We had to reserve this house very quickly as my parents had a medical emergency that was going to keep them in Flordia for an additional 30 days. The owners were so gracious and helpful. The home was clean and in a great neighborhood

The owners were welcoming, generous, and helpful. This house was nicely furnished and comfortable. The house shows its age and is in need of some repairs and upgrades. There was a bug problem at first and that got resolved with the help of the owner. The house was well furnished. The neighborhood was very nice with friendly neighbors and quite streets.

Our family rented for 6 weeks in Feb/Mar 2019 and loved the place. Well furnished and Ed and Lily are terrific to deal with. They are very accommodating and eager to ensure that our stay was pleasant (it was).
Very nice neighborhood and met many friendly people from the community while walking our dog. We have been coming to this part of Naples for 20 years and love the location. Close to the beach and many great shops and restaurants.
Would highly recommend. In fact, we plan to stay here again in the future.

This home is very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Our 6-week stay was delightful. Everything you need is here and we enjoyed dining in the lanai most every night. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, and Vanderbilt Beach is just a short drive away. The owners are very accommodating and super easy to work with. We would stay here again.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our 3 month stay in this single family home. Originally, we chose this fine home because the owners, Ed and Lilli, advertised it as "pet friendly." We intended to bring our small Jack Russell Terrier with us for December, January, and February, and Ed and Lilli were very comfortable with bringing Gus along. Unfortunately, before we traveled to Naples, poor little Gus suffered a serious of strokes and passed way.
We have to emphasize that Ed and Lilli are 2 of the nicest, most accommodating people we have ever met. They tried very hard to make our stay in their beautiful home a great experience for us. The home is very comfortable with an excellent layout. Both of us really loved the large lanai with the large table, plenty of seating, and 2 zero gravity chairs that we and our visitors fell in love with. Sitting here in the unseasonable March cold in Pennsylvania, my wife and I constantly reflect on enjoying breakfast and several lunches on the warm lanai. Except for some homesickness, we had a very good time.
The home itself is in a very nice, welcoming neighborhood where we met some of the friendliest people we'll every meet. And most everyone loves to walk their dogs. They'll wave and stop to talk.
Palm River Estates, where the home located, has one of the most convenient locations in the Naples area. It is only a short drive to Immokalee Road that runs East and West through North Naples. Anything you need and several excellent restaurants are readily accessed from Immokalee Road. And, if you just follow it west towards the Gulf of Mexico, in about 3 miles you'll reach Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park, easily two of the best stretches of beach that we have ever enjoyed. We went there twice a week, and even spent Christmas Day in shorts, t-shirts, sandals lounging in chairs overlooking the ocean.
If you want to experience the energy and good times available in the City of Naples, that's just a 20 minute drive down Goodlatte-Frank Road. On 5th Avenue and 3rd St, you'll find outstanding restaurants and the best shopping experience on Florida's Gulf Coast. And along the other major thoroughfares branching off Immokalee, you'll find a huge variety of dining and retail choices.
Of course, there were a few hiccups with the house, but most were quickly remedied. For example, my wife likes to watch TV in the bedroom, and so Ed immediately had an upgraded satellite hookup and a new flat screen TV installed.

The house is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The location in North Naples was great within a few minutes drive to everything. Very confortable and safe house with everything you might need for cooking, washer and dryer, clean and with very fast internet.,we stayed for a month and really felt at home.
They have 2 bicycles, chairs, coolers and all you need to spend a day at the beach. The owners Ed and Lilly were so nice and helped us in everything we needed and more.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay in this lovely, stylish, comfortable home was delightful. The home was cozy, clean, roomy and equipped with all the amenities for a Florida vacation such as bikes, BBQ, beach equipment. We were able to have our friends over for dinner and games in the roomy dining room. Our family came to visit from out of town because of abundant sleeping arrangements. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a home away from home atmosphere in beautiful Naples Florida. The owners were more than helpful and a delight to work with. Great location to beaches and downtown Naples.
