About this house rental
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and bathrooms and a media room. The first master bedroom suite with a king bed and expansive closet space has a balcony which looks out onto beautiful Sarasota Bay. The oversized master bath has double sinks and a shower. The second master suite with en-suite bathroom has three twin beds and additional trundle bed and looks out onto the Bay with an enclosed balcony. The third guest room has a queen size bed and balcony with view of the private front yard.
In addition, there is a media room with 80" smart television and oversized sofas for your perfect family movie night. There is an private glass enclosed office upstairs as well.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and sweeping bay views and the second with a queen bed. There is a full bath and powder room on the main floor. The first downstairs bedroom opens to the patio with French doors. The second bedroom looks out to the front yard. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen is made for entertaining and equipped with a 14 foot waterfall quartzite island, Thermador gas range with 6 burner and built in griddle, 48" GE refrigerator/ freezer, GE double ovens, 2 warming drawers, 2 dishwashers, ice maker and wine refrigerator. Included are top of the line, newly purchased accessories such as a coffee maker, blender, food processor, immersion blender, and juicer (all Cuisinart and Kitchenaid). Plates, cups, cutlery, serving platters/bowls, etc... equipped for 20+ people. Adjoining the kitchen is a sitting area.
There are two living rooms with double-height 20'+ ceiling. The first with seating for 12-14 and a 75" TV. The second with seating for 10-12 with sweeping views of Sarasota Bay. The open floor plan lends itself to hours of spending time together or finding a quiet spot on your own. The dining room seats 12, the kitchen counters seat 10, the patio dining seats 10. The bar is fully equipped and located off the dining room.
Enjoy captivating views of the bay from most of the bedrooms and all of the living spaces including the dining room, kitchen, living room, and family room. The pool deck has ample seating and Weber gas grill piped directly to the house perfect for family and entertaining.
There is a heated swimming pool overlooking the Bay. The home is located on approximately an acre of gated private property. There is cable, SONOS, and wireless internet throughout the home. There are four air conditioning / heating units plus two full-size washers and two full-sized dryers.
