A private road offering magnificent views of the Luberon massif leads you to the "jas de saint Hilaire", charming stone house, all comfort of 160m2, facing south in a preserved and residential site.
Beautiful current and neat decoration.
Private swimming pool of 9mx4.5m, fenced with large paved beach where deckchairs welcome you in the shade of a wrought iron pergola.
The fully fenced plot (3500m2), landscaped (planted with pines, olive trees, oaks and various Mediterranean species) is made up of large flowery terraces supported by stone walls.
Large shaded terraces for lunch or rest.
Barbecue, automatic gate with intercom and videophone.
For the comfort of 6 people, the house has
a large 20m2 dining kitchen equipped with hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and small household appliances.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Away from the living rooms, with access by a few steps on the 1/2 floor, a bedroom with double bed 160/200, a master suite with king bed (180/200)
and its own shower room and wc. These two south-facing rooms have access to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool through large French windows.
The third bedroom, west facing offers 2 single beds (90/200) that can be joined

Is a beautiful holiday home with a lovely well maintained garden. Pool was excellent. House had everything we needed a delightfully detailed interior and the kitchen was very well stocked even a second fridge freezer with Ice machine which was perfect in the summer heat. In August with quite high temperatures the house did stay reasonable however without A/C it was still quite warm at night even with windows open and fans running.

We had a lovely vacation in Provence / Luberon Area. The house is big and everything functions very well with cosy spaces inside and outside. The garden is really nice. Pool is regularly cleaned and garden well kept. The welcome and introduction was warm and very thorough (in French only however). During the stay the owner was very swift and accommodating in resolving some minor issue. Can definitely recommend this house.

This fabulous house, tastefully decorated with beautiful grounds and in a quiet area, was a perfect place to stay for 7 nights whilst exploring the Luberon and it’s charming villages. Menerbes is just a 5 minute drive away. Nathalie was a charm to deal with as was Sabine. Could not recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Nathalie.

Wonderful garden, great house, excellently equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms. A slight shame that the pool wasn’t in use when the weather was really hot and that no one could make the barbecue work even at check in. The road to the house does need to come with a warning - had we come with our little sports car it would have been extremely difficult if not impossible to navigate.

We stayed in many houses in southern France and this was one of the best. Beautiful garden, spacious outdoor sitting area, nice pool, well equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated living room, lists go on. And Nathalie the house owner was always ready for issues we encountered. Highly recommend for relaxing holiday.

A very nice and clean property in a great location to explore the villages of the Luberon. We were lucky to see the gardens in full bloom and the smell of jasmine was wonderful. Great kitchen to cook in if you want to, the outside areas too were very comfortable.

Magnifique séjour du début à la fin. La maison est très bien située, à qqs minutes de Ménerbes en voiture mais aussi très proche de Bonnieux. Elle se trouve dans un petit coin avec qqs maisons mais plutôt calme. La maison est bien orientée et bénéficie d'un bel ensoleillement toute la journée. La maison bénéficie d'un beau terrain avec un jardin paysager très joli et d'une belle piscine. La terrasse est très agréable avec de beaux canapés d'extérieur ainsi qu'une belle table à manger. La maison est très bien équipée et est idéale pour un couple avec enfants ou 2 couples. Seul petit bémol, j'aurais apprécié des couteaux de meilleure qualité pour cuisiner ainsi que des coussins un peu moins durs dans les chambres. Un séjour sans aucune fausse note, je recommande vivement.

Maison affichant de bonne prestations et un parc arboré très sympa. Les équipements sont de qualité. On pourra toutefois regretter l’absence de climatisation dans les chambres ainsi que l’état de la piscine (problème de liner) qui n’est pas cohérent avec le prix de la location.

Wonderful 3 weeks working remotely

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks in Nathalie's wonderful property - we were able to both work remotely from the property which had good internet connectivity. The house is very well furnished and we loved the terrace, the barbeque and the indoor fireplace. It is a house that will also be very suitable for a family or 2 - 3 couples for a holiday retreat!

Très belle maison, bien équipée

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette jolie maison. La maison est entre Ménerbes et Lacoste. Un peu difficile à trouver au début mais idéale pour accéder a tous les villages du luberon. La maison a été très bien rénovée. La décoration est soignée dans toutes les pièces. Seuls les sols mériteraient d’être refaits également. La piscine est sécurisée avec une barrière (idéal avec de petits enfants). Le coin est très calme. Les propriétaires nous ont laissé beaucoup d’informations concernant les marches et activités des environs. Bref un très bon séjour ! Merci

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables au jas de Saint Hilaire. La maison est très agréable, joliment décorée, et parfaitement équipée. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Le jardin est très joli et très bien entretenu. Les environs sont magnifiques, le village de Ménerbes offre de superbes vues sur la vallée et a de bons restaurants. A renouveler!

Villa élégante et cosy dans un cadre bucolique

Petit havre de paix et de bonheur dans un petit quartier résidentiel à l’abri du bruit et des regards. Vaste jardin bien entretenu avec une belle piscine où l’on se sent en sécurité. ( portail d’entrée électrique) . La décoration intérieure est cosy et chaleureuse, prêtant à la lecture, la rêverie ou la méditation. Les chambres sont bien confortables avec une literie impeccable, de grands rangements, de même qu'un très bel espace réservé aux deux salles de bain. Cuisine parfaitement équipée avec barbecue extérieur au gaz très pratique ! Endroit magique pour les amoureux de la nature avec de splendides randonnées pédestres ou à vélo dans le Lubéron . Villa à deux pas des petits villages enchanteurs que sont Ménerbes, Lacoste, Bonnieux ou encore Gordes. Les villes de Carpentras et Marseille ( compter une bonne heure) ne sont pas si lointaines. En résumé : tout se prête pour se reposer, pour se balader ou faire du sport, ou encore sortir dans des bons restaurants. Un adresse à coup sûr que nous recommandons vivement et qui pour nous, ne sera jamais oubliée...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mas de JAS. Au détour d’un chemin calme, on découvre une villa lumineuse, entourée d’un magnifique jardin bucolique. Le mas est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, on s’y sent bien. Les chambres et les salles de bains sont très agréables et dotées d’une literie haut de gamme, tout confort. La cuisine est super bien équipée et très fonctionnelle En empruntant le chemin derrière le mas, nous avons effectué de belles et grandes ballades vers Lacoste et d’autres superbes villages des alentours L’espace, les couleurs, le jardin, le confort, la déco , tout dans le mas de JAS nous donne l’envie de revenir ….
