Do you enjoy watching the sun rise over the ocean or gazing at the moon and stars with sand under your feet? Both are yours to enjoy when you book your beach vacation at Ocean Breeze in Duck, NC. At Ocean Breeze, you are just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, relaxation and fun!

Ocean Breeze offers you a wonderfully updated one bedroom, two bath condo with a beautiful ocean view, a private balcony, dune-top gazebos and an oceanfront community pool. This updated beach condo, we call Ocean Breeze for a reason, is perfect if you are looking for a great OBX experience with comfortable accommodations, a two minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the Village of Duck.

Ocean Breeze is located on the first level of building B at the Colony by the Sea Condominium Community and is great for anyone and everyone—couples, small families, friends and people that like to travel solo. During the summer months, Ocean Breeze rents full weeks. Off-season rentals, September - May, are a minimum of two nights and can begin and end on the day of your choice.

In addition to the perfect location, Ocean Breeze is an updated condo with a beach chic look and boasts a master bedroom, with a king size bed and private bathroom. A bunk bed alcove is located in the hall and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include free wireless internet access and two smart televisions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A breathtaking view from your private balcony with comfortable deck furniture are yours to enjoy.

The ocean front pool (unheated) opens in May and closes in October. There are numerous grilling stations located on the property, as well as picnic tables so you can cook out and have a pool party! There is also plenty of grassy space for a game of football or frisbee while the steaks are on the grille. Guests of all ages enjoy the oceanfront pool, tennis courts, play ground, outside showers and dune-top gazebos.
Convenience is key at Ocean Breeze. We are fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking, and serving utensils so you can cook up a storm if that is your desire. You are also within walking distance of the village of Duck—with great shopping and great eating! Tommy’s Market and Winks Market are close but more importantly, the ice cream and donut shops are close by too!

Ocean Breeze is located on the first floor of the building, requiring guest to climb one flight of stairs to reach the front door (no elevator access). There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the ground level of each building. Guest supply their own bed linens and towels. Referrals to a rental company provided upon request.

Refund Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in receive 100% of the amount they've paid. Travelers who cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, receive 50%. Travelers who cancel 13 days out or less from their reservation, forfeit 100% of what they’ve paid.

Ocean Breeze in Duck was a little slice of heaven! The description online is perfectly accurate and on point! Everything is as stated, but it's even better in person! Great parking space, beautiful ocean views, short walk to pool or beach, tastefully appointed interior with everything you'll need for meal prep and cozy accommodations for resting and relaxing. It is one of the nicest vacations we've ever had! Enjoyed the location close to town but tucked away from the main drag. Family atmosphere, quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay again!

We had such a lovely time at the Ocean Breeze Condo. It was clean and had all the cooking tools we needed. The condo is the perfect size for a couple, but there are bunk beds if you bring the kids. You just cant beat this location with the proximity to the beach and town of Duck. Just a few minutes walk to the sunrise! Coffee at Ducks Cottage was only a short 15 min walk away in the mornings, as well as shops and restaurants. We loved being able to make use of the community tennis courts and the pool as well. Beautiful stay, hope to be back soon!

Great location on the beach and also has a pool. The Condo is very nice and clean. End unit with view of the ocean from the balcony. Owners are responsive and even offered an early check in that we didn't get to take advantage of but was nice of them. I would recommend 10/10. We will definitely come back and look forward to getting to do or see everything we couldn't our first trip.

This was a super little place and truly such an easy, quick walk to the beach. I would absolutely love to stay again. My only suggestion is it might be time for a new mattress and pillows in the master.

Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in.

We drove down from MA for our kid's April vacation to enjoy the warmer weather and some beach time. The location of this property is very convenient as it's located near a lot of shops and most importantly, the beach. The unit was well appointed and very clean and organized. The owner was quite to respond to any questions and was very pleasant to work with. Our only regret is we weren't able to stay longer!

We have been very fortunate to stay in this wonderful rental several times throughout the last few years. It is very accommodating, comfortable, convenient, and well maintained. The location is great for walking on the beach or to the village of Duck for coffee and meals. It has become a place we love “running away to” for a quiet getaway for a few days if available. We appreciate the owners allowing us to enjoy this great rental!

Location was perfect. So close to the beach and close enough to walk to the sound side shops and boardwalk. Lovely morning sunrise views from the deck. The condo was very clean. Fine for just my husband and me. Kitchen is small but had what we needed. Communication was very responsive.

This condo was perfect for our first vacation as a family and for our 1 year-old’s first time in the Outer Banks. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise. It was so close to the beach and a very short drive to all of the happenings in downtown Duck. The owners were so very gracious. We hope to stay here again soon!

It was a great location but it definitely needs repairs and cleaning. The lack of sheets the lack of towels just interrupted the experience. We were happy to check into a hotel after this stay and experience the appropriate amenities. No soap no towels it just made the experience difficult

The condo was well supplied with utensils and what is needed for cooking simple meals. The king bed was comfortable. Some supplies like salt & pepper would have been handy. The location was close to Duck, not walking distance. Beach was nice but windy!

Lynn’s place was right off the beach and in a quiet area, but very close to Duck Donuts and various shops. It was homey and fully stocked with nice kitchen items, starter TP and paper towels. The masterbed was comfy too. On our last day, our furbaby of 17yrs had to be put to sleep and in our haste to get home, we left our pillows on the bed. She was so sweet to communicate with the cleaners and get our pillows to us. The only “negative” we had related to the stay (and totally out of the owner’s control), was the people above us were heavy walkers with 2 toddlers so we heard them constantly walking/running around, which was somewhat annoying. I do recommend and would love to stay at Ocean Breeze again. Thank you Lynn
