues and others are separate from the main house, which is great for a little privacy but lacks some convenience. One shower is a bit tight and the tub/shower was a bit tricky for some of our shorter, older guests to get into and out of, which is just something to be aware of. There was no shortage of hot water, plenty of towels and blankets, we had everything else that we needed and Safeway was only 2 blocks away for groceries.
It was easy to communicate with the owner and she responded quickly to one minor maintenance issue.
Overall, the location worked for our group and the house was affordable for a long weekend.

Property was central to everything, near multiple transit lines. House a bit run down, had funny smell - we ended up leaving house doors open to air out when we were there since could not open any 1st floor windows. overall met our needs, had plenty of space for our 2 families.

We stayed in the house seven nights for a family wedding. We had up to14 people in our group for a couple of days during our stay and the house accommodated our group size well. Excellent location with easy access to Capital Hill, Lite Rail, Space Needle and downtown Seattle. Excellent communications made for an easy process. Would stay again in the future if we are looking for a house in Seattle.

A perfect gathering for friends!
This was the perfect place for us! We needed something to host all of our friends who were in town for our wedding and this checked all the boxes. Plenty of space and a good neighborhood for exploring! Rooms were clean and we had no issues whatsoever.

Great location, perfect for big groups!
This property was perfect for our group - 11 college students attending a professional conference. The bus stop was right around the corner which made it so easy to get to the convention center every morning. Everyone had their own room and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We did have a few small complaints:
1) the house was cold nearly the whole time we were there. We arrived late at night and the heat had been turned way down, making for a very cold first night. It did warm up after that but the heat had to be set extremely high to make the temperature comfortable. There were, however, plenty of blankets to help.
2) both of the showers are quite crammed
3) the door to the master does not shut
Otherwise, this property was awesome and everyone in our group would highly recommend!

Wonderful family Christmas vacation
Great property. Close to downtown Seattle. Short walk to the newer light rail - great way to travel in the city. The house was perfect and was well represented in the listing by Rebecca. Our family was comfortable staying there. Even with additional family members who live in Seattle visiting for dinner, we had plenty of room to entertain.
Rebecca communicated well with us prior to the stay as well as during our stay.
Great choice.

Great Location, Wonderful for Families
We needed a place for two families to stay over Thanksgiving and this place fit the bill. The kiddos loved the clawfoot tub and the spiral staircase. The fireplace heaters kept it cozy and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the bungalow. The extra full size fridge in the basement was handy too. Wish it had been warmer out because the yard is lovely.

Great location!
Wonderful location with quirky layout. Most important to note that parking MPRE than two vehicles is nearly impossible as street parking is rare. Also, only three sleeping spaces have privacy (one in main house and each of the separate units) and only one has a private toilet (the larger separate unit). Overall great experience.

Perfect house in the city for extended families
This house was exactly as described on the listing and through communication with the host. It is an older home full of charm and quirks. We LOVED it! The multiple spaces may not be for everyone, but it was perfect for our group of several different family members. Beds were all very comfortable and the main level floor (living and dining rooms) were perfect for game nights and meals. It did get a little warmer than usual for Seattle, so the upper rooms did get a bit hot but fans were available and cross ventilation helped. The location was perfect for easy walks to parks, restaurants, stores, morning coffee, as well as public transportation. Rebecca quickly responded to the few questions we had on arrival. She communicated well with me throughout the process of this rental. I would strongly recommend this to any family that likes to spend quality time together exploring this wonderful city.

Fun family place in perfect Capital Hill location!
This charming old Capital Hill house is funky with plenty of space for family members to spread out and enjoy gathering. Cute bungalow with a bathroom was a brilliant option for a couple. Kids loved the loft. Great BBQ and well appointed kitchen! Bathrooms a little old, but do the trick. Great walking spot to all restaurants on Broadway and 15th. Loved it!

Centrally located house great for many
We were surprised at how centrally located the property was. Being in Capitol Hill was a blessing. The groomsmen party and I had an absolute BLAST here and we'd recommend to anyone who's looking into adventuring around Seattle.

Bathrooms aren’t good
It is not 6 bedrooms house which was showing in advertising. There is enough beds but not bedrooms. Kitchen and living area was excellent. Bathrooms are too small. In shower you can stand but can’t move. Faucets water flow was terrible. It was hard to adjust the temperature. I will not rent this place again
