Very bad

The place is far and the staff is very rude. Not even basic needs are included. We asked for room clean and it was an extra cost when we left the place I was shocked to see an additional $50 charge for the room clean which is crazy

Good hotel with issues.

Very large car park - clean. Rooms good size. Friendly staff

This is a noisy hotel - because it is cheaply made. You can hear the shower next door and walking overhead and general banging. No acceptable breakfast options.

Manque de professionnalisme de la part du personnel

Patate, saucisses et des oeufs venant du réchaud. lorsque je mentionne a la serveuse que ce n'est pas bon, elle répond ''c'est correct'' .Je sens qu'on se moque de moi. patate molle juteuse et saucisses qui semble être bouilli et mis au réchaud mon regret est d'avoir donner un pourboire de 15 % a du personnel qui se fou de moi et sans excuse quelconque. Je recommande d'aller ailleurs.

Generally good but opportunities for improvement in services

Location, clean, hot tub; we have been here years ago when it was the Comfort Inn; Glad to see the new interior look.

Jets don’t work sometimes; coffee machine in the room doesn’t work - as such not hot water or coffee available; hot breakfast is available but doesn’t worth the money paid ($15 for a small English muffin egg sandwich + 2 small sausages + a small cup of juice), and the two stuff serving the breakfast seem not happy at all with poker face all the time and low efficiency (only 3 tables at the time). Not a pleasant experience at all.

Check in tard et out tres tôt. Pr des familles qui passeront une seule nuit ce n’est pas du tt suffisant. J’ai vu plein d’hôtel et quand on demande un Check out tardif Ils sont tjr généreux à dire oui. Mais ici dans cet hôtel le Mr m’a répondu froidement qu’il faut payer 25 dollars l’heure après tout retard du chek out !

Beaucoup d’enfants pour un week-end en amoureux 😬 Toutefois nous comprenons que c’est la saison de ski! Nous reviendrons alors avec les enfants l’hiver prochain!

Chambre

Fête avec jeunes adolescents qui jouent au football parmis les autos dans le stationnement jusqu’à 1h am. Qui courent dans les couloirs jusqu’à tard dans la nuit sans aucune supervision. Après avoir été témoin d’autos heurtées par ces mêmes adolescents, j’ai averti le personnel présent sans aucun améliorations.

Location was quite

Service. When we checked in, the receptionist mentioned our breakfast is "complementary". When we did have the breakfast, the receptionist explained what complementary means according to the hotel i.e. it has to be bought separately, which does not make sense at all. The website also stated that the room will have a microwave which was not the case. They also did not have a general use microwave for all the other guests.

la psicine chauffée est vraiment ce qu'on a préféré. nous avions réservé pour cette raison le personnel est gentil

l'hotel est plus loin que le village de ski mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé car nous avons pas skié

comfortable but annoyed.

Great hotel, clean, modern and comfortable. the outdoor spa is fantastic.

the main issue we encountered was that there was a DJ playing music loudly and we weren’t able to sleep. since the point of staying at the hotel was to get to ski hill early this was a major drawback. I wouldn’t go back unless there was no DJ.

Nice hotel

The hotel is amazing. We had such a great time during the past weekend. The location is beautiful, and the hotel is clean and welcoming. The spa facilities are also great.

The only thing we didn't like were the light under the bed. It couldn't be turned off, and we had a lighter sleep than usual.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un week-end en famille

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Jacuzzi énorme pour se baigner en famille en plein hiver. Rabais sur les glissades sur chambre à air qui sont de l’autre côté du stationnement. L’hôtel est également proche du village de saint-jovite pour s’y rendre à pied et profiter des restaurants à proximité. Chargeur à voiture électrique également disponible.

Price and service were different from expectations.

Outdoor Termal bath is great.

Cleaning free when check in only. After that Cleaning charge for daily cleaning. Wifi was provided but couldn’t work as super low speed until couldn’t done things.

Overall it was a good and clean

Pros and cons.Some stuffs are amazing some of them don’t like what they are doing maybe tired.Elevator was broken when we check out and has to carry all our luggage from 3rd floor to down.That was not a good happy end.
