Kaikki toimi, oli tunne, että meidät todella huomioitiin.
En osaa sanoa

Frukosten helt ok, men priset var aningen högt. Rumspriset lite högre och kunde ha innehållit buffemorgonmål.
Att behöva beställa morgonmålet. Har alltid tidigare haft buffemorgonmål på hotellen.

Very friendly staff and clean.
Overpriced breakfast = poor value for money. No (fresh) bread, In addition to the 25€ (!) they ask another 9€ for an Egg Benedict…

Location, quiet, comfortable bed
No bedside light, no fridge, no milk for coffee

Very personal service and very friendly staff.
No issues

Breakfast and great food
Was expecting a patio and shower really slippery
4.7
Location great and spa also.
Breakfast was not 5 star value. Many items run out and get no refills.
And you should have minibar/fridge in room.

Our stay in this hotel was a nightmare!
this hotel doesn't match five stars but bad three stars. The hotel was very cold and the restaurant didn't work in the hotel. Lunch and dinner you can’t eat at the hotel. There is also no alcohol available and there they can’t make a gluehwein (hot wine). When we asked about the gym, the staff wondered if we really needed the gym in the next morning. Because The runway didn't work and all the electronics were in the sauna and pool rooms in the water. There was water on the runway and there was a shower next to the runway. People used this shower next to the runway after a sauna or pool. All this was very unsafe and the fire requirements were not met. The electronics were in the water and were ruined. The runway didn't work. The hotel rooms were very cold. The heating was only switched on when we arrived, and until the night the room didn't warm up and needed clothes to sleep. It was impossible to swim in the pool for a long time, because the pool had been overdosed with chlorine and very code in the eyes. After visiting the pool rooms, eyes were red and inflamed for several days. Breakfast was very poor. Breakfast doesn't match the five-star hotel. There was very little food and there was not enough food for the guests. The ordered omelet was overcooked and was bitter. The food was not replenished, even though we had came for breakfast in time and there were other customers who had nothing to eat. The juice cups were empty and they didn't fil up. On the breakfast table was only what was in the picture (I added a picture). There were no vegetables at all - no tomatoes or cucumbers.
The hotel owner treats customers very aggressively and spoke to us in an aggressive tone and said that if we don't like something to go to another hotel! I'm not really advising anyone to go to this hotel!

The attitude of the service staff was very pleasant.
I am very dissatisfied. Very cold room. Radiators do not perform their function. The owner's attitude is very negative, if not kicking us out of the hotel if we are not satisfied. The treadmill is located in the area between the pool and the sauna, as a result the entire floor is wet and the treadmill was connected to electricity. Also, the shower is located a meter from the treadmill. In the morning, when I go to the running track - it does not work, the administrator can confirm... As it turned on, it turned off after a moment. How can you put sports equipment between the pool and the sauna where the humidity is high and it is not possible to do sports in those conditions. This is illegal! Breakfast was a mixed bag several times. Also, we made a table reservation for breakfast the day before, which was not done when we arrived in the morning and we were seated at the entrance where everyone walked by.

I’m travelling a lot and this hotel is one of the best, I have visited. it deserves the best rating; it’s clean, comfortable, good atmosphere and good location. it seems to live in a medioevali fairy tale.

Very refined and comfortable stay in the historic heart of Tallinn. No detail left untouched in this gorgeous building.
Due to the layout of the old town there is no onsite parking

ordering breakfast is a bit complex

What a lovely hotel that exceeded our expectations! Location is perfect in many ways, customer service was excellent at all times. We also got the late checkout which made our life much easier. I didn't have breakfast but my friend did and she told it was so good and fresh as it was a la carte, not buffet. The room was spotless, simple but stylish. Beds (Hästens!) were really comfy, the bathroom was roomy, and we had a nice view to the patio. We didn't use sauna/spa due to our short stay, but definitely next time!
No complaints!

This is a beautiful hotel inside the medieval old town. The location couldn't be better, walking distance all major sights.
The owners are extremely helpful and the restaurant was beautiful.
i could have stayed much longer!
4.7
Beautiful building.
Very quiet and clean room.
Great location
Beautiful spa/pool
Having to turn in the key to the front desk whenever we left and stop by the front desk to pick it up when we returned. Wasn't bad, just a really odd and inconvenient policy.

Nice breakfast for a boutique hotel.
The sound proofing could be much better. We could hear clearly the regular snoring of our neighbour. There is not enough fabric in the room to absorb the echo in the room. It was like an echo chamber.
4.7
central location, quiet, all the facilities needed considering the hotel is a very old house turned hotel
the breakfast is very expensive eur25/day and very basic like to a two star Ibis hotel, no vegetables, no bread... and you have to ask for everything, even paper napkins, there is no buffet.
4.7
Great location, clean.
No fridge, zero view.

We traveled with a 6 month old baby, and stayed for a week in a larger room (really 2 rooms: 1 bedroom and 1 living room). The staff was amazing: super friendly, very accommodating to the baby (bought a new minifridge for the room so we could keep her milk but without the noise of an older fridge, brought us a crib, brought us a kettle to make bottles, and placed us in a larger quieter room). Thank you very much to all of them.
The beds were as comfortable as other reviewers said -- I'd really like one for my own home! We didn't have the breakfast there, but we ate in the restaurant for dinner once, and took a pizza from there up to our room another night.
There is an elevator in the building but there are 3-4 steps at the hotel entrance; we carried the stroller up those, so it wasn't a problem for us. Location is excellent in the north part of the old town -- the cobblestones are difficult for small-wheeled travel strollers, but we managed (and this has nothing to do with the hotel).
Nothing.
