We absolutely loved this house, from the location, to the rooms for the whole family, the market outside and the easy to access entrance off of Piazza Farense made catching a taxi a breeze. The hosts were easy to contact and had great communication the whole trip for anything we needed. The only reason we might not be back is the older guests (65+ years) in our group didn’t like the stairs. (This was communicated ahead of time so it was expected). Otherwise, the kids loved their room, the adults enjoyed their privacy, the air-con was cold, and we were 5-15 minute walk from everything we wanted to enjoy in our last 3 days in Italy. Thanks again!

Property was very comfortable and spacious. Carlo was thorough and helpful. Within walking distance of almost all major sites. Only issue might be the 4 flights of steps getting up to the apartment, but it was a very minor issue.
Campo dei Fiori right there was special and busy. Would happily go back.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week. The location is central to many iconic attrations in Rome. The home itself is in a safe area surrounded by local residents. The courtyard you walk through to get to the flat is stunning. Once inside you can imagine that Nonna is in the kitchen cooking up a delicious dish for a large family dinner! My elderly parents stayed in the apartment while the rest of us were together in the main house. This worked perfect for when they wanted to go to bed earlier than the family. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen has everything we needed. For those new to Italy, please note the locals are comforable with things that you may not be. For instance, there is a washing machine but be prepared to hang dry your clothes. There is a line to dry them set up for you. You will also climb about 70 stairs to get to flat. There is not an elevator. These things were not an inconvenience for us but rather a taste of local life! If you choose to stay we wish you mornings of watching Campo de Fiori set up and come to life while eating croissants from Forno, then popping over to buy fresh burrata and prosciutto from the corner deli and a stroll through the local grocery store. Don't forget to grab wine from the wine cave in the back. Your evening hours will be filled with decisions to make about where to eat the freshest pasta! Enjoy and Bon Appetit!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the location of the rental. But the property was very dirty and unhealthy. there was mold and the airconditioner filters were clogged . my grandsons cleaned them.

The great location and layout of this property suited our group of 9 very well. We loved the market being right there and lots of restaurants and shops close by for us to either grab breakfast or a drink before dinner.
We walked easily to all the main attractions during our stay.
Carlo was very communicative, punctual and helpful before and during our visit arranging private transfers from the airport and train station.
We loved our time in this vibrant area.

We had two families (4 adults and 7 children) enjoy three days in Rome in this house. The rooms and bathrooms worked well for our group. Our favorite part was the location of the home. The Colosseum and Vatican were about a 30 minute walk and there were tons of great bars and restaurants all around us. We loved walking down to the market in the square just outside the home as well. Our host, Carlos, was very responsive and helpful getting us acquainted with the home and neighborhood.

Our family of eight had only 3 days to see Rome - and this location was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the property manager met us and efficiently got us through check in, and worked with our schedule for checking out. There was enough room for everyone, beds were comfortable, and air conditioning was working! I wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is just beautiful and is exactly how advertised. Perfectly located a few minutes away from major attractions.
Checking and checkout processes were easy and Carlos was even waiting for us outside of the property at our arrival, making our arrival easy and comfortable.
Temperature was really hot during our stay, AC was good enough in the main bedrooms. The smaller bedroom without AC was not a great place to sleep however as it remained to warm during the night even with small fan… still usable but not as comfortable as the other ones.
Once again, amazing location!

The location cannot be beat. The apartment offers old world charm that lends itself to an authentic Italian experience. The kitchen is very modern, while the master bathroom retains an original 1970s vibe with turf carpet, which we found eccentric, but added to the interest of the apartment. We used the air conditioning sparingly (only in the evenings) to offset the additional fee for its use. All rooms have AC, with the exception of one, where our teen daughter slept. She slept with the door open to the adjoining room without complaint. We loved that the apartment had four bathrooms, which worked perfectly, as we were two families of four each. Despite one child being on crutches during our stay, she was able to navigate the flights of stairs to the apartment entrance. We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location in Campo excellent. Be careful as electric price they are charging is above rates they are being charged from 2 Roman friends & what we found online. Also, AC in single bedroom blowing hot air & we had to cool down apt as not cool, so know that you will pay approx 100 euro/day additional. Property mgr made a big deal of checking us out 9:50 am day of departure but never showed & no call. We were late for our car service cause of all this drama. We have been renting apts in Italy since 1999 & this is worst experience we have had. All other rentals in Italy were fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely rental property. It was nicely located with a fun and active central market square viewable from the apartment. We were a larger group of 13, and were able to all stay at the same place. We enjoyed the old world charm that this apartment had to offer. And were treated well when we were there. We were also able to walk to all of the room attractions that we wanted to visit.

We absolutely love the campo di Fiori area and always choose our accommodations to its proximity. This time we were looking for something larger since we were a large group (13) and found this listing. Perfect area! The apartment is on the top floor so like all older apartments in Rome no elevators so it was quite a hike up. Our group had a few seniors (80+) so we did find a hotel close by for two of them so they could avoid the stairs. One of the bedrooms had no air conditioning in it so it was unusable in the heat wave that Rome was having which made the apartment tighter than expected. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized. Overall the apartment worked very well for us and reminded me of others we’ve stayed at. Great stay Thanks!

Family 2022 Italy
The apartment is as described. Hard to find a better location to tour Rome with the family. The beds were comfortable and amenities were perfect for our family of ten. Carlo and Flavia were wonderful and very responsive. The only issue is the fact that there is no elevator but that was disclosed and it didn't cause a problem. My wife and I are 76 and didn't have an issue with the stairs.

Great stay for family of 10 adults
Flavia’s apartment was the perfect place for my family of 10 adults. The location allowed us to visit all the sights of Rome by foot. Overlooking the busy Campo di Fiori it was fascinating watching the market wake up in the morning and then be transformed in the late afternoon to be a lively night spot surrounded by bars and restaurants. Flavia communicated promptly and Carlo met us for check in and check out explaining everything. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The wash machine and lines were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property for a large family or group. Be advised the air conditioning is quite expensive, given the present circumstances, and the 5th small bedroom is better suited for children than adults.

We stayed at this property and we were delighted. It has plenty of character, excellent location and the whole check in/out process was very simple.
The property is not renovated inside, but all is tidy and in good working conditions. Windows are excellent and the property is very quiet despite being close to all type of amenities. An excellent choice. Thank you for everything!

Delightful apt in a charming area
Gorgeous apartment, Flavia is kind and hospitable. Walked to colosseum, Vatican, etc. Easy walk to Piazza Navona and Pantheon. The campo is busy almost 24/7, which is fun. Loud outside at night but the windows in the apartment are top of the line and it’s not a problem. As soon as you seal them it’s quiet and peaceful.

A beautiful apartment
Fit the bill beautifully: perfect for two (the smallest unit) with room to have people over to sit and talk. A plasticated street map of Rome left for our use. A full shelf of immensely interesting books in all sorts of languages, should we have become laid up for any length of time. A most pleasant, patient host. Really a gem.

Opposite the French Embassy, overlooking Campo Dei Fiori, Flavia's flat is charming and well equipped. Our family of 3 generations rented the entire place for a week and had lots of room to spread out. The bars and restaurants within walking distance were great (Taba and Pierluigi are standouts for different reasons.) It has everything you could need from coffee maker to washing machine, with a Carrefour 24hr about a minute's walk away and a host of small shops and bars all within a stone's throw.Things to know:One of the bedrooms and the kitchen do not have an air conditioning unit, so are pretty hot in the summer. The main living area and remaining bedrooms have individual A/C units. Electricity charges (air conditioning) are extra, so if it's August and you like it chilly inside, then your costs will go up a fair bit.The flat is 3 flights up so if you've got heavy bags or wonky knees this may be a concern. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom is huge; so huge that it would be impossible to fill, and is a bit ancient so not sure it would work anyway. I didn't come to Rome to jacuzzi so it made no difference to me :)On the whole, we'd definitely stay there again. The hosts are welcoming and the flat and area are wonderful. We had a cracking week and the flat was a great place to relax and regroup before heading back out into the Italian evening. Fantastic value!

Fabulous location, comfortable accommodation
It's not easy to find a single, quality accommodation for a group of 8-10 persons, but Flavia's two adjoining flats were terrific for us. Fundamentals first--the rooms and beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well (essential given how hot it was in Rome in June), and the kitchen and laundry facilities worked well. It's in an older building with no elevator, which was OK for us but might be a problem for some. What makes this home exceptional is the location right by Campo de' Fiore--a crowded, picturesque market, within a less-than-10 minute walk to Piazza Navonna and countless good restaurants. I particularly liked going out in the early morning, finding an expresso nearby and watching Campo de' Fiore come alive. The owner, Flavia, was very helpful--arranging transport both from the airport and also to various locations in Rome, and offering suggestions for restaurants and sights in the area. We were very happy with our choice, and had absolutely zero complaints.

A great time living for a week
Flavia’s home is such a lovely comfort fit to our family of five’s Rome spring break,
Downstairs every morning’s farmers market and tons of pastry and bakery shops allow our teenage kids went purchasing breakfast every morning for the whole family,
We walk to most of the attractions from the home easily, it’s central location allows our 82 years mom to come back everyday for an afternoon nap while the rest of family can continue exploring Rome city.
Flavia is such a caring and attentive host, she went extra miles to make sure our allergic son has the cleanest environment for sleep, and gives us so many tips about restaurants, shops and ice cream places, also arranged both pick up and departures taxi service,
All above it contributed to our wonder 2018 spring break,
The very second day, our daughter said: mom, this is such a great experience, I see nothing but good thing in Rome, let’s make this annual family tradition:)
We will be back for sure.

Amazing view on Campo de Fiori, quiet and comfortable. Great location!
Located in a great location over looking Campo de Fiori. Beautiful decor and nice linens. Our bed was very comfortable. It has a grand entrance from Piazza Farnese. Note this property can be split into a three bedroom or two bedroom units or combined five bedrooms total. If you able spend a few dollars more and take the units that overlook Campo de Fiori - it is worth it. No need to be concerned about noise at night, there are amazing windows, blinds & shutters that keep the sound out. Flavia our host was gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this flat, would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

A Perfect Stay--It Enabled Us to See Rome As We Imagined!!!
Flavia’s apartment is the absolute best place to stay to get the most out of a visit to Rome! We spent a week here on our first-ever visit to Rome; we had 8 adults and 6 children, ages 2-11. The location is fantastic! It’s right above the colorful and fabulous market, close to many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, & gelato places. We rented the entire apartment flat and the accommodations were perfect for our combined families. We really enjoyed the living room, dining room, & kitchen. We felt like we were right at home--much better than staying in separate hotel rooms. We enjoyed meals around the huge dining room table & conversations & gatherings in the living room. We were there from 6-13 July and after long hot days of touring, we really enjoyed the air conditioning when we got back “home”. In the evenings, while folks were out enjoying the late nightlife on the piazza, right below our bedroom windows, we all slept soundly (including some light sleepers), because the sounds did not make it into the apartment. Flavia provided us with ample clean linens & towels, toilet paper & free use of the kitchen & the clothes washer. Besides the wonderful accommodations of this apartment, it is in the perfect location to visit most of the famous sites in Rome. All 14 of us walked from the apartment to every location we had planned on our daily itineraries (we used Rick Steves’ guidebook on Rome). As a result, we felt like we saw & experienced the best of Real Rome. We felt like locals in the neighborhood every day when we walked out to the market to start our day of exploring. We usually made it back “home” to have dinner at a restaurant in the plaza & we truly enjoyed eating fabulous Italian food outside under the canopies where we were treated to live acts of music, acrobatics & art. We felt very safe as well. From the date we booked the apartment to the day we arrived and during our stay to the day we left, Flavia was very attentive to our questions and needs. She answered our emails within 24 hours, gave us detailed instructions on our arrival & arranged transportation from & to the airport. Overall, this was an amazing experience for all of us & if we ever visit Rome again, this is where we want to stay!! It is the very best value, location & way to experience Rome!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location!
We could not have been happier with this location. We were a large group of 12, spanning ages 10-75. Many bathrooms were very much appreciated. The apartment was beautifully decorated, updated, and very clean. It was a great, central location, and the sound-proof windows, when closed, kept the noise of the piazza out of the apartment. We loved our stay in Rome, and wish it lasted longer!

Property was a dream come true!
We had a wonderful time in the apartment that was well suited for 2 people travelling for a week. The location was outstanding and truly within seconds and minutes of amazing sights and restaurants and cafes and bars. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be near the action without any of the potential noise. We had to walk up a few flights of stairs which was fine for us - but beyond that the place was fantastic. Cleanliness was top notch and the reception was great too.
