In the living & dining space you’ll find the stunning newly built kitchen. With granite countertops, massive island, french door refrigerator, dishwasher, & a 6-burner gas stove & double oven, the chef of the group will be absolutely delighted to make this kitchen their work space!
The dining table seats 7 w/ an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen island. There is an outdoor dining area w/ seating for 4 on the adjacent deck.
The lower level of the home is the master bedroom w/ a king bed, HDTV w/ cable & an ensuite bathroom w/ double vanity, jacuzzi bath & walk in shower. The second bedroom, also on the lower level, has two queen beds & access to a hallway bathroom with a single sink & shower/tub combo. The third bedroom w/ 2 sets of twin bunk beds & an HDTV is on the main level & shares access to a full hallway bathroom w/ a single sink & shower/tub combo.
There's parking spaces for 2 cars: a single car garage & 1 driveway space. Additional guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis in limited shared complex parking area. Even though this is a townhome complex, there are no shared amenities such as pool or hot tubs.
Pets: 1 dog 35lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog.

I really enjoyed our ski trip in this house. It's an 8 min walk to the heavenly gondola and within an hour drive of many other resorts. The house itself was well stocked with kitchen supplies and wasn't missing anything I'd expect a rental house to have. The host, RnR, provided a ton of information about the area and was easy to contact by phone or text. It was also a convenient walk to many restaurants, the casinos, and the Tahoe waterfront. I'm already thinking about coming back

Overall my stay here was good. The location is great! Description of the property is acurate. I hate to write anything negative about this place but I felt the condo could've been cleaner. The dining room table had old food and crumbs from previous guests stuck in between the surface lines. Other than that everything was pretty good. A little wear and tear but thats expected. I would recommend this property to all!

All of the guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The living room/great room area is very comfortable and inviting. I don’t know about all of the beds, but the master bed is very comfortable with awesome pillows too! Location is great and you can walk to so many places in South lake Tahoe, including the casinos, and the gondola, depending on where you’re looking for. Also, I had a couple random questions upon check-in and the realty office responded very promptly with answers . I would just suggest that they have the condo stocked with coffee, sugar/stevia, and creamer

The best part of this rental was the proximity to shops, the lake, and dining. The property and community is was beautiful. Accurrate property desciption. The only thing was the carpets. I was uncomfortable with how dirty the rugs were due to being asked to not use shoes in the property. Our group used socks the whole time while indoors. The floors were clean but the rugs around the house inlduing bedrooms looked stained and dirty.The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Loved the 3 full bathrooms. Would have enjoyed alittle patio table in the master bedroom patio. Overall great experience and location. Would deinfinetly recommend.

The home was very clean, bright and had everything we needed for the most part. It is a little more tired than the photos show. We were not pleased with the gas stovetop that needed fixing 2 knobs were very loose and it was hard to turn off the flame. The connection was being held together with electrical tape. Apparently parts and fixing the problem is on the to do list. I did not feel it was safe as someone unfamiliar with gas stove tops would have likely walked away not knowing the flame was still on as it was subtle. We also had issues with the TV remote - it kept cycling through channels and was not working.

Everything worked out well, a few notes: A little confusing getting in, the instructions I read a few times, didn't mention an outer door, and the inner doors aren't labeled, so it's a little detective work but after 7 or 8 minutes we figured it out (it was 1am in our defense, and we were tired! LOL) The arcade game shown was one reason we chose this unit, but it did not function at all. :-( There was a rattle in the upstairs vent system as the A/C ran, not major - we shared with the management folks. Otherwise, it was great, I'd give it 8.9 out of 10! Everything was clean, nice, and the location was perfect.

Since this was our first trip to the Tahoe area we had no idea what would be a good location for lodging. We couldn't have picked a better place. The unit was spacious and beautiful. Surrounded by trees to give you the mountain woods feel. But within a 5 minute walk you can be at shops and restaurants where we enjoyed so many options of good food and live music. Walk jus a few minutes further the other direction you're at the beach! It really is the perfect place to stay in South Lake Tahoe!!

We had a great week of skiing. The condo was close to gondola restaurants and stores. The property was well maintained and managed.

Cozy with everything we needed
Walked in with jazz music playing which was a great touch. Overall the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable with different types of pillows to choose to sleep on which was great! Was looking to stay at the property again during the summer but unfortunately it's booked.

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautiful, but the conditions skiing in the Lake Tahoe area are
just too unpredictable. We had to
forego our last two nights and lost
over $800 with no credit or refund due to forecast of snow and need to get out of
the higher elevation before roads closed. Such a shame to have not been able
to take advantage of a lovely condo and ski area. Heavenly is a beautiful area, but they just didn’t have enough snow to operate
the lifts. This is our third trip
to the area and all have been a wash out. I say only visit if you can be flexible.

We loved this property! It is in walking distance to everything you need! The views are gorgeous too! The property is tucked away and so quiet and clean. We will definitely rent here again in the near future!

Everything was great with our stay. This was my 5th time staying at South Lake Tahoe and this was by far the nicest rental yet. The A/C in particular :)
It is dog friendly but was a little less convenient with the stairs and stuff rather than a door right to a yard but we made it work. Please was spotless and well stocked.You can not beat the location - just 2 min walk to Heavenly and easy access by car to get in and out of the area as well.

Great location
End unit was great, location was great, surrounding neighborhood not quite as good. New complex and still under construction which was not idea but also was not as bad as it could have been. Unit was fairly clean (was left cleaner when we left), lots of pet hair under the tables and chairs (we did NOT have any pets). Location was perfect, short walk to all the action and also the water. Unit was very nice. Kitchen lacked a few supplies. We would defiantly stay here again (already planning a trip back this winter). My truck would not fit in the garage and parking anywhere other than the drive way was prohibited.

Best service quality ever
We are big holiday renters, in the US and oversees and I have to say that we have never seen a rental property so well decked out. We brought a lot of cooking, cleaning and personal hygiene products and did not need anything, so well was the service offering in the unit. Bravo to the caring team.
