Perfekte Lage, ideal für Selbstversorger und sehr freundliches Personal

Das Appartement und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles hat funktioniert und nichts war defekt. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Trinkwasser aus einem großen Wasserspender konnte für einen kleinen Preis an der Rezeption gekauft werden. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen haben reibungslos geklappt. Am Ende konnten wir sogar zwei Stunden später auschecken weil unser Sohn erkrankt war und unser Flug etwas Verspätung hatte.

Un poco caro para lo que es

Está bien ubicado y la cama muy cómoda

El agua de la ducha nunca salió caliente, solo tibia. Los muebles no eran de muy buena calidad, el clóset del segundo piso se estaba desarmando, no me atreví a usarlo. Abajo del lavaplatos en la cocina había un olor fétido, realmente asqueroso, quizás el desagüe estaba tapado, no lo sé.

Maravilloso

Todo, especialmente la ubicación a solo una cuadra de una pequeña playa, muy cerca de todo… la atención espectacular nos dieron quitasol y sillas de playa, toallas para la playa… lindos detalles!!!! Traslado incluido desde el aeropuerto y recibimiento con collares de flores… nos encantó!!!!

Nada, solo como sugerencia plantearía que pudiera tener aseo a diario o al Menos cada 2-3 días, aunque no tuvimos ningún problema con cambiar toallas… pero es solo un detalle!!!

Excelente y bien ubicado.

Nos fueron a buscar a a dejar al Aeropuerto. Limpio, buenas camas. Excelente distribución. Está en pleno centro y frente al mar. A pasos de restaurantes y cafés. Buen estacionamiento. Nos prestaron sillas, sombrilla y toallas para la playa. Excelente atención

Excelente! Muy recomendables!

Excelente apart hotel, las instalaciones adecuadas, lugar limpio y con lo necesario y muy cómodos espacios, personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar! Sin duda es recomendable (hospedado en cabaña 2habitaciones muy cómodas ambas!

No me sucedió ningún insistente pero al parecer te cobran por vasos rotos o cualquier incidente que pueda ocurrir con las cosas hasta detalles y cosas que no había visto en otros hoteles.

Very good

The staff provided important information about immigration before our arrival, spontaneously arranged transfers and organised a series of excellent tours for our group. They were very responsive to any request. Good value for money for a family. There is an excellent restaurant and bar at the front of the property.

The stairs could be a problem for the elderly or very young children but weren’t a problem for us.

Great option in Easter Island.

The hotel staff is super nice, the location is good and the room was comfortable. There is a restaurant as part of the hotel that is very good.

There is no wifi in the rooms and the hotel has basically no facilities or amenities.

A simple, friendly apart-hotel in an excellent location

The location is simply great, staff is really friendly and helpful and the space available is considerable.

WIFI is available only at the reception and the kitchen could be better equipped in terms of kitchenware.

Very spacious apartment in a central location with nice view of the coast. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Exceptional

The location was so central while also being on the coast which made exploring the town without a car easy and enjoyable! Teresa was so friendly and happy to help us with anything we needed. She helped us book tours with Tomás, find restaurants, and coordinate airport transportation. It was a pleasure to stay here!

The Wifi did not always work and the front desk hours were limited, so without other data/service it was hard to contact anybody for help.

Exceptional

The loved the warm welcome at the airport! Very good location, you could easily walk to town. Staff is the best! Teresa help us to get around, to find a physiotherapist and a book we needed. Even she kept helping even thought we had moved to another hotel. It was a quiet place near everything you might need.

The smallest room didn't have a closet nor chest, but the staff quickly resolved it.
