LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!! Don't spend your vacation driving back and forth to town! Conveniently located in town near cafes, shopping, galleries and restaurants and only a few minutes away from the entrance to Arches National Park.
Our brand new, two level condo has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sleeps 10, full luxury kitchen and a 2 car garage. It boasts comfortable beds with luxury linens. Bedrooms and living area are on separate levels making it easy to spread out and enjoy your space while winding down from an adventure in all of the beauty Moab has to offer.
MAIN FLOOR
The spacious kitchen makes cooking and enjoying meals easy. It is fully equipped and ready for your culinary creations. There is seating for 10 at the large dining table and bar seating for 3. The kitchen and dining area open to the living room, making the space great for groups.
The living room has ultra comfortable leather sofas and a large Smart TV.
Main Floor Bath complete with shower.
Large 2 Car Garage with plenty of space for bikes, motorcycles, coolers and golf clubs. Keep your valuable equipment safe and out of your way.

Master Bedroom: King bed, luxury linens with en-suite bathroom, with separate garden tub and shower, very large walk-in closet, Smart TV
Jr Master: King bed, luxury linens, walk-in closet, Smart TV.
Utah Room: Queen bed, patio access, spacious closet.
Bunk Room: 1 Bunk Bed-Full over Full plus a twin sized trundle bed spacious closet, patio access.

Our patio has amazing red rock views. We have a BBQ grill a patio dining set.
The community pool and hot tub are new and open! Located across the drive from our unit. Hot tub is open all year. The heated pool is early April-mid October.

This place was perfect for our 3 families. The location was excellent for morning hikes in Arches, lunch in town, back to the house to cool off and rest, then back to the park for a sunset hike.
The coffee place down the street was excellent, the corner convenience store came in handy for late night snacks.

When we arrived and started to make something for dinner on the first evening, we had to wash 3 pans and throw out 1 glass. The pans were dirty - one had egg residue, one had pasta in it and one had an unknown something in it around the inner circumference. One of the glass drinking glasses was missing a big chunk of out of it. One of the master bids didn't have the fitted sheet on it. We took care of all of these items, but it would have been great if these things hadn't have happen. Otherwise the place was wonderful and the location was great.

This property was a great base for our group of 7 adults for a week in March, 2024. The 2 story condo is in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We were very comfortable in the unit. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. We did have to buy more toilet paper since there was not enough stocked in the unit for such a large group for a week, so be sure to buy some extra. The kitchen area was large enough to cook meals. The unit has both a coffee maker and an electric hot water maker. Our only disappointment was that the condo association hot tub was closed in March.
The location was perfect for getting to downtown Moab easily and for getting to the national and state parks. We could be on the main street of Moab in a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. I would highly recommend this unit. There is a lovely, flat hike/walk/running path if you walk down the street away from town, which brings you to the Colorado River.

Plenty of room for everyone. Good location, not to far from town. Not much landscaping to provide relief from outdoor sun, but the kids had fun in the pool. The closets whete definitely a highlight!

Excellent rental for the 6 of us. Plenty of room for 8…10 if you like cozy! Great location and easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands. The bikes were a plus and an easy ride to shops. The pool was refreshing after a day of hiking. Would definitely stay again!

We highly recommend this property. Communication with the owner was great. She responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Location was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and extras. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for two families each with 3 young kids. We loved that the house is less than 10 minutes from Arches and 5 minutes from Main Street. It was so clean and well kept, and Melissa was very responsive. Will hopefully stay here again on our next trip.

Everything went absolutely great! Easy process and excellent communication through the site with the owner/manager. Place was clean and enjoyable. Great location for a ton of Moab activities. Very comfortable place to vacation.

5 bicycling buddies stayed here for 6 nights during the March 2023 Moab Skinny Tire Festival. We enjoyed our stay and the condo accommodated the 5 of us. There was plenty of space to spread out in the common areas. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook and clean. One of the previous comments was in regard to squeaky bunk beds, that has been resolved, not one squeak in the lower bunk in 6 nights. 3 full bathrooms was a plus (3 showers were helpful after 5 guys biking).

Melissa's property was fantastic! Super close to main street, Arches and the highway to Canyonlands. Melissa also shared local recommendations for hikes, restaurants and things to do. I would definately recommend and come back!

We made an excellent choice even though prices for rentals in Moab have doubled and tripled lately. Would switch out mattresses and not leave plastic on them. Would highly recommend a crockpot.

The spacious bathrooms were amazing, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Overall, this property was in the ideal location for visiting Moab. Only a five minute drive to the heart of Moab, Center and Main Streets, and a five minute walk to the Snake Oil Coffee shack, (Great prices and very good coffee!). Restaurants galore downtown, from pricey to McDonalds and everything in between. The Broken Oar and the Moab Brewery are must stops. Lots of shops to explore to find pretty much anything you need/want. I would highly recommend the Moab Tour Company and their guided ATV tour of Hells Revenge and the Fins. This was truly unforgettable.

With three bathrooms complete with showers, we were able to maintain an early departure to the parks with no issues. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located just a one minute stroll across the street and much appreciated after a day hiking in Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park.
Communication with Melissa is easy with a very quick response time. This was definitely in our top five!

We had a great time staying in the Estrada condo. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The location was perfect for all of our adventures in and around Moab. And we loved having a garage available to store our bikes and other gear. Be prepared with some essentials though. We ran out of things like toilet paper, dish soap and garbage bags before our stay was complete.

I wish we were able to stay longer at this property! The house was very spacious and spotless! The location was great and close to town and the Arches. Though we were not able to use, the house comes with a lot of extras, such as bikes, that would make for a great stay. The mattresses/beds could use a little bit of an upgrade and were bit squeaky, but that was the only minor complaint. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back for a longer trip in the future
