NOTICE: Due to Wyndham's change in guest policies, some dates are blacked out for guests without an owner present. Because of this, we may not be able to put your name on the reservation until the morning of check in. If this is the case, we will forward the email confirmation by 9am central time to your email and text you the confirmation number the morning of check in. This will apply to holidays, spring break, and summer reservations.

This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney s Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, swings, a game room, and exercise room. All of this is free to guests. Parking is also included in the rental amount.

The 2 bedroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and living/dining area. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. There is a full complement of dishes, pots, pans flatware, cookware, baking utensils, knives, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and plastic garbage bags. The kitchen has full size appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, and hot pads.

The resort has a shuttle that runs to all the Disney parks plus Downtown Disney. It is currently $8 per person per round trip.

Child Needs: The resort has free pak n plays and high chairs available to guests. Just ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring them to your room.

Out cancellation policy states:

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can t change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don t work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

Amazing place to stay with the family when visiting Disney. Minutes from the park and the rooms are big comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Definitely will be coming back. Great place with alot to do.

It was exactly as advertised! The only downfall they didnt clean ONCE. They gave you a couple things but by the end the toilets and sinks were GROSS. I understand, but we were there for 11 days, there should atleast be a quick clean of these things weekly

The place is nice and the restaurant right next to it was tasty it was called Monroe. We could not find the pool at first nor could we figure out out to access the app to charge the tesla but other than that anyone would enjoy staying here.

We have stayed in a 2 bedroom villa here 3 times! We love it! So much to do here! Quick drive to Disney! Property manager was wonderful when we had to reschedule twice due to COVID and family Illness.

We loved the Wyndham Bonnet Creek. There's so much to do on the property. We were at the Disney parks most days so we couldnt enjoy all that had to offer but would absolutely come back for a vacation. Check in was easy and the condo was spotless!

Club Wyndham in Lake Buena Vista, Florida was a very nice and cheerful atmosphere. This can be said right from check in to check out. The property is very family oriented.

We loved staying at Cathy’s place! It’s was so close to all the parks, clean and stocked, and everyone was very helpful. We had an infant and they provided us with a packnplay and a high chair. The pools were great and proximity to the parks/restaurants can’t be best. Definitely will stay here again!

First time staying here for Worlds cheerleading competition (usually stay on Disney property). Wish I had started staying here years ago. The condo was lovely. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking as we did cook a couple of meals. Needed an extra dishwasher packet and housekeeping was very quick to respond. Bonnett Creek property is lovely.

Room was nice, with good view. Know that they pick the room for you in arrival, it’s not like this exact room is the one rented out each stay. Our room had HVAC issues - living room was cold, bedrooms were hot. Very nice staff everywhere (no exceptions) and bar and wait staff were A+ awesome. Annoying calls to the room everyday for time share opportunity. Grounds were nice, like a large hotel complex.
