Our condo is a short walk to Turtle Bay cove's beautiful white sand beach. Relax in the sun, play in the surf, enjoy the sea turtles or participate in the many Turtle Bay Resort activities. You'll find the world class Palmer Championship Golf Course; and the Fazio Golf Course with reasonable late afternoon rates, sailboat/surfboard rentals, a morning surf contest and sunset hula shows. The resort also offers horseback riding, surf lessons, miles of walking trails, golf, bike, segway, scooter rentals, sunset dining and night time entertainment. There is no additional resort fee to access the large hotel property, however resort amenities at the hotel have separate costs for the spa, horseback riding, helicopter rides etc. Steps from your condo you can enjoy one of three private pools, tennis courts and BBQ. Property was in good condition and host was very responsive with and questions or issues. Also, very well stocked with beach supplies (chairs, sand toys, snorkels, etc)
Property is on the a bit dated, but suited our family of 4 just fine with plenty of space for us to unwind after our adventures for the day. Access to Turtle Bay amenities was a plus.

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had all we needed to cook easy meals and provided beach equipment we needed. Contacting the host for anything we needed was easy and they responded promptly.

The only issue we did have was the upstairs a/c unit was having issues and didn’t work despite the HVAC coming a couple times to try and fix but I’m sure they got it fixed by now. It was comfortable downstairs without the ac running at night in late June.

The owner of this unit was very easy to work with and had great communication. The unit itself is very dated and needs a great deal of TLC and updating. The unit itself was not clean and we respected the rules of the owner by removing our shoes at the front door but our socks and feet were constantly black from the unclean floors. The unit had a musty smell and we woke up feeling stuffy and congested each morning. There was caked on dust on the ceiling fans and on the fan in the living room and bedroom. While the location of this unit is very good, the unit itself is functional at best and I wouldn't stay at this unit again unless significant improvements were made. We thank the owner for her helpfulness and communication.

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. Right on the golf course, with pool and tennis courts right there. Beach access was close by. Lei Lei’s was a 5 minute walk. I’d definitely stay here again.

This property was as advertised--spacious enough to accommodate our group (two adults and two small children), located in a nice, quiet condo complex on a golf course, and close to Turtle Bay and other North Shore attractions. The little cove at Turtle Bay is a good beach for kids and open to the public--we could walk there in about 10-15 minutes from the condo. The food trucks five minutes down the road were also very useful for easy and quick meals. The condo was clean, dated on the inside but functional. We didn't use the kitchen too much but it seemed to have most of the basics; plastic cups/plates for kids would have been appreciated (we ended up renting those and a high chair from a local business). Our only main complaint was that the pull-out bed up in the loft was very uncomfortable, so we avoided that one. Otherwise the place was great, well suited to our needs. Host Tamara was responsive to all my questions both before and during our stay.

We arrived to start our week of bliss around 1am on a Friday morning. To find out this beautiful property we rented through VRBO was in poor condition. Not cleaned. Broken fixtures, old furniture, smells, nothing like the Vrbo posting. Called owner, she said go rent another place I’ll give you a refund. So far we have been given two days refund. What a shame

Tamara’s place was amazing! The community is very clean and safe. It’s walking distance to everything Turtle Bay has to offer. We walked to get coffee and sit at the beach every morning! It’s also within a close drive to everything on the North Shore. The place itself was fantastic. There are AC units in the bedroom, loft, and living room so you are always comfortable! There’s plenty of kitchenware for cooking at home, lots of beach gear, the beds are comfy, and Tamara made check in very easy. No complaints here!

This condo is in a great location. Was an easy walk with stroller down to the beach and to multiple restaurants. We loved having access to the pools for our infant as well.
The condo itself could use some updates and a deep cleaning but it was a great stay!

Stay was great. Place we got did the trick. Comfy, AC worked great and plenty of room for my family of 4. Only thing missing was an umbrella for the beach but all else was really good. Tamara was our host and she was amazing communicator really helping the trip run smoothly so Mahalos to her! See ya again soon!

We stayed for 17 nights at this property, and had a great time. It came fully stocked with hand soap, body soap, shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, which was so helpful. I think the description said something like 'washer and dryer on site' which was a little ambiguous because we weren't sure if it was actually in the unit, or a separate unit in the complex. When we got there, we found a washer and dryer in the unit YAY!! Lots of room for the average family. All was positive except for a couple of things--the unit wasn't quite as clean as I had maybe expected. The top of the range had burned-on, caked-on food with loose crumbs on it. It looked like the cleaning people completely missed it. Second area was the bathtub. It too looked like it was completely forgotten about by the cleaning crew. The thing that made me sad and disappointed was that the owner made a claim against us and had a plumber come out and deal with a slow-running bathroom sink after we had left. It was like that when we got there, and we didn't think much of it because sometimes pipes are old, and drain slow. The condo is several decades old, and assumed it was an ongoing problem. I cleaned all towels, swept all floors, and followed all directions prior to our departure. It just didn't sit well with me about the plumbing issue. It made me think that the cleaning and maintenance people were not keeping the owner updated on issues for her unit, and we got stuck with the bill

Everything about this place surpassed our expectations. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very helpful. Nice and close to many of the best sightseeing and activity features on Oahu's North Shore. I highly recommend this place.

Lots to do in the area. So many things so little time. We went to my cousins celebration of life and needed a place that could accomodate 4 adults. The loft upstairs has two twin and a Queen plus 1/2 bath. The downstairs bedroom is very spacious it also has a Queen with a sliding door. Next to the room is a full bath. There is also an enclosed balcony with lots of things to take to the beach either to get in the h20 or just sunbathe. Check in was very easy! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tamara’s vacation home rental on the Turtle Bay Resort property (not the hotel) in Hawaii and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The host, Tamara, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. She provided us with detailed information about the rental and the surrounding area, which made our trip much smoother. The rental was a spacious condo with plenty of room for my group of friends and me. The property was well-maintained and equipped with all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the location of the condo. It was situated right on the Turtle Bay Resort, which gave us access to all the amazing amenities that the resort had to offer. We enjoyed lounging on the beach, taking long walks on the property, and watching the sunrise/ sunset. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the island.
The rental itself was beautifully decorated and had a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals.
One of the things that stood out to us was how quiet and peaceful the VRBO was.
The rental also had access to 3 pools, tennis courts, and charcoal bbq, and some of the amenities on the Turtle Bay Resort. Be sure to see what you have access to and what you don’t, such as the hotel pools.
Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation home rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Hawaii. The location, amenities, and overall atmosphere made for an unforgettable vacation experience. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Condo was a great location on the north shore. We enjoyed the quiet location and complex and being away from the south side. Great location to get to everything on the island and we preferred travelling the east side to get down to the south end of the island as it was more scenic and less traffic issues.
Condo was good. Nothing fancy, but comfortable, which suited us. The screened in patio was great as it kept out the wind and rain (which was everyday, with a mix of sun) and we enjoy all our meals out there at any time of the day.

My daughter, partner and I wanted to go to enjoy the snow in Colorado and were able to find great accommodations at the last minute.
The condo was beautiful, well furnished and had a full kitchen.
We had a good time at the pool and hot tubs.
The front desk was very helpful and held our luggage safely the last day.

Great, quiet location. Short drive from many beaches, food trucks and tourist sites. Suite was as pictured, had a/c in each bedroom and living room so was quite comfortable stay.

Owner was great with communication and flexibility when we needed to change dates. Location great and price ok compared to the resort. The condo needs a deep clean and updated paint, furniture and lighting. Lanai furniture wasn’t conducive to lounging and highway is on the other side of the golf course so traffic noise was usually present.
