Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this completely renovated and luxurious fully furnished, 3rd (top) floor, 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with elevator in building. Watch the ocean waves from the master "Sea Dolphins" suite king-sized bed. The "Nautical Room" has a king bed and the "Mermaid Room" has 2 twin size beds. All of the bedding & mattresses are new and this condo is comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with high speed WIFI and cable TV with DVD player. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and is equipped with all NEW appliances, fully stocked with cookware and has a reverse osmosis water faucet. This condo has its own Rain Soft whole house water filter system. There is a beach access beside the building and enjoy two outdoor community pools and tennis/pickle ball court. Situated with front beach/ocean views and back marsh/Intracoastal views, guests can enjoy an afternoon of bird watching, beach combing and water sports. Convenient to shopping, dining, spa, golf, nightlife, boating, fishing, water activities & bike rentals. A short drive to area amusement parks, you can get out and enjoy the local activities or stay in to relax and enjoy the peaceful views. There is plenty of bird watching with flocks of pelicans daily. Watch the ocean waves closely to see pods of dolphins coming up for air while catching their morning or evening meals. Early risers can see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony and don't miss the gorgeous sunset views over the marsh from the west side (entry) of the condo. Included is a covered parking space where there is a private garage that will fit one additional car and extra storage of beach items. Plus, one additional guest parking pass. If you use the garage you can park a total of 3 cars. There's also a dedicated storage closet near the garage for convenient access to your beach chairs & sand toys.

Our family ( grandparents, parents, and teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. We ( the old folks) spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and the most comfortable deck furniture ever!
The condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, with many “extra touches”. We enjoyed finding all the dolphins…glass, china, wood, hand-painted, etc

We loved our stay and will definitely come back! Views were unbeatable with an unobstructed ocean view out the front and marsh view out the back! The beach was nice and quiet- a perfect family get away! Property owners were responsive to all our needs!

Beautiful top floor 3bd/2ba condo with elevator, pool and walkway to the ocean. Hosts were gracious and quick to respond to any questions. Very knowledgable about the area and best restaurants. I particularly liked sitting on the covered deck drinking my morning coffee and listening to the ocean. Condo had everything you would have at home, and written instructions where needed. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family stayed here for an extended weekend and the condo was immaculate with a great view and access to the beach/pool. It has and elevator which made access easy for our aging parents.
It was packed full of beach supplies so no need to bring much. Chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. We brought tennis rackets and played tennis as well.
The owners were very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
Would most definately recommend and we would stay here again!

The condo was great. It was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities. The beds were super comfortable, and the building was very quiet. Wilmington is one of our favorite areas; now, we have a preferred location.

This place was perfect for our family of four. We came for spring break and a college visit and despite the cooler temps, it was perfect. The view is amazing and the condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy and the owners were wonderful with their communication and information. We would definitely return. It is very close to the city of Wilmington and dining/shopping. But all we heard at night was the sound of the ocean. Amazing!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, clean, amazing views. Great location, private but still close to restaurants and town. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. The kids made so many great forever memories and said this was their all time favorite vacation. So relaxing and fun. We plan to make this a yearly tradition. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at Jim and Peggy’s! They were gracious hosts and we even got to meet them! The property was super clean and equipped with everything you need! Wrightsville beach is beautiful and easy access to restaurants. We just loved waking with our coffee on the porch and having our glass of wine at night there also! We will be back. Thanks again!

Our family members concur that this condo provides the most enjoyable ocean front setting in Wrightsville: beautiful living room and bedroom furnishings; a lovely balcony and view of the strand; clean and well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and beach equipment; extremely comfortable beds in all three bedrooms, and a gracious, responsive host. We had a lovely stay at this beachfront condo. Provided all the necessary amenities, clean upon arrival, and comfortable. We visited over the Fourth holiday and it was still so quiet and crowding was never an issue. We hope to visit again next summer! The ocean in WB is clear and our small children loved the afternoon tidal pools. Thank you for a wonderful Vacation!

The condo was beautiful, but the best part was the ocean view! Great location and very relaxing. The master bedroom suite is oceanfront and you can listen to the ocean before you even get out of bed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Had a wonderful few days at this lovely condo on the peaceful north end of Wrightsville Beach. Hurricane Ian interfered somewhat with our plans, but our host Jim was most helpful and very accommodating with our change in plans. The condo is very clean, thoughtfully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Master bed is super comfy.

I could truly write a book about how great they were! The condo was gorgeous - full of beautiful, hand painted works of art, family pictures, and fun beach themed decor. It was also fully stocked with absolutely anything we could ever need, even down to box fans for white noise at night, a high chair, and a splat mat for messes. The views were breathtaking and the surrounding area was peaceful, laid back, and relaxing. To say we enjoyed it would be an understatement. My son celebrated his 1st birthday here and absolutely loved his first beach experience. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s family oriented and a beach that isn’t too crowded or busy with a little one, then look no further! We are so thankful to have gotten the opportunity to stay here and to meet Jim and Peggy, and would highly recommend booking with them!
