The property was close to the attractions we were in the area to see. The property was easy to find thanks to owner's directions. Area was quiet and we had no concerns for our safety. Very nice view from the balcony with good seating. We are very satisfied with the property and will stay there again when we return to the area.

If you’re looking for a great centrally located place to stay near Sedona, this is the perfect place to stay. The check in was easy and the accommodations were exactly as expected.

If you are looking for upscale, luxury accomodations, move on, this is not for you. The apartment is a bit rough and quirky, but overall clean and comfortable and affordable. The upside is the scenic view and the location. So close to Jerome, the Verde Canyon train station, Cottonwood, Sedona, and Page Springs vinyards. You can easily visit all those places, then come back to peace, quiet, no traffic, and an amazing view.

Enjoyable. Furniture is a bit dated, but we didn’t spend much time there so not a big deal. Would stay again.

This place is great. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very spacious, clean and awesome view from the top patio. It's mins away from Jerome and Cottonwood and 20mins from Sedona. Will definitely be back.

lots of pots and pans. few dishes, one bowl, one of the two lights was out in the kitchen.
i do not know or recall if the reviews stated there were outside stairs to climb to get to unit. no outside light for the stairs at night.. rope lights would have been nice.
t.v. had limited reception. do not know if it was all over or just this unit.
king bed and heater were great.
shower was good and a view out the kitchen windows was very nice also. unit was quiet and clean, shared patio area was great..
the empty flower pots outside could be consolidated to one place, possibly emptied of cigarette butts...however,.enjoyed stay would return.

Perfect for our Verde Valley Getaway
Accurately described in the listing. Small apt-style residence with everything needed for a comfy stay. Enjoyed the shared deck and the quaint little down-town. Smelter Town brewery was excellent! Food along the old-town Cottonwood strip was good as any we’ve had.

Clarkdale lodge
Super cute well appointed little apartment with fantastic views from the top floor on the corner. Location was perfect, right in between Cottonwood and Jerome and Clarkdale is a sweet little town with a great brewery and two places to eat both of which were great and the locals were all really nice and welcoming. We will go on the Clarkdale kayak tour next time as well as catch the Verde train which we could walk to the depot.

Comfortable, convenient, great value and views!
This was the perfect place to stay in the Sedona area. Close to town, shopping, gas, restaurants, Montezuma, Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona without all the traffic! Immaculately clean, excellent communication, other guests were friendly, dogs were welcome and well behaved. Our host, Daniel, supplied soaps, dishwashing sponge and towels, lovely bath towels, hair dryer, coffee, filters, creamers, sugar, spices and many nice touches to make our stay very pleasant! Would highly recommend!

Quite relaxing
Off the beaten path a bit, but for us, that's exactly what we're looking for when we visit AZ wine country. Short drive to both old town and Jerome, pick up your bottles and utilize the back patio WONDERFUL views of the valley. Hope to visit again soon! Cheers, ~Jason

Great place
We enjoyed the great views of the area's mountains and hills. It was fun to watch the trains come and go. The town was interesting with its 1900's homes and buildings.

Girls Weekend
Clean, quiet, beautiful view, comfortable bed and plenty of room to relax. Adorable safe little town to explore on foot and close enough to take an uber to Jerome if you don't feel like dealing with parking on a busy weekend. We would love to comeback and stay longer.
Thank You

Cute and great location.
This was nicely situated in the center of town. It is an old building with all the character of its age. It was clean and the amenities were nice. The Shared back porch is a nice place to hang out and star gaze at night!

Loved it.
The property is well maintained. Check in is super easy. I found the communication with manager professional. Location is awesome. It is between Jerome and Old town Cottonwood which worked well for us. The views are awesome. Also within walking distance to Su Casa a good Mexican restaurant, 10 12 Lounge a very good bar which has bands on the weekend. Charlottes for breakfast was an awesome surprise. Best Breakfast ever.

Very good
We had a very good stay
Great to have 2 TVs
It would have been nice if the windows had been clean on the outside. When the sun shone on them in the afternoon you could not see outside at all.
Our view was fabulous when we could see out.
Would stay there again

Cute and quaint little apartment
We spent the day hiking in Sedona and decided to stay in Clarkdale that evening. We had a great meal in cottonwood and really enjoyed the clarkdale lodge. I would have liked if the bathtub had a spigot to fill the tub instead of just a shower fixture but everything else was nice. Beautiful views on the shared upstairs patio.
