There was no warm water... Called the owner, 1 hours later she came. No excuse... Nothing else... Never had a hotel room with cold water... couldnt take a shower...

Strategic stop before Sicily

The B&B is to be used as a strategic stop before going to Sicily, since it is very close to the ferry station. The area itself is not particularly good looking, as there are lots of abandoned buildings and it feels empty. Actually, we didn’t have any kinds of problem roaming around but it just catches the eye. The B&B itself is small, as it has 3 apartments and a common breakfast area, so it’s very cozy and well furnished (except for the bathrooms which have noisy ventilation and a bad shower) There is also a restaurant close by (<50 meters) managed by the owner, where you can eat good quality food with a good value for money ratio. In conclusion, it is a good place for one night stay, although the area may scare you a little bit at the beginning

The breakfast is extremely poor, as it has only a few low quality pre-packaged croissants and other stuff like that. Since the owners have a restaurant close by, they could offer a better quality food/ beverage
