Pools are tiled dramatically in three shades of blue, and all are in the same sprawling area, dominated by a swim-up bar and daytime restaurant. Because they're on different levels, some of the pools are more private than others. Condos have one to three bedrooms, and villas range from three to five bedrooms. All have high ceilings, granite counters and arched wooden doors. Some penthouse condos and villas have wine cellars, mini offices and other fancy touches.

This is the second time staying at Bella Sirena in a Villa! It never disappoints! Beautiful Property with all the Amenities needed! I would definitely recommend!!

Stayed in this villa for a Mother's Day weekend with my mother, sister, and a friend. Lots of room and has a well stocked kitchen. This villa is one of the closest to the beach and has a very comfy and private patio, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. Mel responded very quickly to the few questions we had. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed at this property for a wedding we were attending. The host had great communication and was always available. The house was very well equipped and really nice! Would definitely recommend it!

Space was well furnished for me and my 3 kids. With 3 kids we didn’t want to have to deal with going out so we brought all of the food and the kitchen was well equipped for every meal we cooked. The space wasn’t on the beach but directly in front of where the heated pool is for the kids. We actually preferred this spot vs a similar unit on the ocean considering the younger kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating if we had any issues and resolved them immediately.only thing I might recommend is to bring your own Beach toys whereas there is t an easy means of getting them there or are they furnished at the unit. All in all it was a great trip and we will definitely be back!

They charge to use Jacuzzi and BBQ Grill and windows do not open
The home is very beautiful and comfortable. However all bedroom windows are duct taped shut so that you can not open them. So it took away from having that ocean breeze come into your room. The only windows that open was the living room sliding door. The listing does not mention that if you want to use the BBQ grill or Jacuzzzi there is a charge for each and you must notify the Owner 1 day in advance, so that he can send people to set it up/prepare it. The garage is also off limits however I emailed the Owner and he was accommodating to let us use one side of the garage to store our motorcycles in there. The home was very clean well kept and beds are very comfortable. Great location within the resort.

Great Villa
Over all we had a great stay, though I do wish better communication was made about a few things. When booking it doesn't tell you that you cannot use the garage to park your vehicles, that information is later given to you when they email you the check-in codes for the house. It should be something told to potential guest upfront. During our stay the garage had no lights, as their was some electrical problem with them. That's where the washer and dryer are located so it made it a bit difficult for washing as its pretty dark in there unless you open the garage doors. The last thing I wish was better communicated to us was the prior damage to the rear patio door that had duck tape holding one of the glass in so it would not fall out, as they where waiting for the other glass to come in. This communication is important to prevent any further damages and or a injury to someone. I can say that when I communicated my issues with the managing company (SUSAN BETHEL with Rocky Point Travel), they were very responsive and made sure to respond in a timely manner. Over all the villa is beautiful and has almost everything you need during your stay. The resort is very beautiful and we loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we come to visit RP again.

Stayed here 3 nights with friends over a golf weekend. Condo was clean, private, and impressive. Walk to the pool, beach, and cafe. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Puerto Penasco.

Fun stay at a nice resort in Rocky Point
The place was nice and right next to the beach and pool. The check-in process was a bit excessive and complex as far as where to go and what documents needed to be collected in order to get into the gates of the property. Place was very clean but bedding/towels were a bit dated.

Wonderful Host
Thanks Mel, by far the best appointed villa we've stayed in at Bella Sirena! Plenty of trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, lighter for grill. Not only that everything was in working order including the grill and hot tub! Mel, even checked in to make sure we had any questions or concerns. He is a pro and his properties are top notch.

Perfect location!!!
We absolutely loved staying in this villa. The location was perfect and loved having all the yard space for cornhole. Mel was great to work with and email communication was quick. The house supplied what we needed. There was a few things that could be updated but nothing major. The nest thermostat was super easy to use! One issue is the Master room does not get a good air flow. Other rooms were nice and chilly but the master was always a bit warmer.
All in all we will definitely stay there again!

All in all a nice stay
There was an overwhelming odor when we got to the property. It took a few minutes to locate the source. The kitchen sink drains were covered with the stoppers and once removed the whole house was engulfed with the odor. And it didn't go away until 2 days later when we cleaned the disposal and drain and brought in candles. The Master bed is super noisy and uncomfortable. Not much air circulating from the ceiling fans and the TVs are not all hooked up in the bedrooms. With all that, the place is beautiful. Location is fabulous. The security and staff are wonderful. There is everything in the kitchen to use so that you can prepare meals. Bathrooms are spacious with extra towels. We will definitely stay at Bella Sirena again.

Awesome Villa Location and Owner Customer Service
We rented this Villa for a family vacation, taking my 2 parents and my 2 children (12&4). The villa was spacious and had adequate furniture and necessities. The villa is located directly west of the pool and just north of the ocean front villas, making it a short walk to the beach or the pool and without having to deal with the noise associated with either. We did have a few small maintenance issues upon arrival, but after contacting the owner through email, they were very quick to remedy the problems.
The only thing that was inaccurate on the listing was the fact that one of the bedrooms did not have a king bed, and was a double. The master bedroom can get quiet stuffy and this room, the second bedroom with the double, and the main living areas all operated on one AC unit. The third bedroom did not have a bathroom attached, but it was separate from the other bedrooms and living areas, so it was nice to have some space between rooms.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon. Thanks for having our family, Mel.

Beautiful Villa!! Great for families!!
This property is stunning! Like being in Tuscany. I’m a professional interior designer and appreciate all the details. The cantera stone throughout the villa was just beautiful. We could see the ocean from the patio, which was, by the way, bigger than I thought. It gave us lots of privacy but the kids loved playing on the grass. We had always stayed in condos, but the convenience of being steps from the ocean without having to carry so much stuff back and forth to the beach sold us for all future visits. The kitchen is well stocked. Every bedroom had lots of storage space and their own bathrooms. Mel was very helpful and responded very quickly to our questions. He also provided us with lots of information about the Villa and resort before we got there. We visited all the restaurants Mel recommended and they all exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms well stocked also. My husband and I needed to be connected with work so having, not only one internet service, but two, in case one failed, was a great amenity and a must for us. We could both work and enjoy ourselves with the family at the same time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a family. The resort amenities are really nice to have available and we really felt like it was our home away from home. Thank you. We’ll definitely be back.

This Villa is decorated with the utmost in luxury taste. It was truly a
pleasure to have vacationed there. We enjoyed our stay. It was a
very relaxing and de-stressing getaway. The premises and the pools
are beautifully kept. Peaceful and quiet. The morning walks on the beach are so relaxing. Everyone is very courteous, friendly and willing to help
in anyway they can. The only thing to improve on is to add more Umbrellas
and Lounge Chairs at the Pools. The staff was very helpful and got us an Umbrella. We will definitely be back.

Wow! What a beach, what a great property
The home is in a great location within the property, right next to an inifinty edge pool and a short walk to the beach. The condo association itself could not have been better. Live music at the pool, great food at the pool restaurant, large TV's in the pool bar, and an unreal soft sand beach with light blue water. My only hesitation in leaving a 5 star review was that it may encourage this property to be rented by someone else at a time when I want to rent it again. My family will certainly be back!

Perfect Rocky Point Getaway!
Our stay at this property was wonderful! The kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary items for cooking. The property was beautiful and private. The property was well maintained with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The beach was a short walk but the private patio was perfect for sitting outside and reading or enjoying the sun. We highly recommend this property for your Rocky Point vacation!

Nice Villa
The villa itself and being a stand alone unit is awesome. The rooms are very nice and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Living room is very grand and excellent lighting. The place is kept very nice inside. The nest thermostats are excellent but definitely a learning curve if never used. Nice big kitchen and includes most utensils and dishes you would need.
There are Roku style TVs in every room but no SkyTV (DirecTV in Mexico) and the only channels from property have awful, unwatchable reception making them useless. There is a chromecast on main tv and all have Netflix, etc but internet is so slow that it is almost impossible to stream on more than one device at a time. I would expect better internet since so reliant on it or SkyTV so you could actually watch tv. We had to go to bar to watch Cardinals game where picture was perfect because they have SkyTV.
Jacuzzi and BBQ both are extra and the grill didn't work when we arrived. Best we ever got was one third of it working. Owner was responsive to repair request but very surprised that it wasn't actually fixed until we left and he never offered us a refund for it.
Jacuzzi is nice but doesn't get hot so don't expect a hot tub.
Speakers outside don't work, so can't play music in patio/jacuzzi area.
Every single light is missing from upstairs patio so no lights up there. The entire fixtures are missing.
Speakers in living room don't work, so if you stream music or something only comes through tv.
All side patio doors are locked and can't be used. Main patio door is tough to close but must be closed for air to work.
Refrigerator has broken sliding shelf so be careful.
These are all things that can easily be corrected and they should be. Place should be exceptional but isn't.
Simply based on the house and location it is worth it but for amenities I was not impressed.
We rent 2-3 times a year in Rocky Point and almost always do 3BR places and personally I wouldn't rent again.
They also require a deposit and odd payment method that I have never had to deal with anywhere else.

Weekend Getaway!
Our stay was Awesome...the house itself was way more then we expected, three bedrooms, three baths...master bath was huge! Excellent kitchen fully stocked...built in bbq grill which we used everyday...built in jacuzzi which we used everyday...loved all the pools...the swim up bar was great..nice staff everywhere we went...the grounds maintained beautifully...short walk to beach...we hope to go back!

Great Place!
This a great place. We found it on VRBO, didn't have any ratings. Well it should! 3 separate bedrooms with a bath. It's own very nice Jacuzzi. Giant lawn in the backyard, with tons of great furniture. The owner is very responsive through email for any questions I had. I'm going back to this one!
