About this apartment rental
This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.
You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms including a jetted tub in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.
The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.
The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is nicely appointed, very well-equipped, and spacious. There is a beautiful view of the lake. It is conveniently located near all of the Branson area attractions. It was very quiet and restful during the week; just slightly more busy on the weekends. We had a terrific week-long stay there, and we would book this property again in the future!

We have rented several properties over the years, and this one ranks at the top! Right on the water, very spacious, and clean! Many listings say fully stocked kitchen but this one really did have everything you would ever need, from a griddle for pancakes to huge pots and pans for a big batch of spaghetti, and plenty of dishes and cups. The owner was timely with information and told us everything we needed to know before we got there. The pool was right next to the building and usually we were the only ones there. Each night a deer would walk by the covered back deck too. We had a great week! We will be staying here again!

The condo and location were excellent! We enjoyed the space for everyone, the lovely accommodations, the lake view, and marina close by. The place was just as pictured, and the property managers were easily reached if needed. Our only recommendations would be to add tissue boxes for the guests and to consider updating the bed in the primary suite. It was less comfortable than what our family described the other beds to be like. Other than that, this was a truly accomodating and relaxing place to stay!

If the title doesn't speak for itself, let me tell you that the host (Clark) and this property are top notch!
Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and more importantly very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare and cook food with. There are two grills located in the back. One is electric on the back deck, and the other (charcoal) is located a few feet from the back deck steps. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with shampoo, body soap, hair dryers, etc. if you forget or just don't want to pack your own. The property location is within 10 minutes of Walmart, and another grocery store in case there may be something that you forgot for your stay, as well as other various restaurants, bars & grills, etc. There is a cottage market located two minutes down the street for ice and other minor needs.
Overall I have zero complaints. Clark was responsive and accommodating. A TOP NOTCH HOST!! I have already booked again for Labor Day weekend. Long story short, if this property is available and will accommodate the number in your party, book immediately. You won't regret it! A+++++++

Our family was very comfortable at this condo on Indian Point. The sunsets were gorgeous, and I really appreciated the owner purchasing a high chair and packnplay crib for us. This was perfect for a family with young kids. It's a short commute into Branson, but there was a convenience store on the corner, several nearby pizza choices, and even a pub next door with live music! (It was on the other side of the building so couldn't hear it in our unit. But my husband and I enjoyed a drink at the pub while the kids stayed with grandparents.). We celebrated Easter at Praise and Worship Church just 10 minutes down the road, and did lots of fun activities in Branson. Thanks for the hospitality! We hope to come back someday.

Clean and nice to be able to stay out of the craziness of Branson while still meeting close to Silver Dollar City. Woke up to deer almost every morning and had a nice getaway with the family.

All of the information we needed to locate and enter the property was efficiently provided. We were impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the space. My wife and I recently spent about a week at Table Rock Lake. The condo was just perfect--very neat/clean and very nicely appointed. We had outstanding response from Clark, the owner, with sometimes mundane questions. He always treated us with respect and was very responsive to us on those rare times we contacted him. With all of the hubub of Branson, it was so nice to be at the condo on the lake where it was very peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony/porch, watching the deer and seeing boat traffic pass by. Our dog felt very at home, as well. It is a beautiful area with lots of fun places to explore outside of Branson.

Lovely condo! Very clean and comfortable. Has everything you could want in the kitchen and if you forgot a toiletry item it was there. Felt like being at home. You can get to anything within 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is perfectly located and the neighborhood was perfect for relaxation and morning walks.
The only minor thing or recommendation is maybe to make it hardwood when the property is due for upgrade, since it’s a pet friendly. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.
Will definitely stay there again when we go back.

Nice place for a group of six ladies to stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and there was plenty of towels for the shower. The 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds, had comfortable mattresses. There was plenty of room and it also had a nice covered porch with comfortable furniture for coffee in the mornings. It is on the lake but the view is partially blocked by the trees. We did haul our chairs down to the beach one evening to watch the sunset but it is a little uphill trek back to the condo. The marina is nearby and we had no problem renting a pontoon for a day on the lake. It was a nice quiet place to stay and would rent it again.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable-and only 15 minutes away from town. The lake views were amazing-and we loved the covered porch-even though the heat limited our use. The kids Sean in the lake and we rented a boat a few times from Indian Point Marina. The kids loved that!
There was enough room for our family of five and our dogs.
Communication with the hosts was awesome too-any questions we had were promptly answered.
We are looking forward to coming back-we definitely found our place to stay for future trips!

This property is fantastic! The condo is clean and very well stocked. If you are looking for a property close to the water (and you can swim right off the shore)....this is your place! Clark is a great host as he always is there to help and answer questions. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a family get away!

We had the best time at this condo! The entire property was very clean from top to bottom. They had the entire kitchen stocked up with any gadget you may think you need. The extra towels were much appreciated. The view from the back porch couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the one minute walk down to the water.

Everyone should takes notes & all should stock their kitchens as well as this was. Other places only have maybe 4 smaller pans, almost never a nice large skillet, a few plates & drinkware, and usually not many cooking utensils or nice knives. This kitchen had it all plus. I always cook on our trips(3-4 trips a year at least) & this was the best stocked kitchen ever. Clean, roomy, comfy, cozy, & great location. Easy walk right to the lake as advertised & extremely close & easy acces to a boat ramp. Great back deck with lake view. Really best place we have stayed at Table Rock Lake, which is a yearly vacation for us.

Our family had an outstanding stay at the Grace's Table Rock Sunset Condo. Super clean property and ready for our stay in every way when we arrived. Very quiet location in the Indian Point area but close to anything we needed. Just wish we would have booked for a longer stay. Much to see and enjoy in the area. Sunsets at the lake shore within an easy walk of the back deck are fantastic!

We celebrated my Dad’s 84th birthday and your property was the perfect venue. We enjoyed the lake view and quite surroundings. The only recommendation would be to cut back some trees, if possible, to provide an even better and unobstructed view of the lake. The smart TV in the living room was a little difficult for us older folks to navigate and believe you could get away with a basic cable format like in the bedrooms. We had a wonderful experience—thank you!

Sitting out on the covered balcony enjoying the lake view is the perfect relaxing get away! This was our second time to stay here. Clark is wonderful to work with and my grand pups especially like that they are able to join us on vacation!
The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The electric grill is great to grill a steak and sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. We brought our boat, so the close proximity to Indian Point Marina was very convenient for us. (You can store the boat trailer at Deer Run Grocery, also known as The Outpost)
The Lake House next door is a super casual restaurant/bar with delicious homemade french fries! Great to walk to dinner.

This was a great place to stay. Condo was very clean and easy entering and leaving. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was and having the area practically to ourselves. Did enjoy watching the deer, boats, and fishermen fishing all from the very comfortable deck chairs on the back deck! We are already planning our next vacation back to this condominium! Thank you for providing this wonderful place to stay!
