About this apartment rental

S2 is a three bedroom upstairs end unit. It is set in a quiet location of the 232 unit complex facing the tennis courts with a view of the back pool, clubhouse and stocked pond. The Master Bedroom has a comfortable Queen Sized Mattress with a private walk in tiled shower. The other two bedrooms have a shared tub/shower combination bath with a Queen Sized Bed in one room and Twin Beds in the third room. This is a lovely and comfortable condo with all the amenities of home, Washer and dryer, iron and board, microwave, all the dishes and utensils you will need for your home away from home. It is furnished with starter items for your stay, laundry detergent, soap detergent, trash bags and bath soap. Tennis Balls and Balls can be signed out from the office at Ocean Walk. This condo is clean and attractive.

Location, Location, Location! This family friendly vacation condo is within walking distance of the beach, the pier, where fishing, crabbing, dolphin and people watching can be enjoyed. The village area (the most desirable area on St. Simons), features many great eating establishments, nightlife, boutique and gift shops, miniature golf course, playgrounds and pools with waterpark features overlooking the ocean and the famous St. Simons Lighthouse. In this area are art galleries and museums. Throughout the year festivals and fairs are held on Neptune Park in the Village.

The island has lots to do for the entire family. There are miles of bike and running trails around the island, fishing piers, a new skate board park and three nature trails. Nearby is the historic Jekyll Island with cottages of the rich and famous, golf courses, a water park, and horse back riding, Cumberland Island is south of the island, reached by ferry. This island is mostly uninhabited except for it's wild horses, turkeys, deer and other small creatures that may just walk right by you. Lots of history awaits you at Fort King George in Darien and Fort Frederica waiting for you to explore.

Babysitting upon request. We also have a condo manager who lives on the island if you find you need assistance during your stay.

The perfect place to get away for a few days! Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed having a washer and dryer in unit. We enjoyed pickleball right outside the condo and the pool was nice too. Lots to do in town and too many delicious places to eat!!! Loved SSI and your condo!

We enjoy walking to the pier so having a place within walking distance is important to us. Loved that the location has a kiddie pool for my little. Location could do with some minor updates and deeper cleaning (some unbalanced ceiling fans, peeling trim, and stained knobs/outlets/panels) which in our opinion is more the complex's responsibility over the host's. It would've been nice to have a heads up that some of the light switches control the wall outlets. Beds slept great for us. Overall good place to stay for the price paid and would stay there again.

Nice condo. Plenty of room for us. And the kitchen is big enough for two is us to work together cooking. Condo is very close to the Village and pier . We walked there on Saturday. Good sidewalks to down Mallory Street. Nice views from condo. This is our second time staying here. We would stay again. Good communication with property owner.

This property was perfect for our family of four (two kids 15, 9). The unit was nicely furnished, very clean with a very well appointed kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels for the pool. Very quiet. The location, Ocean Walk, was great. The pool is very close to this unit, just accross a small parking lot. We would strongly recomend to anyone visiting the area.

The condo has great space for a family but needs updating and repairs - the toilet in the guest bathroom was unstable, the shower handle was pulling out of the wall and not draining very well. The carpet is a bit worn and things are dated. On the plus side, the owner was very accessible and offered to address the issues with the bathroom but they didn't just happen - they were in that condition when we arrived.

We went for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well kept. It was very well stocked and even had beach chairs which we had forgot. Would highly recommend!

We had a short stay at the property and I found it to be exactly what we needed! The unit was very clean, cute beach decor and exactly as described. The owner was quick to respond to my questions prior to the stay and we had no issues requiring the property manager, but I am sure she would have been all over it if we needed anything. The complex had plenty of parking and was close to the beach/shops etc! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to SSI!

The property and surrounding area was very nice. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, a nice balcony with a nice view of well landscaped condo complex, lot of parking. Good communication from owner days before our visit. The property is just .5 miles from the Village and pier. My husband took an early morning walk to the pier each morning. We all walked there later on Saturday and spent several hours in the village. Nice sidewalks along Mallory street that take you to the Village. We would stay at this property again.

We were in town with friends for a soccer tournament and for my 14 year old's birthday. Had a wonderful time, didn't spend a lot of time at the condo, but it is in an excellent location! We traveled to Driftwood Beach at Jekyll (about 40 minutes), St. Simon's Beach down by 5th street (about 5 minutes) and took some time to stroll the shops and pier (about 5 minutes away). The condo was well equipped and comfortable for our short stay!

The condo is in a great location just outside of of the busy area but close enough to walk if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk. Pier is right there if you like to fish and has some good restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice enough complex. everything went smoothly. The condo is adequate. It could have been cleaner, but it wasn't terrible. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, otherwise a adequate accommodation. (I didn't have any communication with the property manger, none was necessary, so I gave a five star on that one) We all loved SSI!

We've stayed in this condominium before and this time didn't disappoint. Located at the back of the condominium, nice shade, close to basketball and tennis courts, and close to one of the pools. Amazing and friendly communication with owner, Ms. Susan. Very prompt and accommodating replies. Thank you for a great mini multi family vacation.
