About this apartment rental
The Weatherly is beach-themed, up 15 stairs (handrails both sides) to second level. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, living room with ocean balcony, and king bed in bedroom on the back (street) side.
This upstairs condo has it all... a queen bed in the bedroom, and full-size kitchen stove and oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, gas fireplace in the living room, and hair dryer plus tub/shower combo in the bathroom. The Weatherly is one of ten condos in our building.
Beach access is just 50 gentle steps away, with handrail on one side, and also a driving ramp.
Kitchen equipped for 4 guests, with pots/pans, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker...everything but a dishwasher!
Sleeps 2-4 people; queen bed in the bedroom, and a double sleeper couch in the front room has all the linens to make into a double bed. The affordable price makes this ocean view condo a treasure!
Samsung smart TV and wifi.
Extra folding chairs and table games located in closet.
The shower head over the tub is low; we have no idea why the original builder plumbed it that way, but don't be surprised. Our water pressure is great, and makes up for any inconvenience with the odd shower head!
No smoking in condo, or on balconies. No pets or animals allowed.
Our Cancellation Policy is Relaxed and allows 100% rent refund up until 14 days prior to your stay. FYI, if you find it necessary to cancel at any point between booking or 14 days prior, we must charge a small 5% processing fee to cover our expenses.
One block away from Highway 101, easy walking to restaurants and souvenir shops.
Beach access is via 50 gentle stairs (with two handrails) or a paved ramp to drive onto the beach! In fact, during April - Sept, many people like to park their cars on the beach (right below the condo) when the tide is out! But twice a day, the tide rolls in, and clears everybody out!!!
No pets allowed. Please do not ask to bring a favorite animal. It just doesn't work to mix animals, and folks with allergies in our private condo. I cannot host guests with dogs, because I have other guests, who specifically ask me for "allergen-free" rooms. I do not have pet-friendly rooms.
Parking in a beach town is challenging but manageable. We have 11 off-street parking spaces. Some will accommodate large vehicles, others will not. If you are driving a small vehicle, please be considerate and choose a small parking space. Please be aware that a large 4-door truck may find parking in our lot challenging, and you might find it more comfortable to park on a side street.
At check-in, we issue one parking permit for our lot, and vehicles without permits will be subject to towing.
Extra vehicles can find parking on the side streets of 15th and 14th Streets. Please be advised, that Lincoln City writes tickets if vehicles park in their lot across the street between 1-5 a.m.
Bring your own BBQ to enjoy at the beach, or bring some newspaper and kindling to light a campfire on the beach! (The driftwood is often wet and hard to start without dry wood, but burns great once going!)
At time of booking, you can view our House Manual to receive our Welcome Letter and access info for the front door key lockbox. You can let yourself into our condo anytime after 4 pm.
We love the immediate beach access from the Weatherly condo! Walk the beach, looking for glass floats among the cliffs and sea grass. Fly kites, or enjoy a beach campfire. Spin a doughnut in the sand with your vehicle...yes, they all are permitted on this section of beach!
Only one off-street parking spot is included with this condo. If our parking lot is full, feel free to park on a side street. You can also park across the street in the City parking lot, but NOT during 1-5 am, or the city will tow your car :(

We'll be back
Very nice room with an awesome view and easy access to the beach. Only issue was some very loud noise from cars doing donuts on the beach late at night. Fortunately, these events were fairly brief.

Great Trip/Great Location
We chose this property to celebrate our anniversary and the owner took the time to leave us an anniversary card and even left some peanut butter-filled M&Ms! Everything was clean and functional. Access was easy and worked exactly as promised. The property location was awesome! It sits right above the paved beach access in the heart of town. There was plenty to do within walking distance.

Great value for the price
Not the newest, not the greatest, but what a great value. The room was clean and easy to find. The warning about the parking was on point, so follow the instructions that were sent, and if you ever had a room with a full kitchen, wash the dishes before you use them. I am not blaming the cleaning staff, but the previous guest. Other than that, will visit again, thanks!

Property management
I don’t know how much I paid in fees but part of those fees go to a property manager and they are failing this owner. The property manager knew furniture had been damaged previously and did not replace it which makes owner look bad. When property owner found out we didn’t have chairs and we were told to go buy them and be reimbursed on our vacation that’s not what we planned to donon our vacation. Also, how do you not have a wine opener in wine country?

Ocean views
We stayed here while in town for a wedding; we could not have made a better choice. Location is great. It is literally only a few steps from being in the sand and in the ocean. There is nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach just outside your window. This suit was a perfect size for our small family of three. Everything was clean and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very short walk to ocean, beautiful view from balcony window, very clean bathroom. Kitchen could have wine bottle opener, pot holders and salt. Not all burners worked on stove.

We have stayed here before and were looking forward to doing so again, unfortunately, do to unforeseen circumstances, the room got double booked and all other rooms were filled as well so we were unable to stay here this trip. The manager was truly sorry for the hassle and gave us a full refund with all apologies. We will definitely try here again on our next visit. The lowest star ratings are due to not actually getting to stay this visit and for VRBO confirming a non-usable reservation, On all previous occasions it has been five star all the way and I expect it to be so for the next visit.

Winter getaway
We had a lovely stay. The condo is perfect for a couple (and the price can’t be beat)! The owner of the property answered any questions we had (before and during stay) very promptly, and sent people immediately to help us when we couldn’t figure out how to get the fireplace to turn on. Our primary goal when visiting the Coast is to be able to watch the ocean from our place and have easy access to the beach. This condo fits both of those goals! The only reason we rated the location a 4 instead of a 5 is because the condo is immediately above the area of the beach where cars drive onto the beach and people can build campfires there. It was okay in the winter (but more crowded than we had anticipated) but we are concerned that it would be very loud at night in the summer months when more people have evening parties on the beach directly below the condo. Other than that, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have even suggested that our son and his partner stay here for a few days next January when they visit from New York City.

Loved this place
This property was great overall, and a super value for the money. Would definitely recommend it to others. Very quiet condo - we never heard other tenants at all. The bed was super comfortable! The only issue was that the chain inside the toilet tank came off a couple of times and we had to dive in to fix it. Perhaps new "innards" should be installed? Other than that, no issues.

Winter Trip
The weather was harsh but the room was warm and comfortable. We enjoyed our mid-winter stay. We did a lot of wave watching and liked seeing the extreme tides. We had several minor problems and people were quick to help us.

Perfect Babymoon
We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless and the private balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. Falling asleep to the waves every night was exactly what we needed! Being from Canada and therefore unable to use our cell phones to make calls or send texts made it difficult to communicate with the property owners or managers because we could only email on this site and they don't seem check that as often. We really didn't need much because everything was great overall! Might be a good idea to put a no smoking sign on the balconies because we found it very unfortunate to have people smoking on the balcony below us. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect getaway
My husband and I took advantage of our boy being away at camp and snuck away to this condo. It’s in a great location, couldn’t ask for better. At first I found the cars on the beach distracting until it proved to be very entertaining watching so many get stuck and try to make their way out. We sat on the deck at times, narrating the various spectacles, giggling to ourselves.
The unit is exactly as pictured. Kitchen is clean & functional, bed is comfy, lounge chair is my new best friend. Would highly recommend!

Nice stay
A breath taking view, great location, good parking. The only minus was the kitchen cabinets and wooden chairs. They could use a good scrubbing. Only two burners were working but we mostly ate out , so that wasn't a big deal. Thank you.

Great location but the house needs upgrades
Great location except for everybody driving on the beach. The sliding glass door handle was broken on arrival. The recliner chair where the head rests is wore out and cracked need a new piece of furniture if you’re going to rent it out for that price. My RV trailer shower is better than the one in the house. Last but not least my wife swept the kitchen floor and found some type of prescription pill just under the tow kick. And my three-year-old son says look candy !! Not cool... I have pictures of everything but no place to post it on here.

Comfort with a View
Well equipped, one-bedroom condo with a great ocean view. Only complaints: one towel stank of cigarettes and two of the burners on the stove did not function. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay and the property.

Had a lovely weekend in this nicely appointed condo. I cannot say enough about the view, it could not be more perfect. Watched the sunset and saw whales from our balcony. The condo is close to everything, i would stay again for certain.

Nice !
We loved the ocean view. The place was clean and nicely updated. I would have given it 4 stars, but, a few things didn't work how we were there. I do want to report that they were immediately taken care of by the owner. She also gave us a nice credit on our payment. If only all owners were that responsive. I commend her. All in all we enjoyed our stay and our wonderful view.

Clean and comfortable
Property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel at home. The beach out front is busy most of the time, but would definitely recommend staying.

great view!
I love the decor of the place. What really stands out is the view, wow! We saw lots of whales, 3 of which who surfaced at the same time which was neat. Plus you get to see the cars roll onto the beach and people watch as they fly kites, and comb the beach for treasures!
