Your Florida vacation will be complete when you step into the elegantly decorated living area, full of plush leather furniture and lots of room to unwind. Right outside the large living area is a breathtaking patio balcony with a stunning view of Lake Cay and plenty of seating for sunset cocktails.
A dining table for four and more stools at the breakfast bar provide seating for meals and noshing on appetizers or snacks. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops for your inner gourmet chef.
The master suite and the second bedroom hold a comfortable king bed. The third bedroom has two full beds, and all bedrooms have pillowtop mattresses and their own 32-inch TV for you to relax in comfort. A queen sleeper sofa in both the den and the living room mean that up to 10 guests can sleep comfortably in this executive unit.
Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

First let’s start with booking process, it was absolutely a nightmare. They’re verification process was completely flawed. I was canceled for not verifying, but I had verified and gotten confirmation. I had to rebook and wait for refund of original booking charge. All of this took place while I was in route. Ultimately the lady who helped me book through Casiola, was very kind and helpful. The property was dirty and totally run down. The beds were miserable,ALL the tables were atrocious. The carpet was filthy and clearly not vacuumed. The complex it’s self is nice, but the people staying there are very sketchy. I would say in a star rating for I would give 1 star since zero stars are not an option.

Reported to the management that the dishwasher did not work and refrigerator water and ice maker dis not work. Sent someone but never fixed or any follow-up. No tissues or hand soaps provided. No trash cans in any bedrooms. Living room carpet dirty and corner would not stay down causing tripping hazard. Be careful of water temperature- very, very hot. Clean except around doors and light switches. Would have liked bedding other than three flat sheets and velux blanket. Hard to keep on bed. Location great and pool and game room fun for kids. Location perfect for SeaWorld or Universal.

Orlando stay
We had extended stay by one day day before we were locked out of the room. We called got the answering service it took them 35 minutes for some one from company to get us a door code and they gave us one time use code even we had were staying full day.
Second thing we had to put trash in storage bench in hallway and when you open to go out you get a strong smell of trash and then the smell comes into your room.
We were there for 4 days there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper no extra trash bags we had to go to Walgreens and get them.
Fire park missing outside master bedroom.
Fire alarm keep beeping by the second bathroom called them and nobody came to fix or replace battery.

All in very good condition, pictures are accurate. Location is excellent. Couches turned into beds are not good to sleep on. Kept receiving messages from Prop Mgr for ID and picture of CC with code many times after sending it twice, also asks to pay to heat the pool and it is a common pool for the whole area. Good property overall.

The property was in a fantastic position overlooking a lake on the top floor. The size of the property was very good with good size kitchen diner and lounge area. It had all the utilities you could need during a holiday. Our only issues were the maintenance of the property. We had no internet and tv for 4 days and a microwave that did not work although replaced next day. If everything functions there can be few better apartments

Great location and great space
We loved the property and the location was perfect. The beds are not comfortable and the sleeper sofas do not come with blankets and that was not communicated prior to arrival. I would stay here again but would ask for blankets to be provided.

Gorgeous Apartment Near All Orlando Attractions
My daughter-in-law was very impressed with the Casiola vacation home I rented for our Universal vacation--and she is NOT easily impressed! Such beautiful, big rooms and very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and bathrooms plus a laundry room--yahoo. Very clean and bright. Close to grocery store and drug store plus lots of restaurants close enough for delivery.
We were in Orlando for Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Discovery Cove, and all were about 15 minutes away so perfect for us. We didn't spend much time at the pool or game room, but they were very nice enough.
The staff (which we didn't need to see very much at all since everything was pretty much self-serve) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Three suggestions:
1. Include a bath mat for in front of the showers. We used a towel to catch any water that ran from the shower door when opened, but a mat would have been better.
2. Add some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels and clothes. One bath rod was not really enough for the master bathroom.
3. The TVs used Roku and we had to add our own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Would have been nice to have HBO or another premium channel as part of the package, but most nights we were too tire to watch movies, so no big deal. Just needed to remember to delete our accounts at the end.

Great Condo....terrible beds
This is a great condo, but I'll start with the only negative. The beds, especially the king bed in the master bedroom, are absolutely terrible. The master bedroom bed was as hard as a board and squeaked so loud everytime that either my wife or I rolled over that it woke the other person up. The tag says that the mattress was manufactured in 2008. It was hard to sleep all week...not fun after a day of walking at the parks.
Now for the good. It was nice to start the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake. The condo is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen had a regular coffee maker...no Keurig. The washer and dryer came in handy. There is a smart TV in the living room and cable TVs in all of the bedrooms. The location was excellent. 10-15 minutes to Universal and 15-20 minutes to Disney. Many restaurants nearby on International Drive. There is a Publix grocery store, Subway, NYPD pizza, and Dunkin donuts within walking distance. There is also a Walgreen's basically attached to the property and a 7/11 across the street. There was a sign saying Chick Fil A coming soon. The resort had a nice pool and hot tub. Friendly bar tenders at the poolside bar. Food options at the bar weren't great. There is also an arcade and a nice gym. The sport court was closed when we were there.
Overall it was great. If they replace the beds then this would be the perfect place to stay.

GREAT PLACE!!
I have stayed at many condos in Vista Cay, but this one is by far the nicest. Check in/out instructions were the easiest. The view from the balcony is the best ever. I only hope that I can reserve this one many times in the future!!

This is our second time staying at Vista Cay. What a wonderful alternative to staying on property. We spent time at Universal and Sea World. It was great being able to prepare our own food and having the relaxing pool time at the end of the hectic amusement park day. We went as a family reunion with 4 generations staying in 2 of the 3 Bedroom condos in 1 building. It was fantastic to be able to be together and still have your own sleeping / realaxing / reading space. We loved the on site washer/ dryer as well as the full kitchen. My only complaint were the mattresses were horrible, very cheap and uncomfortable. I wish an executive from Casiola would try lying on them quarterly to see if they are up to standard. That being said If it weren't for the mattresses I would give it a 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay at Vista Cay again.

The condo was great for the most part. Loved the location. Convenient for shopping and getting to all the parks. Open floor plan was great and the overall size of the condo was impressive. Better then staying at any of the parks in my opinion. Had a blast with my family of six. Will be back to stay again.

Our family and our guests fell in love with this condo from the moment we walked into the building lobby. Everything was clean and smelled very fresh. The pictures online simply didn’t do justice. We were greeted with a package of Oreos which was a great touch after traveling. They went quickly! We had more than enough room for our group of 7. It was more spacious than we expected. The view is incredible and was our favorite part of the stay. We were able to stay out on the balcony pretty late without being bothered by bugs which was great. There was a beautiful puzzle that we were able to work on during thunderstorms. Beds were comfortable and the water stayed nice and warm for a long relaxing shower at the end of the day. I do suggest a mat on the balcony to wipe your feet before re-entering and a few more choices for pots and pans and food storage containers. Otherwise the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our family loves to cook and we felt like chefs with plenty of room to move around. I really can’t say enough about our stay. We made great memories and are so happy we found this jewel! We will definitely return as long as management keeps up the fantastic work!! Everyone we spoke to was a pleasure to deal with. Both check in and check out were effortless. Definitely home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

It is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. But, the furniture was old and warped and the beds were terrible. The pullout couches had very thin mattresses and unable to be slept on. We had to go buy air mattresses. And blankets. Also did not like dishes on display. They looked dirty. We washed them all in dishwasher. I know that some people think it helps staging but very back for bacteria and dirt. We did not use them. Bought our own plastic. The washer and dryer were great, as we had to wash towels everyday as everyone needed showers. I would stay there again if beds and furniture was replaced. The view was awesome. Fireworks every night. Also close to Orange County Convention Center as that is where we had to be everyday for Tiger Rock Martial Arts Competition. Great location for restaurants. The pool was very nice. The kids liked the game room and the adults liked the bar.!!!!!
