This apartment has been completely remodeled. It is a great get away for a couple, small family, or even a few friends. This apartment has hardwood floors and all new furnishings. It is on the ground level. You can relax on the patio or walk around the side and walk just a few steps to the ocean or walk in the other direction to the downtown area. You do not have to cross any streets. It is convenient to all local restaurants, local grocery store, pizza parlor, surf shop, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and more. You can enjoy the 'walking loop' which is just a few steps away to begin the 3 mile walk around the island for exercising or just pleasure. The pier is just a short walk down the beach for fishing or fun. This apartment has all the amenities of home and the private area that make it just a quiet relaxing fun place. Keywords: Studio

This efficiency apartment uses its space well and provided us a nice place to stay. It was clean and comfortable.
Just an FYI that in addition to bringing sheets and towels, bring dish towels for the kitchen as there were none. Also bring any staples like coffee and spices, although salt and pepper are provided.

Staying four nights for family Christmas fun was the reason. The price was very fair. Parking and getting around was very easy. I will come again I didn't mind bringing my own linen. Place was spotless.

The unit was very very charming and the perfect amount a space for the two of us. Cannot beat the location! It is super close to the beach and to some great places to eat and drink. It was very clean and was the perfect retreat. Would highly recommend!

I love this little place. It’s right in the middle of everything, but with the little back patio, it feels very private. Just around the corner from bars and restaurants and the beach is just around the corner the other direction. Peaceful, has everything I need for a quick getaway. The owner is great, very easy to work with. Looking forward to my next stay!

Really enjoyed staying with the Coffers! Check in was a breeze. Bathroom was great. Very private. Great having free parking downtown. It is small but comfortable for the size. We’ll be back!

If you're looking for a quiet place for one or two, within waking distance to beach and town this us your place. No porch or view, but exactly what we needed ...just a clean comfortable room for the weekend. Perfectly convenient!

This is a great location close to the ocean, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed biking, walking the island and time on the beach. The owners respected our privacy. Parking was convenient.

This place is in a great location just yards from the beach my wife and I were very happy with the place most everything was within walking distance and to be able to cook instead of going out to eat was a blessing we want to go back again soon everything was amazing awesome thank you all for the experience it was the first time my wife had been to the beach and it could not have been a better place to stay in my opinion again thanks for everything

We had an A+ experience. Easy check in, communication with host, clean, nice rental with a great location. Steps to the beach, coffee, food, grocery, bars, ice cream and other retail. Outdoor shower, beach chairs, picnic table with umbrella available. Parking off street, it has its own lot. Everywhere is paid parking here so that helps. Perfect spot for the Holiday floatilla, walk to viewing area. The place is small but every amenity needed is there including a closet, full kitchen. Close to Johnny Mercer pier, a huge concrete pier where you can fish and even rent a rod and reel. Great place.

This place is small but really has everything you need for a short stay at the beach. The location is great with having a beach access at the end of the short street, several restaurants right there to choose from, a little grocery, a block away, and close to Causeway Drive. We really enjoyed our first visit and stay.
