We came to escape the heat, this lovely home was right on the money. Very comfortable for two people or four if couples share, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The side yard was perfect for hosing ourselves and the dog off when coming in from the sandy beach - right across the street. Very sweet home is nicely decorated, we enjoyed our stay!

Our house was great! Nicely decorated and right across the street from public beach access. The second floor living area needs to be considered for those with mobility issues however it was perfect for us as we had a nice view of the ocean.

This is a nice property in a small neighborhood. When we first rented this house I expected that the beach access was not going to be as advertised, but the access it literally across a street and you are literally, "steps from the beach." The sunsets were amazing and you can see the Morro Bay rock from the balcony. And of course we enjoyed our time in Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. We had a minor issue with the toilet, and the property management company sent a handyman over within 30 minutes and it was fixed. We really appreciated how quickly they got back to us.

The property is a hidden gem, it is about a mile and a half outside of town. The house has a great beach access which is across the street. it is also pet friendly which is what we needed. The upstairs has a nice balcony and everything you need to have a great stay. we enjoyed the house and would definitely stay again. It was a very convenient check in and out.

We loved everything about this beachside stay. We went on long walks on the beach each day. Beds and bedding were comfy and soft. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill and firepit. So nice to have an upstairs and downstairs fridge. The large garage was a nice perk. We hope to stay here again as the accommodations and location can’t be beat!

We had a quick 3 night stay. The house is in a great location and, as advertised, is steps from the beach. Everything about the house is clean and works well. The host, Pat, was communicative and easy to work with. I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in the 4 days we stayed in this lovely home. There is coastal access across from the front yard. The home is well stocked and so charming. Pat was an incredible host and very easy to work with. I will definitely be back again.

The house is nice and clean and very comfortable. It is located directly across the street from the beach. It was super convenient to both Cayucos and Morro Bay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back.

The home is perfect! Just what we'd hoped for! Across the street from beach access! The home was spotless! Really! Really clean. It has everything we could need or want. The kitchen has new, easy to use, appliances. The yard was beautiful and perfect to sit out and relax! The beds were very comfortable. The decor was fun and very well done. The furniture, all around, was comfortable and very nice. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The bathrooms were great. I can see why people stay here repeatedly! The beach is so peaceful. It's not crowded and the beach access is literally across the street and one house over! I can't say enough nice things about our stay!

We have stayed here a few times and it is always an easy process, a nice place to stay and a relaxing trip. So convenient across the street from the beach stairs for long walks on the beach! We appreciate the new BBQ, microwave and dishwasher as we at in for most of our meals.

It was our first time taking our golden doodle on a trip. Loved this lovely, pet friendly home. Our pup loved the beach. Ran around until he was exhausted. A tired dog is a good dog! The charming home was exactly as advertised. The beach access was right across the street. As other reviewers noted, you can hear Highway 1 traffic, but we did not find it disturbing and couldn’t hear with windows closed.

Property was as described. Great location. Quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach. Plenty of amentities in the house. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms and sinks upon arrival. We did have to go over with Chlorox wipes (toilet). Otherwise we would definitely recommend and would stay again. Very relaxing stay. Awesome!

Best part of this property is the accessibility to the beach. Stairs to the beach are just across the street. House needs some maintenance, cleaning, and updating. Warning that house is feet from highway 1 so with the windows open the traffic noise is significant.

Pat's place in wonderful! Pat was amazing to work with! Allowed us to put up a Flag in honor of July 4th. The house and views were so amazing! Enjoyec BBQ. Walks on the beach and fire at night! We stayed for 6 days and never missed a sunset. Would of loved to extend our stay but house already booked. Will definitely be booking in the future! Thank you Pat!

The house was very clean. We liked that you could cross the street to the public access to get down to the beach. The gardens outside the house were beautiful. Traffic could be a little noisy from route 1 when the windows were open. Very convenient place and stay for our Grandaughter's Graduation from Cal Poly.

Very comfortable, enjoyable space. We used it as a base of operations for exploring the central coast. We traveled from Pismo Beach north to Ragged Point to Pas Robles and San Louis Obispo. Good food, great company, and fabulous vistas…. Good beach access but the road noise was distracting.

Across the street from the beach, this is a great escape for my husband, daughter and I, along with our dogs, just 2 hours from home! We are repeat visitors and appreciated the new dishwasher, microwave and pots and pans!

We love this place! The 2nd level living space, clean, light and open, provides for a beautiful view. A spectacular sunset can be seen from there or on the beach which has an access entry right across the street. The house has everything we need, inside and out. We are repeat renters, and look forward to future trips to the house and this beautiful area.

Broken, potentially hazardous, damaged kitchen stove, stove exhaust fan not working, broken kitchen faucet, disgusting corroded coffee maker. Barbecue rusted out and not useable. Noisy flapping flag on flagpole at night. Trash and dirt at entry,. NOT AS ADVERTISED - go elsewhere

This was our first time staying in this property, though not our first time in the area. The house we had used for our visits in the past was not able to accommodate our four-legged addition to our family, so we tried this house. It was great! The home was clean and very family friendly (for ages 5-12). The beach access stairs were right across the street. We definitely plan to be back.

This was the second time staying here. It’s great for the kids and dogs. Location is perfect for daily walks on the beach and the little yard is perfect for the dogs. We had a fire in the fire pit a few nights and used the bbq. We can ride our bikes to downtown Cayucos and Morro bay is also very close. Will stay here again next year!

We were pleasantly surprised with this house. It’s much nicer than the photos indicate and has had a fairly recent refresh. While it’s not beach-front, it is on the street that is, and public beach access is right across the street. We didn’t cook in but the kitchen appeared adequately stocked for simple meals. Really nice small fenced area / yard which was great for us since we were traveling with our dogs. We had an issue with a broken garage door and the owner was quick to respond and repair it. The only points I’d take off are that the bed linens were old and synthetic, making for hot sleeping on sheets that kept coming undone. And (and I say this as a VRBO owner) Id strive to keep the windows with the ocean views clean - minor point. On the whole we were very pleased.

My husband and I come here every year with our little dogs who love the beach. We stayed an extra day because we didn't want to leave and Pat was easy to communicate with. We enjoy having a little bonfire while looking at the stars. Everything was clean and it felt like home. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful place!
