Modern minimalist meets old world Mexico. Located at the beach in Todos Santos, our casita will fulfill your every need while you rejuvenate with long walks on the white sandy beach and drift peacefully off to sleep listening to the soothing ocean waves. And for the working traveler, our WiFi/internet speed is super fast! Enjoy your breakfast on the patio. Pick fresh passion fruit from our vines. After a busy day of strolling in town or frolicking in the waves at Cerritos beach or surfing one of the secret local point breaks, visit the baby turtles being released at sunset. The sunset reflected on the mountains to the east is as spectacular as the view from the beach.

The casita has 2 private bedrooms, each with it’s own full bathroom. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen, eat in dining area and a cozy living area with TV/DVD player. There is a spacious patio for outdoor dining or reclining.

The dramatic Sierra de Laguna mountain range frames your panoramic view to the east of the house while you are hearing the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean a few steps west. If you can get away in the months of November through March you will become proficient in spotting the playful gray and humpback whales as they gracefully glide along the Baja coast. Perhaps you would like to hold a turtle hatchling – the beach is home to the Olive Ridley nesting grounds and the turtles are released at sunset.

Perhaps the unique song of the local bird referred to as the bird of a hundred voices will serenade you from his nest in the nearby palm trees. Pelicans, egrets and herons can be scene. The casual bird watching is fantastic.

You may want to meet the local fisherman when they jump the waves at the local beach in their pangas with their fresh catch of the day and bring some yellowtail or dorado home for dinner on the patio.

We are a few minutes by car or a ten minute bike ride to the town of Todos Santos, a Pueblo Magico, where you can find organic fresh produce, many excellent restaurants and several galleries displaying the work of local artisans. Although there is broadband access to the internet, and a flat screen TV – when is the last time that you had the real Milky Way on your visual screen? You may realize that you have never seen so many stars. You may not want to return home…

A very comfortable and well-equipped place for the two of us, fabulous location steps from the beach. Owner and prop. mgr were very on top of communication initially. But plumbing problems were quickly evident: a horrible sewage smell in one bathroom and stopped up kitchen sink. Prop mgr came out right away, but smell continued. Plumbers didn't come til our fourth day and we weren't notified re their arrival until they were already there. Took 3 of our vacay hours waiting til plumbers replaced toilet gasket and installed a p-trap in kitchen that had never been installed. It was a drag. Lastly, several of the 8' high metal shutters on all the glass doors had very poorly working locks; two were a constant source of frustration and need to be replaced or repaired. If these are repaired, this casita would be a dream.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a short term rental. We spent a month in the Casita which was well stocked with all we needed. The landscaping was beautiful and furniture comfortable. The location was perfect - steps from the beach and walking distance to a grocery, several restaurants a yoga studio and pickleball courts. Management and host were very responsive. We would love to visit them n the future.

We so enjoyed our stay at your home! Andrea is extremely responsive with answers to questions and Aaron is a wealth of knowledge at check in. Delightful to visit with. Proximity to the ocean is perfect, quiet location, stars and whales did not disappoint! Would definitely stay here again!

I hope you update your place, so future travelers can take advantage of the great location if they're in the food, walking and relax mood. The sunsets were amazing almost every single day during our 30 days stay. The restaurant choices in Todo Santos are plenty and even with just restaurant disappointment visits, every single dish was well prepared and serviced. People in BCS are so friendly that you want to move there. It should be posted that the property is surrounded by agricultural fields and a back road, that brings a good amount of dust to the outside furniture and the casitas doors have to be closed most of the time. Your insight guide was well done and with good recommendations.

Steps from the beach. Fantastic surf fishing right out front. Todos Santos is a special location. Super comfortable accommodation. Our local contact was really helpful and has great knowledge of the area.

This place is a gem. It’s super close to the ocean (literally just a few yards!). All the necessary amenities needed for Todos: functional kitchen, spacious bathroom, simple bedroom - and all with a nice view of the outdoors. Easy to find and perfect place to enjoy outside.

This casita was perfect for two couples. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom, and the shared living space was sufficient for our stay. The patio was nice for sitting with coffee in the morning. The short walk to the beach was a huge perk and great for strolls. We didn't see any turtles during our visit, but great proximity to Turtle Sanctuary. The property manager met us at the home to give us the keys and a brief rundown of the property. Nice guy, and he stocked the home with a few welcome amenities (aka- beer and water). One note- no shampoo or conditioner provided. Not a big deal. Just something to be aware of. We attended a wedding at a home nearby, and this was a perfect location for us to pop around the neighbor on foot and a quick drive into town for shopping, meals, drinks, etc.

Easy check in process. The casita was very clean and comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for prep. The location was quiet but close to town. We really enjoyed having such a short walk to the beach for sunset. The garden area was perfect for morning coffee. Can't wait to visit again!

Andrea's home was perfect for us. It was great having 2 separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms at either end of the house, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio, lounging and eating breakfast outdoors while listening to and watching tropical birds. We especially loved being close to a wild beach with so few people! We enjoyed lots of walks on the beach. Our on-site host, Aaron, provided a wealth of great information introducing us to Todos Santos. We had a long day of travel and arrived in the evening, hungry, thirsty, and tired. Aaron graciously stocked the fridge and pantry with some beer, milk, and coffee and directed us to an excellent restaurant nearby, where we had our first dinner. We would highly recommend this place to others seeking a quiet place near the beach in Todos Santos.

Great beach location to savor after business in Cabo and a quick run to Todos Santos. Couldn't get enough looking at those waves at our doorstep. A can of WD40 may be helpful for those exterior doors and locks and the gate opening outside.

Great location, so close to the beach. Slow road into the property, but nice to have the beach so close. All of the aspects of the property are nice, sat a bunch on the patio in the shade of the big tree. Everything in the house worked fine.

We had a great time at this property. Good location for town and the beach was just a few steps away. A pool would have made the stay even better as the ocean was not swimmable. I would defiantly stay there again especially if the pool next door was available. Aaron was very helpful once we were able to connect.

Andrea and Aaron were great hosts and answered any questions we had. The property provides access to a large beach in less than a minute's walk (good swimming beach a 15-20 minute drive away). Had children aged 3 and 7 and felt comfortable with them inside the house and out in the yard. The spot is too far to walk into town regularly but there is a market and great fish tacos within walking distance. My only complaint is there was a lack of kitchen supplies for cooking and storing food. Todos Santos is a great little town to visit and if we come back we would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the wonders of Todos Santos and surrounding area. We were here for 5 weeks with our family . The house was well designed and space was enough. The contact with both Aaron and owner were smooth and efficient HOWEVER this rental needs investment in TLC and set up of the inside area. It lacks the basics of living and cooking in the kitchen. It has not been deep cleaned or organized in a long time. The wardrobes are moldy with lack of hangers. And there is a cockroach problem dispute being sprayed upon arrival. We appreciated the notes and advice on local areas, restaurants and beaches but the living situation was not standard for the price range.

The location is absolutely fantastic! However, no air conditioning so extremely hot, beds and bedding/pillows were awful, and lots of cockroaches despite keeping screens closed. Lastly kitchen needs more plates/bowls. Not possible for 4 persons to eat dinner with current place settings.

It was pretty perfect for our family of 4, and location was great. We got to use the pool once And that was also great for the kids. The house itself is a little sparse, I would recommend they get a few small tables (next to couch and bedside) We loved it!
