This is one case where the VRBO site photos do not fully show off this beautiful house. We expected a very nice house however were amazed to see the quality of the whole house as well as the grounds. Our family gathering which lasted 2 or 3 days with 6 of us staying at the house and other guests who came to the reunion. We used the inside and outside areas to gather and enjoy family discussions. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals and snacks. Great VRBO>

Beautiful home
We have stayed at this home twice. It is absolutely beautiful with so many special features - and high quality everything (linens, kitchen pots and pans , etc) that it doesn’t at all feel like a typical rental home. The owner is super responsive and goes out if his way to help with anything. The only thing to note- is that we first went in early 2020 and then returned in 2022. During that time, the property around the home has been transformed into a winery and tasting room. This isn’t necessarily a negative. The entire place is beautiful, but because it is now open to the public, the house definitely has less privacy than it used to so just be prepared for wine tasters to be walking by the house to get from the parking area to the tasting room. So long as that isn’t something that would bother you, this house is more than great!

Can’t wait to go back
We can’t say enough good things about this place. Everything was of great quality, the linens, the beds, the appliances. The kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking. The layout of the house is great for couples. The property is beautiful. And the owner, Roger, was amazing! Unfortunately we never had the time to go to the tasting room but plan on going again sometime soon!

Another great stay!
The five of us returned to this beautiful place for another 2 week stay. As mentioned in our review last year, we loved: the upgraded kitchen, how well the house was stocked, the cleanliness, the beautiful landscaping, Roger being a very helpful and friendly host, and maybe most of all, hanging out in the late afternoon on the large patio viewing the spectacular sunsets.
Because this is an active and popular wine tasting venue, you'll see and hear visitors coming and going during the afternoons. The tastings are held in a separate yard and building at the rear of the property.
We would return and recommend to others

Beautiful home on a beautiful property
Four of us stayed at the property and another couple who live in Tucson joined us for part of every day. Everything was done very tastefully and the landscaping was wonderful.

Best stay in a long time
Just an amazing property that had my kids very satisfied. Most times when traveling we are constantly having to find something to do. Kids were happy hanging at the house and property. Highly recommend. We can't wait to stay again!

The house was amazing ... Roger was excellent and very attentive. Alessia & Toby at the winery were the best. We would come back her again .. felt very much like home.

Lovely Inside and Out!
Absolutely beautiful home! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here- spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, and a relaxing outdoor space. We spent every evening enjoying the outdoor patios: vineyard, fountains, fire pit, grill, ping pong table, plenty of seating- we loved it! Roger was an excellent host. We’d definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Place
What a find! This is a place we want to visit again. The house and grounds were beautiful. Roger was a great host, always accessible. The vineyard and wine tasting were an added bonus.

Beautiful Getaway
Everything about this stay was amazing. The house, the grounds, the host, the vineyard and wine tasting, the sunsets and everything in between. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while in Tucson this is it!

Desert oasis
Five of us really enjoyed our two-week stay at this very clean, comfortably furnished house (great beds) with beautifully landscaped grounds. The well-equipped kitchen has high-end appliances and a large island area making it easy and fun to cook, which was a real bonus as we had most of our meals in. We loved the abundant outdoor spaces and seating areas, and as other guests have mentioned, the sunsets from the west patio are spectacular. Roger is an exceptional host: Very quick to respond to questions before our arrival; quick to resolve a few minor issues during our stay (What? No wire whisk in the kitchen?); and quite entertaining during a fun wine tasting.
The property is somewhat remote. While only a 10-minute drive to local Safeway, it's at least 20-30 minutes to other Tucson tourist sites, hiking trails, and other activities. This was fine for us as we loved the quiet, solitude, desert wildlife (especially the birds), starry nights, and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous!!
This place is the stuff of Air B and B dreams. Singularly stunning house and property. Every amenity you can think of at your finger tips. Roger was a gracious and friendly host who served us up a generous wine tasting while we waited for the house to be readied (we arrived early). We will be back!! It’s too good not to come again.

Beautiful Desert Home
Family of four adults stayed Dec 25 - Jan 2. I would give this property an 11 on a scale of 10. I have never stayed at a home that was better equipped than this one - every supply you need was provided. We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years and this one is at the top of my list. The house is lovely and the desert landscaping is stunning. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again. We returned to the house each day in time to watch the sunset. The evening sun on the vineyard, bougainvilleas and other plants was spectacular. Roger is the ultimate host and is very attentive and responsive.

Exquisite!
Property was absolutely amazing - natural scenery and the home itself. Roger was a very gracious host. Learned more about wine from his personal tour than several trips to Napa. Will return one day.

Incredble!
We've stayed at many VRBOs, and this one ranks right at the top. A major plus if you're an outdoor lover! With a huge wrap around patio and fountain, private master bedroom patio/garden with fountain, stunning desert landscaping throughout and 270-degree mountain views, this is a place we loved spending afternoons after hiking or sightseeing. The sunsets right in front of the house were spectacular, changing every night. On 8 acres; very private and so beautifully quiet and peaceful - only the sounds of the many birds and the occasional bray of one of the donkeys. The house itself is a piece of art. A complete adobe makeover with incredible architectural and design features, it's a feast for the eyes as well as the soul. The well-functioning induction stove and Cuisinart cookware were very appreciated by someone who cooked most nights. Roger was responsive and friendly without being intrusive, and a very interesting guy! We'd gladly go back and highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Tucson/Marana area.

GREAT !!! GREAT !!! & GREATER !!!
Hello, We are a group from Seattle Washington that travels twice a year to bowl tournaments across the states. This 'GEM" was truly a '10'. The Owner met us to tour and gave us history of the property. The home is amazing and pictures do not do it justice. We felt so comfortable and began with ' WHAT IF, WE LIVED HERE :)'. If the tournament returns to the Arizona area "WE" will stay again !!!. Thanks Evolve and Roger for making it easy and comfortable. We usually go thru VRBO and HomeAway and tried EVOLVE and are glad that we did !!. So Long Arizona but not GOODBYE as we will be back.

We as a group travel twice a year for bowling tournaments and are always happy to have a great stay with intensions of returning. Roger was PRIMO !! and the tour of his grounds was amazing !. When the tournament returns to the Arizona region WE WILL DEFINITELY contact Roger. Again, THANKS for the great hospitality shared and an experience we will cherish. Great family vacation to our home town.
We live on the East coast now, but Tucson is our home town. This home was fully loaded with high quality amenities, beautifully furnished and the tile and stonework throughout the home and property were lovely. Roger was always available and responsive for a few minor questions we encountered. The property has 3 resident mules, far enough from the home itself but a short walk to visit with them. We had a 5 y/o with us who enjoyed feeding them carrots. The mules are magically taken care of in the early morning, never heard anything but happened to be up one morning and saw the caretaker. The outside patio spaces were gorgeous with incredible views of the desert and mountains. It was quiet and dark at night. Great for star gazing. This home was close enough to shopping and restaurants but has a very rural vibe which we love. This home was an incredible value for what you get!
To top it off the property has a vineyard! I felt as if I was in Italy or France plopped in the Sonoran desert.
The photos do not do it justice! Will be back!!
Thanks Roger for a great memorable Tucson visit!

Beautiful hacienda
This is a stunning house on beautifully landscaped grounds! Mexican tile floors, induction stove, private outdoor spaces, flowers and cacti, and a corral with handsome mules out back. The beds are very comfortable and the 8.5 acre setting is very quiet and conducive to sound sleep. I loved the deep soaking bathtub in the master bath. The owner is a good host. He is accommodating and accessible to answer questions and assist in any way he can.
One suggestion I have is to have a table and chairs on the shaded porch off the living room and near the kitchen for al fresco dining. And some comfortable outdoor seating in the shade in that area, as well.

Charming, secluded
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The accommodations were superb with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. This is a unique property with an onsite winery and some very friendly mules out back. The owner of the property, Roger, was extremely helpful on several occasions (truly above and beyond) and even gave us a tour of the winery and a bottle of their wine. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Paradise in Tucson!
We were lucky enough to stay here for three weeks in February. The home exceeded all expectations. Roger was there to greet us, take us on a tour, and was only a phone call away if we needed something. The house was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Plenty of amenities were left for us including water, spices, coffee and tea, shampoo, etc and even bubble bath and epsom salts for the amazing master bathroom tub! The beds were comfortable and there was hardly any noise at all beyond that of the desert.
The grounds are stunning, and provided a perfect retreat after the day to watch the sunsets. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to stay next year!
