The nightly rate includes the entire property and can accommodate up to six people. This is a residential property with neighbors. Events and parties are not permitted.

The main cabin (center cabin in the photos) contains the central living area and a loft/bedroom. The cabins nestled on either side are each a bedroom with a bathroom.

This was our 2nd stay here and we absolutely love this place. Great breakaway cabins for personal space, lots of privacy from neighbors, and the hot tub, pool, ping pong combination is sweet.

We look forward to this place each summer for the past four years. The pool, hot tub, views and all the space are amazing. We stay with our twelve year old and two adult kids. Plenty of space for the dog to run, fully fenced, large dining table, fire pit, ping pong, swing set, and super clean! The owner is super responsive.Star gazing is amazing. Couldnt ask for more!

This was a great property, my boys loved having a private pool, it had a surprise ping pong cabin we didnt realize was there. Janice the property manager is absolutely amazing and so kind. We will absolutely be back, i tried to book it for my youngest boys birthday in August but sadly its already booked, so i will be trying for next year sooner. We loved that the propert is fully fenced and allowed dogs. I also really loved how she had so many extra towels, the cabin was very well stocked.

If you're looking for a cute, quiet, and private property that's close to downtown Leavenworth, this is the place. I wouldn't say it's so close you can easily walk, but it's a quick drive, though it's not quick at the moment due to construction. Property owner is easily reachable, responds thoroughly and quickly, and is helpful. Space was almost exactly what we expected, barring some minor damage which the owner was not aware of and was on top of as soon as she was notified. Heated pool and hot tub are definitely worth it, but if you're out at night, there is not enough light, so I'd recommend bringing a lantern or something.

I was impressed how it's maintained well. This place got everything you would need, with great amenities. We really loved the view and the location too. Our kids loved the pool and the little playground. So much fun!

This is our third time staying here, and we were very glad we got in earlier in the summer this time. The cabins are lovely, so clean and air conditioned “, with very comfortable beds. The pool is warm and our dog loves having all that fenced space to run and play. Will definitely be back again!

I am still thinking about the epic snowy views from the hot tub! I was curious what it was going to be like with winter, but the parking and walkways were well plowed and cleared. The cabins were always warm and the gas fireplace in the main cabin was lovely after a cold day outside. This was an incredibly family friendly lodging - play structure in yard, well stocked game/puzzle cabinet and the kids loved having their own cabin. This place has a huge yard for kids and dogs to roam - but with the snow it wasn't possible to shut the main gate to let dogs off leash. We loved the location just a little bit out of town and so close to the ski and snowshoe trails that we hit every day of our stay. Kitchen was very well stocked with a variety of pots, pans, and plenty of dishware for a larger group. Really easy check-in and great communication with the property manager. This spot is a total gem. Would love to check it out in the summer when the pool is available!

Beautiful views, large property, great for kids and dogs. Cozy Leavenworth home base. Four family adults stayed in the cabins and we hosted 4 other family members (including kids) for family dinner and snow play. Heavy snow meant the firepit was buried and the driveway icy.

This spot is a hidden gem. Not far out of town and easily accessible by a main road, this set of cabins is perfect for a weekend away with friends. Each of the side cabins has its own toilet and shower, so there’s no problem with overlapping showers and toilet needs. The main cabin serves as a gathering space with a large table, perfect for sitting around and playing a game. Cozy, cute, and well worth the trip.

This was such a special place. Our dogs enjoyed this fully fenced property that they could sniff and play fetch. Would love to come back and fully enjoy the property in the summer months, the pool looks amazing!

We’ve stayed at the “Camp” a couple of times and it never disappoints. The main cabin is the definition of cozy, and the small but perfectly stocked kitchen packs a big punch! We will certainly be back again and again.

We loved our stay here! We came with family and we had enough room for us all to sleep comfortably in the two separate cabins. Pool was heated and very nice, hot tub hit the spot too. Fully fenced for pups. The cabins were perfect for us, rustic, but very comfortable. We came during the smoke season, so we enjoyed the puzzles and games when it was too bad to be outdoors long. We'll be back!

Really nice group of cozy cabins with pool, hot tub, fenced yard, and close to Leavenworth and other outdoor adventures. What more could you need? The dogs had a blast. We enjoyed tubing down the river, SUPing on Lake Wenatchee, and walking to sleeping lady for cocktails. A great end of summer trip with friends and family.

Love this place!! A fenced acre for our dog to run and play, three cabins provide space for everyone, a pool and a hot tub. Our family loves staying here and we will be back! Close to town, yet a bit away allows for great star gazing at night.

We love vacationing at this property. It’s peaceful, simple, and beautiful. The sleeping cabins are always so helpful to keep little ones asleep at night and during naps. The linens are great and it’s so helpful to have a washer/dryer. The pool was nicely heated and made it fun to use despite the weather not cooperating for us. We can’t wait to come back.

This property was perfect for a quick weekend away for a group of tired moms. There was enough space for us to have privacy while also a perfect gathering space for games, meals and chats. The hot tub was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms were well stocked. The walk to the Sleeping Lady for coffee was short and easy, and Leavenworth had everything we needed for a relaxing, refreshing, time away. We will be back again!

Cute Property Great for Any Family

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was about a 5 minute drive to the city center, so it was close enough, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We loved that there were three separate, not attached cabins. This gave a great communal area, but then allowed the kids to go to their separate spaces at night. If you are local and plan on cooking for the family you may want to bring a large nonstick pan, that was really the only thing missing from the kitchen. The beds were all pretty firm, so hopefully you like it that way. Our kids didn't love that part, but it didn't hinder our stay at all. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and would love to rent this property in the future.
