We enjoyed our stay. Although it is little congested for 3-4 people but still close to all activities and have all amenities. I won’t mind staying again.

Located near the intersection of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret, it provides easy access to shopping and dining, while being guilt and peaceful.

It was decent for a quick stay. The cable only worked in the bedroom and WiFi didnt show as available despite multiple tries. The bed was extremely stiff and the pullout bed in the living room was springy and uncomfortable. Other than that clean sheets and blanket and a place to shower.
2.0
We departed a night early. We were not comfortable with the overall cleanliness, e.g., grimy walls, stained carpets. There was no Internet connect because the modem was not working (per conversation with the customer service rep). The guest manual unwelcomingly said the Internet would be slow because the area is remote and if too many devices were connected, and that service.could take weeks. However, that was not our issue.

The space works for 2 people, the location is good. We used the red line shuttle with ease to get to village center. The unit was generally quiet. The kitchen met our needs.
Aside from the sleeper sofa needing to be replaced and the actually non-existent wifi (like literally did not exist, the network did not exist) the condo provided us a place to make breakfast before getting on the mountain and a place to rest up in the evening in preparation for the next day on the mountain.

Great location, good amenities, all of the toiletries you could need were provided. Only down fall was the internet didn’t work and wasn’t fixed even with a request.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to mammoth. Thank you!

Great for a quick affordable stay. Location is great and bathroom is clean and gets warm water. However sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable. The mattress in the bedroom was very stiff and the pullout bed in the living room was thin and springy. The WiFi and cable did not work.

The unit was very clean and overall comfortable. The location was great for us and parking was very easy right outside our unit. Directions for getting there and entering the unit were very clear and easy to follow. Well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, mugs, etc.

The condo was perfect for us and our two kids. The heater and fireplace worked really well. Everything was labeled in the kitchen to make it easy to put things back. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were nice too. At night, it was tricky finding the place but the map they provided helped.

I’ve stayed at La Vista Blanc many times and I love it here, the problem with my stay this time was in the communication, I received an email with details about local tips and that I would receive an email before 4pm when check-in was. So I waited until 4pm and still no email, so I tried to call the number for the property manager, she text me back after 5:15 and said sorry I missed your call, I asked her to call me so I can figure out why I haven’t received an email for check-in , she text me that she had sent it 6 times, finally at 5:36 she text me the entry code to the room, still haven’t received the email for check-in in my regular folder and my spam folder. So overall, great accommodation, love the location, but don’t expect to check in at 4pm and if you haven’t received anything by then don’t expect anything more then a text and poor communication between management. I was waiting around unsure if they were still cleaning or maybe I wasn’t going to get the room.

Great location! Close to bike paths, both the town loop and lakes path. The condo was comfortable for 2, 3-4 would be a tight squeeze. Pool/hot tub area very nice. The only downside was the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. Many large stains and generally soiled. Other than that the place felt clean

We loved this Condo. It is nice, cozy, and clean. We stayed with 2 people and it was perfect. The Condo was fully equipped with towels for 4 people. The kitchen was also fully equipped.

The good: Booking and checking in/out went very smoothly. The place was very clean, with a well stocked/appointed kitchen. Very nice bathroom. TV with streaming services worked great. Easy/close parking (right in front of unit). Very short drive to lodge (less than 5 minutes). The bad: The pull out sleeper sofa is just plain awful. Fortunately I didn't have to sleep on it. Don't know how anyone could. An investment in a mattress would be a very good idea. The bed in the bedroom is VERY firm, but I didn't mind that. Firewood was too damp to catch fire, so I couldn't enjoy the fireplace. Overall, a small but cozy, very clean place in a great location. I would stay there again if it's just me. But I would never subject my sons to that sleeper sofa!

Nicely decorated
Location was perfect for our needs. We don’t expect everything to be perfect as for cleanliness but there were a few things that could have been cleaned such as the top of fridge in the back was filthy where a pitcher was being stored also the carpet was a little rough with a few stains. I have an artificial foot and walking barefoot is a no no for me. Everything else was fine. We had great fun!!

The place was fine. However, the pocket door in the bedroom didn't work very well and was difficult to close. Otherwise the place was ok.

Cozy spot for a single/couple!
This property is convenient, inexpensive, and generally "okay!" The place is kind of a weird mix of being fixed up (new tiled floors! nice TV set-up!) and old (dirty-looking carpets, stained pillows, broken door on the microwave oven).
The positives include:
Really easy access to the property (including parking), basically zero-time check-in, the little heaters totally worked, the water was hot, the appliances looked like they worked (we didn't cook at all), lots of clean towels, there was an automatic ice-maker with clean ice...
The 3 sort-of big negatives were:
1) The couch smelled kind of old and dirty - just sitting down on it, you would get a whiff of that "old head smell." We ended up putting a sheet/towel down as a barrier.
2) When we pulled out the couch, we found some dark crinkly hairs on the mattress. You know the kind... :(
3) It's just super duper tiny. The bedroom is an okay size, but the queen bed basically takes up the entire room. They should have put a full bed in there instead, but I can see how advertising a queen would be more advantageous for the renters. Likewise, the living room /dining room is also itty bitty. I cannot imagine 4 adult humans trying to stay in this condo. 3 was really pushing it. 2 adults and 2 kids would also be a very tight squeeze.
Overall, it was what it claimed to be. But 4.5 stars it is not. I would say it's a solid 3.5. (The little hairs nudged that down to a 3, but that was probably an anomaly - or just a nice present from the previous house guests.)
