We booked this 5 bedroom for our family. Deb is a pleasure to work with and the unit qualifies as ski in/ski out. The kitchen is well stocked, the pool is steps from the unit and they do a nice job of removing snow on the walking path and where the vehicles park. It is a short walk down to the upper village. Very well stocked condo with great location. Accurate description. The coffee maker broke and we had a new one delivered immediately. Needs some updating but overall great for a family stay over spring break.

Overall our experience was positive staying at this property. Deb was very responsive and helped us get groceries delivered and all setup when we arrived. Also, she allowed us to have a later checkout because of our return flight being delayed. The condo is a bit dated and it is three levels with lots of stairs which I don’t think the pictures our description really showed that well. Location was great only about two blocks from the Snowmass Mall. Description is right it is not exactly ski in ski out as there is about a 100 yrd walk to the slopes. Hot tub access was great. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, the dryer took multiple times to get clothes dry especially towels so maybe could use a new washer and dryer set. Overall, our family had a great trip.

Unit Made a Great Place for All to Gather
We had a smooth process finding and booking. this unit through VRBO and a helpful property management company. For a family of ten spanning three generations, splitting off into five upstairs bedrooms offered a degree of privacy whenever sought. The ground floor arrangement offered a comfortable gathering place for all of us. It was especially nice for us to sit down and have our meals together. The furnishings were adequate and the kitchen was well-equipped. In summary the unit formed a pleasant basis for our spring break vacation.

Great stay in Snowmass!
We were two families traveling together with young children. The condo was perfect with 5 bedrooms, and two rooms with single beds for everyone to have space. For very young children, a stroller was challenging to get down the steps to the Mall and Skittles lift. If everyone is Ski-in / Ski-out, it’s perfect! And only a couple minutes walk to the free bus to Aspen from the Mall.

Family Ski Trip
The property was a bit more dated than I was expecting from the pictures, but otherwise was spectacular for our needs. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and the condo was offered more than adequate space for all of us with comfortable bedrooms and several bathrooms. The ski slope was a very short walk from the unit and proximity to the base made ski school drop offs a breeze. We cooked most meals at home and the kitchen was very well equipped (owners kindly shared their spices, etc). There is a year round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub which was also a very short walk from the unit and made our après-ski time extra enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Room
This property is roomy with plenty of beds & baths. But, know it’s on 3 levels so lots of stairs. The location is great! It’s steps to Snowmass Mall with lots of fun stuff and the short gondola (Skittles) to go to base village. Ski in and out from end of the road. It’s dated and has some maintenance issues but, overall, it was good!

Good times at Snowmass
We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The condo was super easy to ski out from and back to with a very short walk to the ski run. The mall is conveniently located down a few flights from the home. It is a bit of a hike back up, not far though.
The unit has three levels, and put the most fit on the third floor, lol.. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared some fabulous meals. The hot tub is a short walk away and was super relaxing after a day on the slopes. I would suggest updating the carpeting as the other furnishes were lovely. It was a great location and I would stay there again! Did I forget to mention the owners were super easy and responsive to work with.

Lots of room, great location
We had a great stay in this spacious condo. It was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Great location - very close to the mall and the bus line! Only reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is the condo is slightly dated and the pool was cloudy (hottub was great though). Would definitely rent this unit again.

Family Ski in/out
Location, location, location. Two families of 5 fit perfectly in this slope side condo! The space is designed perfectly to those who want to sleep can, while the gathering spaces are on the bottom floor. A very well appointed kitchen and stocked pantry encouraged our inner chef. The insta gas fireplace was a cozy touch for apres ski. I would stay here again in a second.

Wonderful Location
This is a great location at Snowmass, convenient to both the slopes and Snowmass mall. The condo is clean, well stocked and equipped, and in excellent condition. Communication with the property manager was easy and she always responded quickly. Our group of seven men was very comfortable.

Wonderful condo and location!
Our 5 day trip worked perfectly, for 5 adults and 5 kids. The location is great. We had groceries that were delivered and waiting for us in the fridge before we even checked in. Very close to the mall and restaurants. The only thing that was a little tough, is that if you don’t use it as ski in, ski out (our kids were true beginners), then there are a few too many flights of stairs down for kids to walk in ski boots. But if that’s not an issue or they are in regular boots, it’s perfect. The condo was well stocked with the essentials. The fire was wonderful. We would definitely rent again.

Great for extended families!
This was our first time in Aspen and Snowmass and this house did not disappoint for our three families with kids. Lots of room to spread out with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!) for privacy and convenience. The large kitchen and back deck were great for when we stayed in to cook, and the living room was great for kids to hangout in together. Speaking of convenience, this condo is on the back side of the Westin with its own collection of shops just one staircase away. Be aware that this condo complex is in Snowmass which is 30 minutes from Aspen, so it does take a little time to get from here to there, but this is the only downside. If you’re here to ski or bike in the Snowmass resort, this is the place for you. Being here in the summer, the resort works hard at giving some entertainment options like a rodeo, weekly concerts, and other community events.

Perfect Snowmass Getaway!
My family had an excellent stay at this property! The location can't be beat and the unit was perfect for our group. The condo is well kept and decorated nicely, plus it had everything we needed for our stay. The property is steps away from the ski hill. It is located just above the mall, restaurants and shuttle transportation, making it ideal for visitors without a car (although a parking spot is included). The owners and manager were great with communication and questions. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to return next year!

A LUXURY CONDO IN THE BEST LOCATION IN SNOWMASS-A SKIER'S PARADISE!
Me and my family stayed in this condo for a week over the mid-winter break in February. I absolutely give it an A+ and plan to return next year for another ski vacation. The location is fantastic, just a few steps away from the slopes. We skied at Snowmass every day and it was an easy 1 minute walk to the slopes. The location is ideal between Snowmass Village and Mall - can't be beat for ski-in, ski-out and access to restaurants, shopping, and conference center. The condo was very luxurious, spacious, well maintained, super clean and updated. The furnishings are beautiful and in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had every utensil you would need to cook for a lot of guests. Although there is a parking spot right in front of the condo, you don't need a car in this location so we didn't rent one and so glad that we didn't. The bus system is free, reliable and so easy to use and was located right in the mall which takes you to other ski resorts, the airport, downtown Aspen for shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and very close to the condo, my kids totally enjoyed. The owner was very responsive and very easy to work with when making my reservation and provided a few great restaurant recommendations and tips on vacationing in Snowmass. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!
