Ranch style home at the gateway to Alexander Valley. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Healdsburg, CA. This 2,500 SQ FT house sits on 4.6 acres and is within 5 minutes of the plaza in Healdsburg. Home sleeps 8 + people and also adds a little space for your guest with 2 of the 4 bedrooms down stairs. Enjoy the cozy feeling of this home or sit outside around the pool and enjoy the surrounding 90 year old vineyard on site. Spend an evening enjoying some of the most fabulous and famous restaurants in California or wine taste at any of the Alexander Valley, Dry Creek or Sonoma County wineries, which are nearby. Enjoy yourself outside in the pool with your family.

Great house & location
Great house & location
House is a convenient location to great wineries. House was clean, well organized and offered a nice pool area in which to visit with friends. Would definitely consider going back. Dena is a good host!

Excellent location. The pool was exceptionally clean and serene. Housekeeping needs to pay a little attention to details. Definitely our future favorite spot. Thank you, Dena for all your support and help in making this trip a success for my family. Be safe and stay healthy! Sal

The house was a great location to spend a weekend in Healdsburg exploring the nearby wineries. The upstairs level was very nice with a comfy living room and well stocked kitchen. The downstairs is OK but the bedrooms and downstairs bathrooms could have been nicer and cleaner. Pillow cases were a little dingy and the house could have been cleaner on arrival but it was enough space for our group which was the main goal. Some groups of adults might find the downstairs bedrooms a little spartan but we spent most of our time upstairs anyway. It would have been nice to know in advance the pool was not heated as we had our two little ones with us but the outdoor space is very nice and we had great views of the mountains and valley each morning. We had a nice long weekend staying here and getting quality time as a group, grilling in the evenings.
