About this house rental
Courtside 110 is a 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, one flight above street level. The top floor is a large master suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach. A special membership is included to Courtside guests, 1 hour of tennis privileges per day. This community has 2 pools on-site to use, and the courtyard features a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in south forest beach, just 1/2 mile from the Coligny circle. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. This is a great location for all island activities. There is a King in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd.

We enjoyed most things about the condo but there were ants in the dining room, mold in the bathroom, the dryer didn't work (and was very noisy), the dishwasher falls out from the counter, the furniture is dirty and worn out, and the WiFi is weak and slow.

I have been staying at Court side annually for about 20 years thru Seashore. In the past my family has always been happy there. This year we rented Courtside 110 because we had rented it before. Needless to say the condo is in bad need of repair. My husband stopped at the office and told them about the dryer and bed. Someone stopped while we were out and turned the dryer sideways. I would have appreciated some type of response. After a storm the roof and window on the third floor leaked and there is black mold on the ceiling. I will not stay there again.

Everything was perfect! My three grandsons and one little great grandson and his mom stayed there. They were across from the unit we own so the location was great. They enjoyed the pool immensely. And it certainly is a plus that the ocean is such a short walk away. They enjoyed riding bikes on the extensive trails. Of course need I mention the restaurants in Hilton Head are fabulous. I would recommend dealing with Seashore Vacations because they certainly deliver. We had a great time!

Not well stocked with kitchen supplies. Not a good view off the balcony. Basically looking at a wall, although the location is good. Rug going into the condo was very dirty. Minimal extras for the bedrooms such as pillows, blankets, etc. Just wasn't what we expected.

Ok. House was clean, but there was no beach towels, the beach umbrella did not have a steak so we could not use it after we took it all the way to the beach, No Kleenex, no hairdryer, until we asked for one, no sugar, no coffee filters.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtside 110. We needed more room this year and this condo’s upstairs loft fit our needs perfectly. There were no baking sheets in the condo but we made do. Everything else was great as usual. We’ve been staying at Courtside since 2011 and all of our condos have been nice!

It was ok. Not having to do a lot of cleaning when we left was nice. It was convenient walk to the beach and other attractions. The pool was right behind us. The bedsheets were not fresh on arrival and there were limited extra blankets. They too weren’t clean. We had to wash them. There were not enough towels and washcloths. Lots of closet space. The dresser in the kids room was difficult to open and close and the master bedroom was missing some drawer handles. Unfortunately only one smart TV but there was cable. No instructions for use though. Overall, only an ok experience.

The unit was so clean and a great location. I've stayed at HHI at least 25 times. This was the best accommodations of all of them, by a mile. So easy to check in....took probably 30 seconds. Piece of cake. Beautiful unit right beside pool, tennis courts, and beach.

Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street.

Very enjoyable stay
Great location and facility well maintained. Only complaint is the mattresses in all bedrooms could use an update. Owner very astute in accommodating renters and very organized unit. Allowed guest use of beach chairs and personal items. Very nice unit with master on third floor which was spacious and away from others.

Seashore Vacation Rentals was a great company to go thru for planning. The rental I picked, however needs lots of TLC. I don't think anything has been updated since the condo was built. The location was Amazing. Close to everything, but still very secluded and private. The floors were unlevel, sliding door lock was broken, carpet was matted, mattresses were very uncomfortable, no useful kitchen pots and pans. I have been coming to HHI for over 10 yrs, this is the worst condo I have ever stayed in.

Location was great. Kitchen - No potholders, no kettle and refrigerator doors should be on other side. The dishwasher was so loud. The tile was stained, it was a limited kitchen for sure and we struggled to make meals with the supplies given. The living room furniture was just bad and dirty. Uncomfortable to say the least and was beyond the wear / tear you would expect. The porch furniture was also worn out and the decoration all broken.The carpet was GROSS. Be prepared for dirty feet or socks and not from the beach. The beds in each bedroom need to be replaced. There was mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom that I cleaned off suggesting a moisture issue. The shower doors need to be cleaned better as there was mold at the bottom. The master suite on 3rd floor has some cracks in the ceiling and dresser handles are broken. The ceiling fan in the master should be over the stairs and a light should be on it. It would help move the air around better and provide better lighting. In remodel, I would consider adding a small fridge so that coffee could be enjoyed without going downstairs. Finally, be prepared to walk the stairs. This is difficult for the elderly and small children.

Nice location and great end unit! Lots of stairs to go up.
This was a nice end unit and provided lots of privacy for all of us who stayed. There are lots of stairs to go up and down to get into the unit. The property management told us the keypad lock was tricky to get into but failed to tell us the instructions were inside the envelope they gave us. The garbage pick up comes twice a week but failed to pick up the garbage both times from our unit….do not know why this happened. The neighbors were very nice and put some of the prior garbage from our receptacle into their receptacle to keep the animals out. The air ducts and vents drastically need cleaned along with the walls, light switch plates etc. It’s a good thing I brought my Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes. We did put a blanket over the couch because it was so dirty looking and stained. It wouldn’t take much to rent a shampooer and clean some of this up. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Great location and overall condo
We stayed here for four nights over Labor Day weekend and it was great to have the pool right in the backyard and a quick walk to the beach. The condo overall has a nice layout and pretty much everything you would need but it is a little dated and there are some things in the house that could be fixed to make it more pleasant.

We have been coming to HHI since 2005. It is our happy place. We had a great trip. The condo location was fantastic and we LOVED the size and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. The carpet and furniture were a bit outdated and threadbare. We did feel like it was busier on the island than we have ever seen it. But, overall a great trip!

We have stayed at Courtside for 3 trips. This was our first stay in Unit 110. We love the location of this unit to the beach and Coligny. The back door going out to the patio does not lock. The piece of wood they had in place to stop it from opening had pressed into the door mount and was allowing the door to open. We called the property management and they immediately brought a longer door jam. The couch in the living room is uncomfortable as the cushions are flat and you sit directly on the rolled up bed. 2 of the 3 beds we used were uncomfortable and we had to buy 2 mattress foam pads to put on them. We will stay at Courtside again but not at this unit unless they replace the worn out furniture.
