House looked exactly as described in the website. Very comfy, cozy, and equipped with everything. The jacuzzi tub was a plus. There are a lot of stores, coffee shops close by. The only minor thing was the washer/dryer taking a long time and restarting in the middle of a cycle. Overall, our experience was excellent!

This is the most well-appointed rental home I have ever stayed in - the kitchen was more stocked than my own! We made great use of each of the many bedrooms, the childrens' toys & books, board games, high chair, crib, baby gates, childrens' utensils, extra blankets & pillows, extra fans, and cookware. I especially appreciated that there were essentials in the refrigerator and pantry, so we didn't need to buy things like condiments, butter, coffee, and more. It was seamless to book and stay in this home. Sitting on the upper deck in the morning with coffee was the highlight of each day. I would recommend this home to any large groups, especially given the many bathrooms and ability for everyone to quickly shower after the beach. Finally, the location was spectacular - close to Commons Park Beach, Sugar Pine Point State Park, and downtown Tahoe City for shopping, restaurants, and activities - but still quiet and private back at the house. We loved this home, and would stay again.

We traveled with a group of 8-10 young adults and had great experience. Centrally located and well kept property. Easy to access Tahoe City and local beaches. Great stay!

This was the perfect place and experience for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. The house was exactly as beautiful as the pictures online and is in an ideal location to explore both North and South Tahoe. Plenty of of space for our party of 8.

This was such a lovely house for me and my family (7 people). The location is perfect - west shore and so close to the lake (26 min walk, 3 min drive) - Sunnyside beach area and restaurant are right there for you. The house was clean and well stocked and you can tell the owners were very thoughtful in making it as efficient and clear for any visitor to have the stay they desire. The balcony view and the hot tub are icing on the cake. Joanne was incredibly responsive and helpful in accommodating an early check out when possible. Certainly hope to book again for the next trip.

We were very happy to stay in this property.

Everything was good except for the cleaning in general; it doesn’t look like a profesional HK cleaning we found cramps in the kitchen, the dishes weren’t organize properly, the toaster had a lot of cramps and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. Plus the carpet needs profesional cleaning too. The bed in the master bedroom makes a lot of noise every time I moved, it was annoying.
Even that we had a great time, we enjoyed our stay in the beautiful place.

I chose this place as it had the best bed count for our group. Beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and mtn bike and walking trails connect. Hot tub, ping pong and foos ball were a hit. Near town for restaurants and near several beaches.

We rented this house with my brother and sister. We had 6 adults and 5 kids between the ages of 10 and 16.
We had a blast. Great house for all with ping pong table and foosball table for the kids (and adults!). Kitchen was one of the most well stocked we have ever seen. Beautiful outdoor patio. Just 5 minutes walk from the house down the street was this beautiful clearing with a spectacular view of Lake Tahoe and the mountains.
Would recommend to anyone

We had a wonderful week stay at the lake house. The home was clean and we had plenty of space for our group of 10. Living there for a week was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wish it had beach access as it was a busy 4th of July week but we still had a great time exploring. We even saw a bear!! Made our trip.

This home is beautiful and just as pictured. Host communication is excellent. Beds are high quality. The house is one of the most well-stocked VRBOs I have ever seen. It has literally everything you need. Breathtaking views as well. Tons of space.

Overall the stay was great. The house is a bit more outdated than noted in pictures and some areas that weren’t 100% clean but the kids loved the game room and the view and location were great!

Ya, don't go down the driveway in winter. Hot tub is awesome but was unusable one day because someone came to fill it up and it couldn't heat back up in time. Kitchen is great, table only seats 6 though.

The house was is poor condition and whoever the cleaning service is should be fired. I won’t go in to details but I was shocked when we started going through the house. The Host is awesome and listened and responded quickly.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location is great to get to all the places around Lake Tahoe. The house has all the amenities that you would need for your stay including all the kitchen necessities, outdoor grill, wi-fi, tv’s, comfy beds, fans, bathroom areas, clean hot tub, washer/dryer, deck with table, plenty of driveway parking, and many more amenities. The communication with Joanne was fantastic. We will definitely come back.

This was our second time to book this property for our Tahoe stay. Tahoe City is our preferred spot as it's a manageable drive to Sand Harbor State Park, Truckee, the Rubicon Trail (at DL Bliss State Park), Eagle Rock, the hike to Eagle Lake, and South Lake Tahoe (all our favorites)!! It's the big things like the neighborhood, the large deck for outdoor relaxing and dining, plenty of room to spread out, super comfortable beds, up to date appliances, etc. It's also the little things like Apple Watch and phone chargers, remotes for fans and lights, coded entry, the best ice cubes, and the multi-cup coffee maker with single-serve brewer. And this house offers plenty of extras like the ping pong and foosball tables, chairs and beach towels to take along to the beach, and games. This property has it all!! For our hiking family, we hooked onto a portion of the forested Tahoe City to Paige Meadows Trail, accessed through multiple locations within the neighborhood! Joanne was quick to respond when I had a question. Choose this property, you'll be so glad you did!

Really enjoyed this property. Very clean and everything you need is there. When sitting in the living room and kitchen you see only trees, no other houses. Good location. My only concern was the upstairs beds were so high it was difficult to get into. Had to step on suitcase. Other than that we enjoyed this house and would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay but there were issues that spoiled a perfect holiday. 1. The VRBO info online does not include the local managers instructions which we don't receive until after we have reserved the cabin. 2. We arrived about 2:30 and the cleaning people were nowhere to be seen. We emailed the manager to request entry and didn't hear back for over an hour. We could see no possible reason for us not being able to enter and start unloading groceries. By the time we heard back from the manager it was time we could enter anyway. 3. We are curious who is making all the money on our cleaning charges because it certainly is not the cleaning people. There were cobwebs everywhere, the dining room table had sticky ketsup on it, there were crumbs in the drawers and the kitchen floor was not clean. Some towels were not only stained but smelled mildewy which indicates they were removed from the dryer before they were totally dry. We were told that the cabin was completely booked and this is why we couldn't get in the house before four and yet the cleaning people were well gone by two. They obviously don't take advantage of the time between guests to thoroughly clean. 4. The request to have dishes cleaned in the dishwasher and put away by departure at 10am could be unrealistic for most people since the dishwasher takes over an hour to complete. We were able to do it because we had to get on the road early, but how many renters run out of time and just rinse off dishes and put them in the cupboard to fulfill the request? Most rentals just ask us to put the dirty dishes in the machine and start the load.

Very nice home, great location and we plan to rent there again. We want to stay longer next time, did not have time for the hot tub! Thank you

I stayed in this lovely Tahoe home with my children and grandchildren visiting from Massachusetts. The house was wonderful. Great location, plenty of room and just a perfect setting. The house was well stocked with everything we needed including the kitchen, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. The hot tub was a hit. A large deck with a grill was also a plus. We would love to stay there again sometime.

Communication with the owner was great, and check-in was easy. The house was updated and clean - and we loved the layout! Access to the Tahoe Park Association down the road was awesome! Can't beat the location - West Shore Market just down the road and 5 minutes to Tahoe City. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, Convenient, and Just Like Home!
Beautiful house/cabin with all the amenities we needed for our stay. House was clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. We particularly enjoyed the large back deck - with a wonderful view through the trees. Location was classic Tahoe and less than a 5 minute drive to Sunnyside Resort and about 8 minutes to the Save Mart (grocery) in Tahoe City. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. We will definitely rent this property again!

Family Vacation
This was a perfect place for our Family Vacation. My two sons are in the Military. They and their children are always stationed at different bases and it is rare for us to all get together at the same time. We had a wonderful week full of family fun.

Wonderful family home
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! It was perfect for our family of 9 and very well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable and cook at the house. Host was excellent and we had very good communication. We look forward to returning some day!

Family vacation
The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation especially with young children. My only complaint is that the home was not super clean. If the cleaners would have taken care of bathtubs, cobweb’s, vacuuming, then this would have received 5 stars.

Stressful…
We rented this property because our best friend was getting married in Sept 2021 and wanted the wedding party close to where she was staying. As her wedding date approached, the Caldor fires caused her to have to cancel her wedding. I reached out to the owner to try to cancel, but she would not let us out of the reservation, even though there was a natural disaster. She told me it wasn’t that bad in Tahoe and that I could still go up there, but I wasn’t going to expose my 2 month old and 4 year old to the horrific air quality. We rescheduled the vacation for Memorial Day 2022, but the owner asked me to pay more because of the “high season”. We invited our family and closest friends to go with us. The home was very clean, but very dated. The downstairs looked like it had been recently renovated, but the upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms were very old. Upon check out, I received a message that we would have to pay more because one of the children traveling with us had an accident. She has recently passed out at school from being dehydrated and had to go to the ER, so her parents pushed water on her, especially since we were in the mountains and she peed the bed (she’s 5). The owner also said we broke the coffee machine, which we used every morning, even the morning we left, so there was no way we broke it. Overall, the property was clean, but very stressful renting experience from the beginning. I would not recommend renting this property, especially if you are traveling with children.

Lovely Place to stay!
We lived how the property was "tucked" away, and we had privacy. We had everything we needed for our stay, "and then some". Would definitely recommend.
