About this apartment rental
PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE AT LEAST A WEEK AND A HALF NOTICE PRIOR TO RENTING. This is a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Condo that will sleep 6, (with a Sofa Sleeper in the living room) It is fully furnished with a fully equipped Kitchen. Linens are provided. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed with a private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen size bed with a shared bathroom with the living area. There is a Gas Fireplace in the living room to warm up after a hard day of skiing. TVs are located in the living room (DVD player in the living room) and the Master bedroom. A storage locker is available to guests on the First Floor to store skis and equipment. The top floor condo, with a balcony, faces the Village and the Mountains of Shirley Canyon. There is a Laundry facility next door to the Condo should you need one. There are Spa facilities (Hot Tubs, Sauna, work out machines, and showers) in the building and adjacent buildings available to guests. Underground parking (for one vehicle) available to the guests assures your vehicle stays above freezing during your stay and protected from being buried and damaged by the snow and/or the snow removal equipment. During the Summer, most of the activities take place in the plaza adjacent to the Condo so as to make for easy access and participation. Please note that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the Condo. Internet/wifi is provided. Experience the best Palisades Tahoe has to offer while staying in the best accommodations in the Village. The condo is close to the Ski School and steps from the main ticket booth, the new Base to Base Gondola, KT22, the Funitel, and the Tram. The various shuttles pick up and drop off point is a short walk from the circle in front of the building. Restaurants and Shops are located in the same building as the Condo and in adjacent buildings. Ski and come in to eat lunch and go back out again without the hassle of lugging your equipment long distances and packing your food. This Condo makes the 'Skiing Experience' something to remember.
