About this apartment rental

New owners and property management as of July 2011. Many upgrades have been made subsequently including, a new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, a new hot tub, new fireplace and new carpeting throughout. Please read below for more information.

We encourage everyone visiting Deer Valley to check out the IKON pass. It can be a real bargain, particularly if you have children between the ages of 5-12.

Our goal is to provide for your complete comfort and satisfaction during your stay. And we aim to be competitive with any other properties. Please contact us to discuss.

Welcome to our non-smoking, all-season condo on Deer Valley Drive. We can host 2 - 6 guests comfortably. This condo is our second home, and it is outfitted to make it feel like yours too.


Location: A 5-10 minute walk to the lifts of Deer Valley or step across the street to the Deer Valley Parking lot and let the free shuttle whisk you up to the slopes. Let Deer Valley hold your skis for the night in their complimentary ski valet. Heading to Park City for dinner and shopping is a quick 5 minute ride on the free shuttle bus that stops directly in front of the condo. It is an even quicker trip to the town lift.

When making your rental decision, please consider this: Take a look at the televisions in the other units you are considering renting. Do they have a tiny TV in a woodbox next to the fireplace...or even still have tube TVs? Upgrading televisions is a relatively inexpensive and easy upgrade. If they haven't installed a large flat panel TV then consider the condition of the remainder of the condo. Also, are they using an impersonal corporate property manager? And how much do they require you do at departure? All we ask is to run the dishwasher.
A summary of our upgrades follows:
2024 - Mini Split Air Conditioning
2023 - New Washer/Dryer. New Hottub cover.
2021 - Finished Master Bathroom renovation. New sink, toilet and shower.
2020 - All new kitchen! Renovated bathrooms.
2017 - New furnace and sleeper sofa.
2014 - New kitchen and dining room lighting. New windows on the mountain side.
2013 - New living room furniture, refrigerator, garbage disposal, a new back door and a keyless entry system.
2012 - New grill, outdoor cushions and upgraded décor.
2011 - New hot tub, carpet, water heater, fireplace, all electronics in every room, wifi, curtains, all kitchen ware and décor.

Fees: Make sure to compare total costs not just nightly rates. We charge a nightly rate, sales tax and VRBO adds their fee. Many other units add on cleaning fees, booking fees, management fees, etc, etc. We do not add any nuisance fees.

TV: Enjoy the 55” plasma over the fireplace and watch a movie on the DVD player or stream a movie from your streaming accounts. Each of the two bedrooms has a 32” plasma TV and a DVD player. We have a Roku system for the TV in the main room.

Hot tub: Private 6 person on the patio. Installed in August '11. Six person...pour a glass of wine and savor the view of the slopes and the Deer Valley ponds.

Bedrooms/bathrooms: Each of the two bedrooms has a King bed and there is a Queen sleeper sofa with a pillow-top mattress cover in the living area. The condo has two fully remodeled bathrooms with granite countertops and above counter vessel sinks. One of the bathrooms has a luxurious glass wall shower.

General: Our condo has a private washer and dryer. High speed wireless Internet and cable TV. Heated underground garage with an elevator that is just steps from the front door. This makes loading and unloading comfortable in the protected environment. However, there is no need for a car with the free Park City shuttle conveniently located in front of the condo. Each bedroom and the main living area has it’s own humidifier…no need to cart one from room to room. Upon arrival go directly to the condo without having to check in at an off-site location.

Our property management company can be your concierge; they can make arrangements for most activities in the valley including transportation, child care and grocery shopping assistance.

Summer: Bring a book and enjoy the breeze through the Aspen trees off the HUGE deck. The trees shade the unit keeping it comfortable on the warmest days. A large fan also does the trick.

35 - 40 minutes to the Salt Lake City International Airport.

This was our fifth time staying in Comstock Lodge and each unit has been lovely. The location really can’t be beat, with just a 5-7m walk up to the base. We especially appreciated this unit’s renovated bathrooms, kitchen, and new washer dryer. Highly recommend!!

Our family stayed here in March and it was truly a special time! The location is excellent and very convenient (with three kiddos: 9, 6, and 6) For easily getting to the mountain. The hot tub was amazing - we used it every night.

My husband and I brought our two girls (8 & 5) for their first ski trip and it was the perfect set-up for our family. Easy access into town (we took the shuttle) and a quick walk up to the lodge. The condo was clean, well-stocked and the communication with the owners was seamless. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed here for our annual ski trip with friends (4 adults + 3 kids). The location was great and the condo itself was very clean & well stocked, which is always appreciated. This is the first time we didn't need to go to the story for necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The check in & check out process were both very easy, especially the check out. Nothing gives me more anxiety than having to pack & get the kids ready for an early flight while going down a list of chores we need to do before leaving. This is NOT the case here!! It couldn't have been easier or more stress free. We'll be back next year!

Stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday with my husband and teen sons. We found the place clean and as described. We had an amazing time at the condo during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies to make a Thanksgiving meal and the hot tub in the seasons first major snowfall was a dream. The heated garage and having a washer and dryer were such conveniences. We also had several rounds of board games (which were provided) at the dining table. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything at the condo worked perfectly, the location is outstanding, and very convenient to both Deer Valley and downtown Park City. Additionally, the hosts were very accommodating, helpful, and welcoming.
