We needed a few days to getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as advertised. It was close enough to Uber to Clearwater for food and entertainment but far enough away that the beach was not crowded.

Had an amazing stay with 3 adults and 2 children. Steps away from the beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but quick drive or Uber ride to Clearwater if you want the shops and crowds. Lots of nearby restaurants and grocery stores.
House had a gorgeous back patio where we watched the sunrise/sunset and relaxed at night listening to the waves. The house is stocked with everything you may need for your stay and beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys. Convenient onsite laundry. Super clean and nicely decorated. We had a slight issue with the fridge and George was quick to respond. One of our best vacations ever. We’ll definitely be back.

Our group was absolutely floored by the location and vacation vibe of this space; it made for a super special family vacation. Everything was so well appointed, the attention to detail and amenities (beach chairs, fluffy towels, volleyball, spices to cook, aloe for red shoulders) name it- they thought of it, and it makes you feel like you are truly at a home away from home. It is maybe 70 steps from the patio, through the dune to the sugar sand. Easy morning walks, early swims, sunsets and star gazing. We hope to return! It was a terrific.

We loved this beach house. There was plenty of room for our family and the house is right on the beach. The beach area is also less congested than some of the other areas and makes it easy to lay out on the beach and be able to go back to the house for the bathroom and snacks.
The property owner/manager was great with check in and check out communication.

This property was a wonderful stand alone residence with beach access just steps away. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable. We enjoy the close proximity to the local attractions that we engaged in such as parasailing , the sunset schooner cruise, and miniature golf. Chute em up parasailing company highly recommended , great captain and crew, fun yet professional. As most all vacationers will say the time went too fast but we did enjoy daily walks on the beach and of course picking up seashells. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach side experience and a quiet neighborhood. It’s nice to sit outside on the patio and also the attached shower for cleaning off the Sandy eat before entering the house. House was very clean and very inviting. The check out instructions were very easy and basically just treat this property as if it was your own. Thank you George for sharing your residence in the sunshine state.

Our family wanted somewhere to spend a couple weeks together. This beach house fit our needs. We could walk or run on the sidewalks and beach.

Beautiful home, very comfortable for 5 adults, nice kitchen. Very clean & had everything you needed. Only complaint is there wasn’t a pool and the beach was closed for renovations. We had construction trucks starting at 8 am and went till 5 pm ever day! Next time I would check to make sure the beach was opened!

From the moment we opened the door we fell in love.
The attention to detail is amazing with every amenity you could possibly need.
The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in

An early morning jog where every passer by greeted me with a warm hello
Lots of nice restaurants nearby.
We have been holidaying as 2 couples with children (now 19 and 20) for over 15 years and this was our favourite.
We will be recommending to all our Irish friends back home.

We loved staying at this beach house. It is so close to the beach and the gulf was amazingly clear. We saw manatees, dolphins, turtle nests and sand dollars. The house is in a great location...easy to get to restaurants and Publix. We rented bikes and enjoyed exploring the area that way too. The house is well stocked - thank you!

Really cute, comfortable, very well-stocked little piece of paradise! The lanai had a very private feel & was great when you needed a break from the sun. George was easy to reach & very pleasant to talk with. A big plus to this location were the very nice permanent residents of the area who made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great listing exactly as pictured and so comfortable. Everything you need is there. Only note, there were no longer twin beds int the 3rd br as stated in the listing. We made due with a rollaway bed and the owner was very accommodating in helping out with this but the listing does need to be updated. Otherwise, the house, location and great atmosphere could not be better.

The home is beautiful, clean, up to date, literally on the water so you can walk from the beach to your home in seconds without having to lug all your belongings back and forth. Location makes it so easy to step outside to watch sunrise and sunset whenever you please. The home is furnished with everything you can think of. The owner is responsive. 100% recommend this place.

We would have given 5 stars for cleanliness except for the downstairs bedrooms, especially the screw room with a moldy carpet. There are also too few bowls in the kitchen, one of the beach chairs was defective, and there was no apparent effort to recycle cans, glass or paper. Otherwise it was a very nice place that we could imagine revisiting.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our time at George & Susi’s beach house! The photos don’t do it justice. It’s the cutest, cleanest, most well-stocked place - just steps from the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen & bathrooms were supplied with all the necessities. Bellaire Beach is a perfect location - away from all the crowds on Clearwater Beach, but a quick drive over to that area for dining and shopping. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect spot
The location is perfect close enough to the action of Clearwater and Indian Rocks but far enough away to enjoy the peace and sunshine. The beach is a very short walk out the back door and is beautiful and almost private. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we had everything we needed! We will definitely stay there again!

Winter Beach Trip
The cottage was very welcoming. Easy check in and check out. The location of the cottage was just a few steps to the beach. Location was central to everything. Great restuarants and small shops. George the owner was easy to communitcate with and quick to respond. I am looking forward to staying here again.

Perfect family vacation!
The home was perfect! Great location and very clean. We will return and I’ll know to pack much lighter as all toiletries were provided! Great sunset views and quiet neighborhood and beach. We traveled with a teenager and a crawling infant and the home worked out great, they even provided a pack ‘n play! Owners were on top of communication from the time we booked months ago up until check out. We had a wonderful time!

Such a great gem of a beach home!
Our family had a great stay at this beautiful property! Everything was clean and welcoming and perfectly decorated for a beach home, our kids were enamored with all the decorations. Loved the location with small kids it was so nice to be so close to the beach and be able to walk back for naps and be able to walk back for anything needed. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. We had the best vacation and would stay here again!

Property was clean and easy to get to! It was right on the beach which made it extremely easy to go down and spend a day on the water. We had a blast and would go again in a heartbeat!

We closed out 2020 and rang in 2021 at Bellaire Beach! It was the perfect getaway for our family of 4. House was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Location was perfect with a quieter beach scene (literally 20 steps from the back door) and close enough to the activity in Clearwater.Owners were super responsive and gave great instructions and restaurant recommendations.This property is a definite 5 stars in every category!

Perfect Location Steps from the Beach
The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and we loved the fun beach house style of decorating. Communication from the booking date to the check out date was prompt and easy. This house is so close to everything but you still feel like you have your own private beach area. We were very happy with all it provided throughout our entire stay!

Great Location
We had a great stay. The location is perfect. Loved the beach. It was clean and not crowded, even during spring break. Only a short drive to Clearwater. Just be aware that the 3rd bedroom is off the main living space and doesn’t have a real door. Therefore whoever sleeps in there will be up until everyone in the house is ready to sleep. This was only an issue for us because it didn’t shut out any noise or light so our two year old would not sleep or nap in there. Also, the 2nd twin bed is a rollaway that can also be placed in that room. There is plenty to do in the area, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and our kids loved this trip.
