There were 5 of us in town to ski Beaver Creek and Vail. The location was located right by bus stops going to Vail and Beaver Creek.
Robert was quick to respond with questions and helpful in getting a left behind item mailed to us.

Location was close to Walmart, shops, grocery. Just down the road from Beaver Creek. Easy access to I 70 and Vail in a few minutes. This property was quiet and relaxing. Look for Balk Eagles just outside in the tall trees overlooking the stream that runs behind the property. The condo is very large and comfortable. With two floors, there is space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Teenagers liked having their own bedrooms. The cable TV was very much appreciated. The kitchen is a bit small and can easily get crowded, but we managed. Appliances and bathroom are fantastic. What we loved most about Robert's place is that we could bring our dog with us and still stay in a nice place. We didn't have to decide between our pet and a vacation. We loved staying here and thank Robert so, so much for providing an affordable place where families can share the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. TIP: For a really fun day adventure, try Sylvan Lake State Park. Its way up in the mountains, with lots of beautiful surroundings. Thanks again Robert for a great stay!!!

Worked well for our group and dogs. Good value for the area and convenient location to skiing, the restaurants/shops in Avon, and nearby towns like Edwards. Agree with others that could use more towels and toilet paper.

Nice place to stay if you want to ski both Vail and Beaver Creek. Centrally located and easy to shopping, restaurants, and resorts. Unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. My family had a great time here and would come back again.

The owner is very responsive and easy to get a hold of through VRBO. One bed was full of dog hair and dander but based on previous comments I checked right away and washed the sheets. I think this is a self clean unit or else done by someone I would never hire. Crumbs in the kitchen etc.
It is two flights up to the unit. The stairs were murder on me. The kitchen needs a blender or food processor. Otherwise it is well implemented. The coffee maker is Krups only. Only one bedroom can hear the creek. The others hear the loud highway 6 and parking lot clatter. The bathrooms are nice but getting the water temperature correct takes at least 15 min. Not sufficient towels or washcloths but plenty of blankets.
TV and stations are great. Good location.

My family loved staying here. Mr. Marshall was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice & roomy. Close to Beaver Creek & Avon. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. Listening to the rushing water is so refreshing.
Our only significant issue was that the bathrooms were clean when we arrived. But Rob was very responsive and caring.
There are slight issues with some of the lights.
Wifi & cable worked well.

Easy access to the highway and close to the resorts we were working at.

The location was perfect. Easy to get to beaver creek or vail. Dog friendly was the reason we choose this location as it is also affordable. It wasn’t very clean. We found underwear in the double bunk room which made we question if the sheets were clean. We only had 3 towels and were sharing them until about 3 days into our week long trip when we found the rest in the dryer. Personally, I felt there should have been extra towels someplace due to the fact it can host 8 guests. There was no dishwasher detergent and only the 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms so we had to purchase our own. Again, I feel these things should be available in triplicate so guests don’t run out or have to purchase on our own. We’ve stayed at several locations skiing this season, dog friendly or not, and this one had a great location and it was dog friendly but I question the upkeep and attention it gets. I hope the owner will take this review and make some tweaks and maybe check on how the housecleaning service really cleans before guests rent the place. I would definitely stay there again if these things are addressed as I don’t think it’s too much to ask or expect at a VRBO.

A good place to stay for a ski vacation. Was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Recommend for families.

Although the property could use a fresh coat of paint, it is overall very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook except a sharp knife (the one there is like a hacksaw). Realistically it's about 40-50 minutes to get on the slopes at Beaver Creek from the apartment, but I didn't mind the 20 minute walk to the BC Elk Lot. It was quite beautiful. I would stay here again.

Very nice location, close to all stores and restaurants very convenient.

The condo is obviously one of the older complexes is Avon, but the bathrooms and kitchen clearly have recieved some nice updates. The location is great for easy access to town and has a bus stop right there. Although the unit could still use some "love and upgrades" on the maintenance and bring side, it worked just fine for us and was a good price for its size and location.

Highly recommend for skiing trips in the winter and could see it being equally great for summer/hiking.

My family stayed here for my mini-wedding and it was perfect! The day before our stay the area was expecting a lot of snow, so Robert called and offered us to check in a night early to avoid the rough driving conditions. It was greatly appreciated! The room itself was great and we loved the views! The place was clean, large and great for the family.

While I rated this rental a 5 star, the rating is based on meeting our needs. The location is fabulously convenient and way easy to getting where you want to go. The accommodations were a nice 3-4 star. The pet friendly exception made our family vacation a family vacation, thank you Robert! The kitchen made having breakfast a breeze. We ate out in town of Avon and Vail Village rest of time so the kitchen was not fully tested. I slept in the bunk room and the mattress was not my usual temperpedic. Perfectly fine for ski trip and kids though. Overall, It's the kind of place that really grows on you and your thankful to come back to. My (kranky) friend who joined us was not initially wowed. Yet, eventually offered his appreciation for the entire experience, he withdrew his desire for ski-in ski-out. He cited its convenience, homeyness and price point as its attributes. Overall, its a homey ski vacation home that worked beautifully for our 4 adults and Mr. Finn (a French Bulldog).
Thank you Marshalls for sharing your Home with us! We'd love to come back.

This Avon condo was nice and in a great location for Vail and Beaver Creek. Plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. And we were very close to Edwards restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation very much!

leave the white noise machine at home.

This is a 3rd floor condo with good ventilation for the summer heat. It was in the upper 80's; however with the windows open, we were able to stay relatively cool during the day and cool at night. I have stayed in places with little ventilation in the valley and its downright miserable with the heat. The condo was clean with a new washing machines and recently remodeled bathrooms (by the looks of it). Showers are huge and plenty of space for my party of 5. Internet is fast. The location was perfect as it splits the distance between Vail and Edwards (family) while being 5 minutes from the base of Beaver Mountain for hiking. I will would definitely stay here again.

The owner was great to work with. I would stay there again.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, GREAT SIZE, LARGE SHOWERS, COMFORTABLE BEDS. EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT IN A CONDO STAY IN THE MOUNTAINS.

Google Maps and other tools are not accurate for this address. Be sure to get detailed directions before driving to condo - especially at night during a storm.
Would come here again!

The condo was very nice. The only downfall was there was not a door on the master bedroom to cut down on the noise from downstairs. We had a great time.

Great location. real fire place. close to everything

Very peaceful get away from everyday life. Being on the top floor, there is an amazing view over the river. It’s soothing to lay in the living room by the fire and listen to the river flow after a long day of skiing. There are TVs in every room with cable, and all the furniture is new. The bathrooms are all completely remodeled. Only 5 minutes away from Vail village, you are very close to great restaurants and night life, but at the same time you get that authentic mountain serenity we all desire!
