"LaView" is a truly unique, open-concept couples’ suite, and the perfect atmosphere for You & Your Special someone . Heart shaped jacuzzi/tub/shower combo overlooking the Bay.

"LaView" is a second story Suite.

Our goal is to make sure your only responsibility is to enjoy our little slice of Heaven on the Bay. Our motto here is “No Worries” … just Rest - Romance - Relaxation – and Peace of Mind...

"LaView" has a private balcony for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, but you are also welcome to use the many common areas, fire pits and palapa huts. Even lie in one of the Hammocks under the Moon and Stars.

"LaView" is a 576 Sq./Ft Waterfront Suite.

*It is a second story Suite
*The Shower is in the Jacuzzi Tub
*There is no kitchen in this unit.

Amenities include small fridge, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and a large variety of coffee and tea pods, creamers and sugars. The kitchenette does have glassware and dishes and utensils. And throughout the property, we have various grills you can use to cook up your catch of the day.

The King sized Tempur-Pedic bed, with plush linens and pillows with a large Tv that lifts up from the foot of the bed. It also features a 2 person Jacuzzi Tub/roman shower centered in the end of the Suite overlooking Galveston Bay. There is no separate shower in this Suite but in the tub, you will find a long shower wand to use as a shower. A privacy screen is provided. There is a private toilet and sink area.

"LaView" shares the outside amenities of Come Friday Cottages. Amenities include a 265’ lighted fishing pier with cleaning station and comfy chairs, a large above ground swimming pool and hot tub overlooking the Bay. Beach Towels are provided.

When you arrive at the property, the sign by the road will say “LaView Waterfront Suite”, 3709 Bayshore Drive, Bacliff, TX 77518. Turn in the first driveway and head towards the Waterfront. Your unit is in the far left corner, and you are on top of the two story blue house with the red door. Parking is marked for your unit.

Enjoy the Unique, Delicious, Local Eateries only minutes away...They will not disappoint! We are only two miles south of the Kemah Boardwalk, 10 minutes from NASA Johnson Space Center and a beautiful twenty minute drive south to Galveston Island. Give yourself 30 minutes to an hour depending on traffic to Downtown Houston.. No kitchen, small kitchenette.

This is just a cute little one room couples retreat. It has basic amenities, but if you’re after is to sit on the back deck and overlook the water, you also get to see all kinds of ships going in and out of the shipping lanes.

This was our second time at this property and definitely not our last! Property managers are always willing to help with anything. The suit was exactly as described with a beautiful view! Close to any store you may need or want. The pier has lights for night fishing with a fish cleaning station. Overall we had an unforgettable honeymoon!!

I'm not gonna lie I came as a stranger. We're leaving as friends. I have to come back and visit this property. It was everything I imagine it to be and more. You have to take a moment to go out to the pier before sunrise and just sit and become one with God. Also, the hot tub was remarkable. I didn't want to get out. Overall we're seconds away from kemah You have to doordash if you're going to stay in from trooleys Breakfast and bed was breathtaki can there was nothing I didn't like about this little mini-vacation of mine. They even left me chocolates in wine for Valentine's Day. Which took me over the best sleep I can ever imagine. It was justhe perfect. Get away from everybody in the world. Can't reach you vacation just absolutely amazing

We loved our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cold (even though it was 100) degrees. We loved the room, the decor was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The fishing pier was fabulous. We were able to catch several keepers, drums, reds, trout. We are definately coming back soon.

Very interesting and artsy feel to the cottage. The view was awesome, jacuzzi tub was great. My wife and I had an amazing time fishing on the pier sitting on the patio over looking the bay. The property was clean and kept well! Will deffinatley be back.

We loved our stay at the LaView. It’s a great couples getaway spot. The location is good being near Kemah. They have a great fishing pier and several hot tubs and a pool. It’s a bit eclectic but perfect for us. We caught trout and a 30” red drum!

The room was spotless. Bed so comfy! Your balcony is right at the water! Beautiful unobstructed view. There are stairs to walk up to get in. The weather was so perfect (minus the wind). When the property owners say the wind can pick up quick; they aren't kidding. From inside, the wind sounded so cool! Loved the jaccuzi tub. So relaxing. We left some clothes behind & the owners offered to ship them to us. We will repay them of course. We will definitely return.

The rental is amazing. A perfect place to spend a couple lazy days. The only negative to mention is that this is at up much like a honeymoon suite, yet there is a maintenance man living in the unit below. You can definitely hear one another from one space to the next. However, the price makes this much less of an issue.

My husband & I stayed here for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the most relaxed atmosphere, stunning views of the ocean, the room was super cute, cozy and so much to see inside. We walked the pier, used one of the hot tubs, soaked in the jacuzzi tub in our room and eventually went out to explore Kemah a little bit. We chose this location because of the themed room, the ocean view and close proximity to Kemah (about two miles). There is so much to do within minutes of this amazing location. The host Mrs. Renee was super nice, very inviting and responded to her text messages quickly. We will be back and will be bringing our kiddos next time.

It was it’s own private area, for my husband and I to just enjoy each other for our 23 rd anniversary! Then also areas if we wanted to hang with others. The area you have to yourself is so relaxing, and so mush great art to look at. Then having the pool and spa areas, gazebo and peri with everyone else was great and well kept. All around amazing stay, would recommend to anyone!

My husbands birthday is on July 4th and we decided to visit for a few days and visit Kemah boardwalk. We realized that we would rather just stay in the property as we could see lots of fireworks surrounding us every night. Even with the horrible heat, the ac inside was perfect and we stayed nice and cool. We noticed the hot tub wasn’t hot so we just used the jacuzzi in the room. Lovely place with very interesting fun decor!

All in all the property was nice and very put together very well, like a living antique display. Wasn’t a fan of the dogs barking or the lights on the deck next door on all night shining through our window. The desk was welcoming and has a beautiful view of the bay. The location is close to great restaurants like Gilhooley’s. That was the reason for our trip.

Overall the property is in a quiet little neighborhood of rentals right on the water. It was peaceful to wake up to beach sunrise every morning. The bed was very comfortable and the rental clean when we arrived. The owners made check in and any questions simple for us and gave us the privacy we wanted. Very vibrant decor in the house! It made for a unique experience overall.

Pat was amazing. She met us when we arrived and showed us where to go. The space is just like an antique museum. Outside, the porch offers amazing views of the water. The dock is peaceful and serene. Keeping the floors and furniture dry during bathing was tricky. Bring some bottled water with you if you’re looking for a late night drink. Would come again!

The moment we set foot on the property, our stress from flight delays and lack of sleep, slipped away. The property owner had set-out chilled wine and a tray of delectables to ensure our first night was amazing. I will definitely book again!
