It’s ok if you’re not spending anytime in the accommodation.

Perfect location to get to everything you need. Lovely green space.

It isn’t self contained it’s underneath his house and I feel this needs to be stated in the description. It felt incredibly intrusive hearing the host and his dogs above us. Soundproofing wouldn’t go a miss. Also, making comments on how the British won the war and mention of the slave trade was incredibly weird.

very nice place to stay and convenient to attractions

Paul provided fruit, orange juice and a couple of bottles of water, which was a very nice touch.

Weymouth stay

Paul had everything we could need, he had provided the weather forecast for the weekend aswell as reviews from previous guests of places to eat locally, very accomodating and welcoming. Beautiful location with lots to view in the area. Paul even checked in on us when we were having car trouble to check if we had managed to get it sorted.

Brilliant stay brilliant host and super friendly

Honestly a lovely host and a lovely stay. Next time we are in the area will definitely look to book again. Bed super comfy just a little low for maybe anyone slightly older but other then that fantastic. Dogs and super cute and welcoming too!

Bijoux but great value

Paul was extremely helpful. Its a small apartment but well equipped with own entrance. We were working in the area and it worked really well. Weymouth Town very close by, you can walk or park by the beach and walk. Good choice of local eateries & things to do. Would recommend.

We liked the dogs and garden and inside it was very cosy and clean!

The bed springs were not good and felt a bit hard. It was a bit chilly at night and early morning.

Lovely little apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Paul was a great host, with loads of local knowledge that he was very happy to share and he made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. His gorgeous dogs were a bonus for me too! Great proximity to the beautiful local beach (25-30 minute walk) and an additional 30-40 minute walk from there into Weymouth town. Purely my preference to walk, but lots of parking available at beach etc. if needed.

Lovely, quiet location and easy to get about by bus. Food shops and eateries within easy walking distance. A great little base from which to explore Weymouth and surrounds!
