Can’t wait to come back

We joined our friends and their two teenage children (6 of us total) for a week away from the stresses of COVID. Faryl was an excellent host and made herself available as needed. The cottage was clean and well maintained. It was slightly smaller than the pictures appeared but that didn't impact our experience. We used the kayaks, fished, and visited with the alpaca (and other animals) which was a highlight! The only thing we wish we knew ahead of time is Arkansas is known for chiggers! Beware of the chiggers! :) But that has nothing to do with the cottage. It was a fantastic week!

We went to this location to get away for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and we liked the location. The only things that we didn’t like was that there were trees blocking the stairs leading down to the dock and down from the deck on the house. One of the main reason we chose this location was to have a place to fish and because of the animals that were advertised as being there. Therefore not being able to easily fish was a let down. We also never saw the animals because you can only go see them when the owner allows it and since we had no cell service at the location we weren’t able to contact the owner to see them.

Group of friends wanting a get away that was calm and relaxing. This was perfect. There were three couples and this cabin worked great. Cabin was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Owner left a notebook that gave us ideas and directions for sight seeing around Eureka Springs. Great porch for visiting and watching the lake. Have already talked about coming back!!!

The Tom Sawyer cabin was absolutely wonderful. It had lots of privacy and accommodations were perfect for 4 people. Faryl Kaye, the proprietor at Lake Lucerne, was delightful to meet and very helpful on pointing us in the right direction when in Eureka Springs. The entire experience was fantastic. We could not have written a more perfect script. I highly recommend Lake Lucerne cabins. I know we will return in the not too distant future.

My family (group of 5) enjoyed our stay at the Tom Sawyer cottage. It is far enough away from town that you feel secluded, yet it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the heart of Eureka Springs. We enjoyed seeing the llamas and alpacas being fed - it was a nice treat. There was a nice "Welcome" book with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely come back again.

My husband and I visited Eureka Springs with my 80+ year old parents. Five minutes to town. Easy access in and out of the cottage. Nice amenities, plenty of room, beautiful views, and very relaxing. The cottage is very clean and nicely decorated and I enjoyed the photographs of Lake Lucerne Resort in the early days. The beds were comfy with beautiful linens - an uncommonly nice touch. The kitchen could have been better appointed (no juice glasses, large table spoons, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.). We would stay at this cottage again.
