Misleading announcement

emplacement

The appartement is good but the description is misleading as many important details are hided/omitted such as the kitchen is a shared one not private ( this important point was not mentioned) no oven just microwave oven, and the fridge not working . So i pay a for a kitchen not for a shared one and at the end It was dis functional without oven and fridge. If I want an appartement without kitchen I can book a hotel or room which is less expensive. I was disappointed from this rent as it is my first time I rent something not as described.

Very good

The location is hard to top, otherwise fairly comfortable rooms in a very old building. Check-in and out were uncomplicated, staff very friendly.

The staircase didn't bother us that much, although it might be a problem for families with small children. The mold in two of the three bathrooms in total was hard to miss though.

Everything about the suite is as expected…clean comfortable and literally within a stone’s throw away from shops and restaurants. Most importantly this place/area is as safe as it can be.

Amazing location, super clean, responsive hosts and amenities were above and beyond the norm.

Exceptional experience all around! We stayed in the Capri suite. Beds had a nice foam topper that was very comfortable. Rooms were immaculately clean. The view from our suite of the ocean and park was fantastic. The location in Chiaia was perfect, right next to the Lungomare area along the sea with restaurants and posh shopping. We walked around late at night and felt super safe and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to questions. They were on time and waiting for us for our check in meeting. WiFi was very fast (near the 100/100 Mbps range) and had a strong signal throughout the room. Shared kitchen with large refrigerator was useful, as well as a Nespresso machine that is restocked daily with coffee pods (including decaf). The washing machine worked well and came in very handy! Shower pressure was nice and strong and water stayed hot consistently. The bath towels were large and plush and comfy. Toiletries were provided. The in room safe was easy to use as well. Air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. They even have daily service to tidy the room and make the bed. What an amazing find and great value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Grazie mille!

it’s a very nice place to rest and explore the city

the location is perfect for exploring the city, safe, close to everything we liked that there was a small kitchen (shared, not in the room) the room is quiet, good to have rest

well, the only thing you can dislike is stairs that take you to the room, but it’s short and okay even with suitcases

Lovely location, and the staff were so friendly! Having the kitchen there to be able to cook was a huge bonus. The building itself was also beautiful, would certainly stay here again.

Charming, despite check-in hiccup.

We loved the location: steps to the sea, museums, public transport, and shops in the posh district of Chiaia. The room was comfortable, everything was very clean; our suite (Capri) had a beautiful sea view and a small terrace. They even have a communal kitchen where you you can cook or have a coffee. The owner of the B&B personally reached out, which was a nice touch.

Communication for check-in. I hope this is an isolated experience, but we were not given information about how to reach the place prior to arrival. It is up several flights of stairs in a corridor with other businesses, and there is no reception. We ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes outside, despite having given them our ETA the night before. Calls were not answered, and when someone did arrive, they were not at all apologetic. The owner did reach out later and apologize, which was appreciated. Also important to know to carry a little cash, as the elevator costs 0.10 cents and they will ask for a payment of City Tax (also not mentioned beforehand).

A Cozy place

The flat is situated in one of the most fancy parts of Naples between Via Chiaia and lungomare Caracciolo. It is in a pedestrian area and also closed to the bus stop. You can live the Neapolitan atmosphere and experience to be in a cozy flat in the heart of Naples and have breakfast at one of the historical caffè “Gran Caffè La Caffettiera”. The owner is very gentle and helpful, if needed. We spent a wonderful time there.

Good location,customer service needs some work

Good location, lovely old building , plus great view.

Check out, 10am , knocking on door at 9:50 were we leaving, owner did contact me after to apologies over the issue, my advice be clear you are checking out at 10am when you check in, to make sure you do have my experience as cause us stress which you don't need when on holidays. Breakfast not worth it, coffee and a pastry!
