My pledge to guests of Beaver Point Lodge is that it will be a cut above all other vacation rentals. I appreciate guest feedback and am constantly adding special touches that set Beaver Point Lodge apart from other homes in the area. This is my second home and I think you will agree the difference is noticeable in the quality of furnishings and the care I take maintaining the lodge and making it comfortable and inviting.
If you have never been to Beaver Lake, it covers 28,000 acres and is extremely clear due to the rocky shoreline highlighted by limestone bluffs. In fact, previous guests say it is one of the clearest lakes they have ever seen! The lake is temperate for swimming from mid-May through mid-September and families enjoy all types of watersports. The lake supports bass, crappie, bream and whitefish fishing and has given up several 40-pound-plus state-record stripers. Near Beaver Point Lodge, the lake flows into the White River, which is a great spot for canoeing or fly fishing, and on into Table Rock Lake.
Beaver Point Lodge enjoys an open floor plan with 2,400 square feet including full living areas on each floor, 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. Walk right in from the parking area to the main level which includes the main living/dining area, kitchen, half bath and master suite with king-size bed and large full bath. Take steps down to the lower level where you will find another living area, a 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed and on-suite bath, a 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed and TWO sets of bunk beds, a 3rd full bath, and two sleeper sofas. If you plan to work remotely during your visit, the dining room and deck are perfect spots, and the WiFi speed typically exceeds 100 mbps.
Outside, bask in the amazing views from 375 square feet of deck on each level with plenty of seating, picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Shoreline is just across the road from the driveway and down 20 steps. There is parking near the front door for several vehicles and parking for two vehicles (or a boat trailer) at the top of the steps leading down to the shoreline for easy access to the water. The driveway is steep but paved. Beaver Point Lodge is part of the Lost Bridge Village community association and all roads to the lodge are paved and in good condition.
The kitchen includes everything you will need to make yourself at home - microwave, dishwasher, griddle, coffee maker and filters, Keurig, blender, crock pot, all cooking utensils, bakeware, etc. Towels, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and laundry detergent are provided. All beds are complete with soft linens, pillows, blankets and comforters.

1. My family and several of my friends and their families have been renting houses on Beaver Lake for about 10 years now...and we have found the ONE!
2. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure the house is perfect for his guests. We have stayed at other properties on the lake but are now spoiled and won't stay anywhere else.
3. My fiancé and I have both said "I want to go back" several times this evening. Very relaxing, clean, comfortable and the view is incredible.
4. Great customer service: timely information, prompt responses to our questions and payment confirmation....very professional!!
5. The panoramic view of Beaver Lake is the most beautiful lake view I have seen. The deer are everywhere and will walk right up close to you.
6. This home is fantastic! Everyone raves about the view and rightly so, it is amazing.
7. Inside, the lodge is decorated tastefully, and the owner has selected some of the most comfortable furniture we have ever encountered in a rental. The sectional sofa on the main floor is almost sinfully comfortable.
8. The kitchen was well-lighted, well-equipped, and very user-friendly. We do a lot of cooking during our times away and a well-appointed kitchen is important to us.
9. We loved everything about our stay. Ray had the house decorated for Christmas which added to our excitement. Our first step inside the house took our breath away!
10. I very much appreciate that we were able to bring 2 dogs - they are part of the family too! And almost every morning we saw a group of 8 deer walking across the property.
In summary, Beaver Point Lodge is a family friendly, beautifully furnished private lake home that will inspire you to relax in the natural beauty of the warm Ozark Mountains. Not one detail has been overlooked. You will be delighted you chose Beaver Point Lodge for your vacation getaway!

Family and I stayed four nights at Beaver Point Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it. Guests in the house ranged from teenagers to 80+ year olds. The driveway is steep, but parking and access to the upper floor of the house is level with no stairs and and was a huge selling point for my mom who has mobility issues. The downstairs area with its pool table was perfect for the teens in our group. Views of the lake from both decks are amazing and we spent lots of time outside. Beds, bathrooms and kitchen were comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. Another selling point for us was the area to park a fishing boat at the bottom of the driveway. We would stay here again and definitely recommend the property to others.

I can tell you this. The view from the upper deck never and I mean never got old! The house was awesome in every aspect from bed comfort to the kitchen. I will tell you this the driveway is steep which we were told about. So if you are not so steady on your feet I would just drive up and down if you want to do any walking around the area. All in all we will most certainly be back to this home on the lake!

The 180 degree view of Beaver Lake was absolutely breath taking! Enjoyed the many places to visit! Driveway was a little steep but had no problems making it!

We spent five night here in May. The house was beautiful and well laid out, and the views from the deck were breathtaking! We watched every sunrise and sunset and enjoyed seeing the boats, sailboats and even a pontoon plane in the lake below. Beds were comfortable, it was well stocked (better than most rentals) and there was plenty of room for family that came by to visit. The host was very responsive and informative. We had a peaceful, relaxing trip and we hope to visit again next summer.

Beautiful Lakehouse and wonderful views! We had plenty of room and enjoyed the comfortable space. Ray was very attentive to any questions and provided helpful info before and during the trip. We would stay again!

Great house, with spectacular views of Beaver Lake. Amazing to be sitting on the patio or in the living room and watching bald eagles and turkey vultures soar at eye level. While the fishing was terrible, the area around the lake is great. Very clear water. The owner Ray was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. As others have stated, the driveway is very steep, but if you need to a good workout, this is your place :).

The property is stunning. Beautiful view, comfortable furnishings, outstanding layout for families, and sparklingly clean. Excellent communication from host up to and through the stay. Highly recommended! This is a fantastic value for your next family vacation.

Everything was so beautiful with this house! We took our teens and our parents for a pre- Christmas vacation. It was the perfect amount of space for our 7 guests! Super clean and so many litte things were thought of- we have stayed places before that didn't provide paper towels or hand soap.

This was an excellent place to stay with our kids and grandkids. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably. The house was very nice with incredible views of the lake and easy access. The kitchen was perfect for us and we were able to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner. Only thing I was not prepared for was the super steep driveway. We arrived at night in the dark and it had been raining so the windy roads and lack of light was a bit scary but we almost did not make it up the driveway!! My tires spun and the driveway is straight up. Of course in the light of day and with dry concrete it’s not a real problem. Would not recommend staying there if there is ice and snow. That said it was a great house with great views and the owner was super nice and accommodating. Booking, check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Ray did a great job. The property was clean and everything ran smoothly

We enjoyed our week taking side trips for beautiful hikes. It was a bit longer than we expected to get anywhere but that’s just due to the windy roads.

We wanted a view of Beaver Lake. This is the obvious choice. Very comfortable accommodations for six adults.

Our family takes a yearly trip with all the cousins and this was the favorite place according to all. The view of the lake, the comfort of the beds, all of the bathrooms, and 2 large decks with plenty of table room made this stay exceptional. The word is everyone wants to come back to this place next time. It was a hit!

View from the Living Room/Dining Room, Master Bedroom, Game Room and Upper and Lower Decks is amazing! The photos don't lie, property is twice as good in person. Watching sunrise and sunsets over the lake with the boating activity was great, daily view of deer and squirrels. Home was very clean and comfortable, WIFI was good. The pool table was the center of attention for us when we were between planned activities. Friendly neighborhood with a strong feeling of safety. Be ready to wave at each car you meet! Host is very attentive and makes you feel at home. Great place to unwind and recharge!

This property was amazing! Great location, we went on a day trip to Bella Vista and Eureka Springs. Enjoyed hanging on the deck grilling and waiting for the sun to go down. Got to introduce my daughter to the game of pool, she loved it! Can’t say enough about the host, he was very kind and accommodating. We live 4 hours away but when we are ready to hit up NWA again we already know where we want to stay.

Rented this beautiful home for a week with total of 6 family members. Amazing views! It felt like we were in a treehouse looking over the lake. Plenty of space for all to spread out on the 2 floors. Kitchen well equipped. Loved family time with the pool table & just hanging out on the deck. Driveway is steep but manageable, even for my dad who was using a cane. Nice walking around the neighborhood. Fishing on lake and around the area was great!

We celebrated my husbands 40th and my moms 71st birthday. Was a wonderful stay. Ray was excellent with communications and made everything so easy. The view is breathtaking from both decks, and all generations enjoyed the pool table time. There was more than enough space for the entire family.

The experience was great on the property. In spite of the arrival happening with snow and ice making for a challenging entry, we really staying here. Would expect our next visit to be in the warmer part of the year. Excellent communication with Ray!!! Thanks again

We will definitely return. We fell in love with the location. Its magical.

This home is lovely, just across the street from Beaver Lake. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The furnishings were very comfortable and the space to unpack was super appreciated. It was clean, easy to check in and out, and Ray was a gracious host. It is a bit of a drive through the lake community and the driveway is steep. This was not an issue for us and also resulted in the fantastic view we had from the porch. I highly recommend this home and hope to have the opportunity to stay in the future!

We totally enjoyed our time in the beautiful home. Ray was wonderful to work with and we couldn't have been more pleased with the amenities that were provided. I cook all our evening meals and all kitchen utensils and pots/pans were in excellent condition. Thank you Ray we would love to come back!

The property was perfect for our family’s 5-night stay! Everything was labeled so well — truly impressive. The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back. You’ll enjoy working with the host!

This property is very comfortable and has wonderful views from the decks. While some of our group slept at another VRBO property, most of our time together was spent chatting on the decks, cooking and eating meals together, and playing cards and pool. The house was well stocked, has comfortable beds and other furniture, is tastefully decorated, and had plenty of room for our group.

The four of us (a pair of 60-y-o and a pair of 81-y-o) had a delightful time! Tha views and deck were wonderful!

Beautiful home with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The view is amazing. The location is great. The information and items provided by the owner to add to your stay went above and beyond what we expected. Would return and recommend. The driveway is super steep - if you have mobility issues you might need to be driven down (and back up) to go to the dock. We loved our time. We wished we could have stayed a few more days!
5.0
This property was clean and everything was in working order. It was well-equipped with everything you would need. We were a family of 5 and the house was more than big enough for our needs. The owner of the property was hands-on. The owner corresponded a lot from the time of booking the VRBO to checking out. I got the sense that the owner was conscientious of his property and because of his attentiveness, his rental property is in tip-top shape. The driveway leading up to the entrance of the house is steep. There is a lower portion of the driveway available if needed. The walk from the rental property to the boat dock is down the steep driveway and down a rocky path. Folks who are older or have any physical limitations will have a tough time walking back and forth from the house to the boat dock. The house is located 6-miles off of highway 62. It is a 20-minute drive due to winding roads. The Shortstop Conoco general store is on highway 62 where you turn off to drive to the rental property. It is the closest place to buy any food, gas or supplies. And food selections at the snack bar and on the shelves was limited. There is a Dollar General also available a mile or so up highway 62 across from the Garfield Post Office if you needed something. Eureka Springs is about an hour from the rental house. And Rogers, AR is about 40-minutes from the property. We didn't do any cooking within the property so this was a challenge for our group. The outside deck off of the living room was a nice place to sit and look at the lake. The deck faces east so you get a morning sunrise. All in all, the house is clean and spacious. The steep driveway, walk to the boat dock and the lack of restaurants within 15-minutes of the rental house were the reasons I did not give 5-stars across the board. These were issues for us but may not be for others.

Great house! It was my first time visiting Beaver Lake. I highly recommend both Beaver Lake and this property.

Ray was available and helpful throughout the process. The dock and house were in great shape, and we enjoyed using the whole space. We would gladly stay here again.
