The Space
This cozy one bedroom condo is located on the third floor in a gated community at The Shores on beautiful Lake Erie. It comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed and a pullout couch and has all the amenities, including a balcony with views of Lake Erie. We have a seasonal community pool and hot tub, small beach, tennis courts, fire pits and grills. Our condo is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children.

Guest Access
Guests will receive codes to enter the property and the unit on the day of arrival and will have full access to the complex.

Interaction with Guests
I am always available via phone or messaging via VRBO and respond in a timely manner.

The Neighborhood
Our condo is centrally located to many entertainment options and attractions such as the Jet Express to Put-in-Bay, Kelley’s Island Ferry, Cedar Point, Kalahari, African Safari, Catawba Island and Marblehead. There are also several fishing charters available and several parks for adults and children. Some popular restaurants and breweries nearby include Music on Madison, Docks Beach House, McCarthy’s Irish Pub, Ciao Bella, Twin Oast, The Orchard, and Gideon Owen Winery.

We came to Port Clinton for a weekend stay and always stay at The Shores although this was our first time at this particular booking. The property was clean, inviting and in a convenient location. The check in process was easy and property manager was kind! We will certainly stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Port Clinton. The property is lovely and our view from the balcony was great! The condo was recently updated. There are three flights of stairs to go up, but we considered it exercise. We loved the restaurants, Gideon Owen, The Orchard, and Twin Oast. We also enjoyed a day trip to Kelly’s Island. Great location for our visit.

The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. There was a good communication on check in and out. The unit is on the third floor and the lighting in the stairwell could use improvement. The decor inside was nice, but the outdoor patio set was very uncomfortable.

Was a great getaway for the week of our anniversary. Was close to lots of restaurants, shops and the jet express. Being right on the lake was great also! The condo was very nice very well maintained the same as the property!

The Shores is a great complex for a fun little get away. Take the jet to PIB for the day and come back and relax in the hot tub or pool. Perfect little beach access for Lake Life too. Host was quick to respond and unit was very clean 💜

My son and I really enjoyed this property. The condo was very cute and clean and we felt very safe. Although, I don’t really think there is an unsafe location in Port Clinton. It was the perfect size for us. The heated pool was great. It was a great central location to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in great shape and well-equipped in terms of good furniture, kitchen needs, bedding, etc. Communication with the owner was very easy; quick responses. The only (slight) disappointment was the "beach" areas - the listing says they are small, and they really are. However, this was minor. The area where the condo is located isn't particularly attractive; however, its proximity to a lot of interesting places made it an excellent choice for us.

We had a great weekend in spite of the bad weather. We knew the property was on the third floor, so that was no surprise. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and not busy at all during our stay.

Beautiful clean place... you have to climb 3 levels of stairs and the view of the lake was half covered by the place in front and trees... but great location.. very clean place and area... would stay again..

We loved our stay! The condo was so clean and decorated so cute. Just be warned- there are a lot of steps.( for older folks that might be an issue )The grounds and little beach and fire pits were just beautiful. Everything went well at this property. The grounds including pool and landscaping are taken care of very well. While this complex has some age on it, probably built in the late 70s/80s, it was affordable and clean. We would return to this place.

This condo is wonderful- very comfortable with every thing you could possibly need and very clean. The balcony has a view of the lake and is shady most of the day. The condo community is lovely and fabulously quiet. Jeff is very responsive, in fact he responded immediately to every question.

The condo was very nice with everything we needed, super clean, and centrally located to explore Lake Erie (easy drive to the Kelleys Island ferry, restaurants, nature preserves, etc.). The condo complex had a lovely pool and outdoor space. The beaches at the condo complex were small, but my 5-year-old thought they were just right for digging in the sand. It was perfect for a little family weekend getaway.

Overall the condo was nice, location was good. The only negative is the lack of elevators. That was a lot of stairs for both luggage & groceries. My husband & I are both senior citizens ( and he’s had ankle fusion). I would caution anyone with any physical limitations . Once you get up there though, the views were awesome!

We had a good time staying at this condo. Everything was clean except for a skillet that was in one cabinet. Had not been washed. The stairs were a bit of a struggle to climb and was very dark in stairway. Overall a good time was had.
