This is a wonderful property in a very special area located right on the coast in Point Richmond. With your own private entrance and views of the water, the hosts have thought of everything and provided all the amenities you will need for a fantastic getaway, work trip or vacation. This apartment is very cute, comfortable and clean. Restaurants and shops all in walking distance as well as beach, park and hiking trails. The Richmond ferry to San Francisco is about a mile away with Berkley and Oakland only a short drive, as well. The hosts are so genuine and accommodating, I wish I could have stayed longer, and would definitely return if ever the opportunity should arise!

This is one of the nicest places I've ever been in. I loved the view, the quiet and the neighborhood that was within walking distance. Even without a car I was able to manage very well.

Fabulous View in a Little-Known Gem!
The apartment and patio had a fabulous view of the San Francisco Bay, including the San Rafael, Golden Gate, and Bay Bridges, where we often watched boats and the docking station, which was lit at night. The apartment was extremely clean, well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable--with its fireplace in the living room and separate controls for electric heat in the bedroom. Point Richmond is a little-known gem! It's very close to San Francisco, Sausalito, etc..., but in a safe, clean, walkable community. There were many places to walk to including Keller Beach (1/4 mile away), downtown with its coffee shops and restaurants (1/2 mile at the most), the neighborhood area, etc... We enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating/relaxing on the patio. Having a designated parking space, a private entrance, a washer and dryer, a king-size bed, and a gas stove were pluses! We stayed for three months from January to the beginning of April and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

cozy nest
We stayed here for 2 glorious months during Jan-March 2021.
This was partly a Covid get away from Minnesota.
While the apartment is not huge,it works well for two people. It is very well appointed. It has a very comfortable king bed,and nice bathroom. The gas fireplace in the living room makes it super cozy and warm. The kitchen is efficient and easy to work in.
Washer and dryer nicely hidden away.
The outside patio is big and has a nice little gas grill we used a lot.
The views of the bay are good, and the neighborhood is fantastic for hiking.Beaches and huge park on the bay are within a few blocks. There could not be a better location as it is near the Richmond bridge to head into Marin, and close to many other places we loved to go.
Napa,Berkley,SFO,beaches, numerous hikes.Point Richmond is a nice little town with some great take out restaurants and two good convenience stores.
The hosts count be not be more available and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful six week stay.
My stay at Maryanne's was wonderful. The apartment was clean and very well designed. A state of the art kitchen which I loved. From the patio there are spectacular views of the bay, Mt. Tamalpais, and the San Rafael Bridge.
A easy walk to downtown Point Richmond.
I would stay here again in a heart beat.
