We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Judy was very nice to talk to and very helpful

Great location, amazing layout of the house, comfortable beds. A fantastic pool table to e eye tyani yourself. A nice deck to have your morning coffee and enjoy the sunshine with beautiful colourful birds.

Toilets need to be a bit more clean and there should be more than 2 bathrooms especially if you have more than 3-4 adults.

Wonderful!

Firewood already in fireplace, only needed to light up the fire. House was comfy and lit when we arrived. Spacious house with big balcony frequented by parrots and a pool table and fire place. Nice view onto pasture and morning sun. Big well equipped kitchen.

Prior to our arrival, we had been asked repeatedly how many people were coming, responding 8, but then there were only 4 Nespresso capsules for the machine.

Great peaceful location not far from beach. Addition of pool table was bonus for the family.

Easy to communicate with. Fireplace was so lovely. Great family home. Comfortable beds.

Beautiful big house in a lovely spot

Loved the spacious house with a great view from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on feeding the birds and what to see nearby. The responded to our questions very quickly. The fireplace looked amazing even though we didn't try it - the aircon heated the upstairs area well enough. Loved the pool table and board games.

Loved everything really, as a small improvement I would suggest adding a couple of extra heaters in the downstairs bedrooms and bathroom for the winter months. It's good to know that the bunk beds are suitable for adults or teenagers but not little kids as they don't have guard rails.

Very good

Lovely, clean house in beautiful surroundings - bush out front and farm behind. Great garden for kids to run around in. Park reserve opposite. The kind hosts had laid a fire for us so we could get comfy and warm soon after arriving. Lots of native birds on the balcony in the morning.

Fantastic house and will certainly try to come back.

Lovely house. Good location. Great host. The locals were very friendly. The walks on the beach and around the inlet were terrific. The locals even put on fantastic weather for us! :-) Judy was great and was in contact when needed. We will certainly be back.

Unfortunately the downstairs toilet blocked, which was not a big deal as it was the day we were leaving. We understood the rules of a septic tank and were careful, but it possibly was too much for 5 people?? Downstairs was quite cold compared with upstairs, so a reverse cycle may have helped, but the electric blankets were wonderful.

Tranquil Gardens & Luxury Reign At This Spacious Beach House In a Quiet Location.

We fell in love with Sandy Point and this beautiful house. The photos on the internet didn't do it justice! The house was in a very quiet, leafy location, close to the beach and the general store, with gorgeous gardens and visits from galahs and crimson rosellas up on the balcony. The rooms were extremely spacious, the tv was huge, the kitchen was really well-equipped, there was a full laundry. Board games and the pool table kept everyone occupied and amused and the beds were very comfy. We'd definitely recommend this place and would go back if we could.

There was nothing not to like.

Cosy family home

Cosy with the fireplace in the entertainment area. Beautiful place and everything you could imagine to have in the kitchen. Will definitely be back

Lovely living room area, good location for exploring Wilson’s Prom. Pool table and wood heater were a huge bonus on a cold rainy day.

Even though the beds were comfortable, sleeping downstairs felt quite cold and some bedrooms had mouldy odour.

Fantastic place and fantastic host

Fan and friendly host. She provided everything we need . Great kitchen and entertainment for kids. This place is great for kids and she ensured everything there to entertain them, even to the fine detail of story books . She also guided us to the good places to be in Sandypoint which otherwise we would not have aware. Thanks Judy, we are coming back. Arun
