Everything was perfect!! We really enjoy our stay!! Very clean property and very nice pool! Mrs Maria was there anytime we asked for something!! It’s close to Chora, Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna, but you need a ride! I totally recommend you this property!! You will really like it!!

Ideal place for comfortable and relaxing holidays in Naxos. Perfectly clean with all the necessary amenities. Excellent location just a few minutes from the center and the most famous beaches of the island. The owners are kind, generous and very helpful in whatever we needed. I will definitely choose it when I return to the island. I highly recommend it!

The house was great, very comfortable and stylish. Maria and Efi were wonderful and very helpful when arranging childcare. The pool was fantastic and we loved the outdoor area, it was perfect for the kids.
You definitely need to drive into Naxos town as it's about 10 minutes away in a taxi. However, the house is walking distance to the small town Agia Anna which has a beautiful sandy beach, shops and great restuarants.

We had a lovely time in Naxos island. The island is beautiful and the weather plus the beaches were absolutely perfect!
In terms of the house the positives: it is spacious and in clean condition. Ample clean towels/ bed sheets are provided. It fronts on to a busy road just beside the airport, but we were not put off by the noise.
That said, there are some issues to be aware of. Firstly, we feel the house was misrepresented to us when we booked the house on booking.com.
We were looking for a house that is a reasonable walking distance to the beaches, shops/restaurants. Prior to booking, I contacted the property managers to inquire about the location. They responded that the house is located 10 minutes walk from all that you need.
Before we traveled, we received an email from the property managers asking us to rent a car. We again inquired about the distance to shops, etc. to which their response was a minimum of ten minutes “drive”. They said that their office secretary responded to the previous email and they couldn’t take any responsibility. Fast forward to when we arrived in the property, they blamed it on our group for not doing sufficient research on google map before booking. We ended up hiring a car which cost us (7 passenger car) an extra US$600.
During our stay, we sent the property managers several basic questions and their response each time was “we’ll get back to you” but we never heard back from them. Despite this, 24 hours before check out, the agents started sending WhatsApp messages asking us our exact time of departure as apparently the landlord ‘demands’ that agents be on site to see us taking rubbish bins outside and turn the AC off. The owners arrived on-site before 930 am on the morning of our checkout, which we found massively intrusive as we were having breakfast with our children. Our checkout experience was one of the worst in my experience and I’ve traveled around the world extensively with family and as a single traveler using several online sites.
Another quirk to beware of, the property manager informed us (on arrival) that the landlords would show up twice a day to check in on us and look after the outside of the hose (pool, lawns etc.). This was not communicated to us at the time of booking or until we arrived. We found this a massive intrusion of our privacy. The landlord was a very pleasant lady, Maria, who spoke English well and her husband who didn’t speak English well.
