About this house rental
AVAILABLE TO RENT DAILY/WEEKLY ONLY--MAY-SEPTEMBER. NO PETS ALLOWED. This beautifully decorated pool/spa home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Comfortable for 2 families, with a King bed and 50" TV in the master, Queen bed and TV in the second bedroom, the third bedroom can sleep 4 with a Twin over Double bunk bed and a trundle pull out underneath also has a TV and DVD for the kids. Indoor laundry room and Central Vacuum. The Dining room table can seat 8 with an additional seating for 6 on bar stools at the bar. The backyard is made for entertaining with a covered patio and plenty of seating to enjoy the pool view. The Patio table seats 8, lounge chairs are on the patio and a 4 chair table up by the spa. The over-sized pool and spa can be heated with propane and features a glass tiled water slide to keep the children entertained. Enjoy the calming sound from 2 waterfalls. Gas BBQ for your outdoor cooking. Living room has a 55" TV. Pool table and Ping Pong table are in the garage for your entertainment. Plenty of parking in the 38' boat deep side of garage that can be cooled with it's own swamp cooler. There is also parking on the side of the house. Direct TV w/Calif channels, Wi-Fi Internet. RO and Water Softener. Propane is NOT included in the rent, tenant will be billed separately for all propane used to heat the Pool/Spa. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month.

Very pleasant stay overall. the location was good because there were grocery stores close by as well as a car wash that was one of the best around. We had some issues with the pool and spa malfunctioning and Nadine quickly took care of that. The WIFI is a bit weak[my wife uses it for her work from home]but again Nadine did what she could to get it working for her. The pool was a bit expensive to heat, but we used the spa often and it heated up quickly. A very quiet neighborhood and a garage/ game room was nice when we just wanted to chill at home. I wouldn't hesitate to rent another time if we were in the area.

This home was about 500 dollars above the average rental in the area for the same weekend. I went with this home only because the photos of the pool seems nice. In person the pool needs some work. The tile was falling off and the pool was due for maintenance, as some of the pumps weren’t working. The pool and outside furniture was dirty and the pool toys were broken. The inside of the house was also dirty, we arrived with a special gift floating in the toilet. The sofa was ripped and one chair had some oily stain. The list of rules was a bit much also. I don’t know why I paid a cleaning fee if I have to clean the property myself. The AC could only be set to 75, which I wish I would have known prior to booking. Overall, hard pass on this property.

The perfect family house for us. We ended up leaving the lake a couple hours early everyday just to get back to the pool. I will be looking for this house every trip to Havasu now.

Great House w/ ALL Amenities- KIDS LOVE THIS PLACE!
The house is located on a quite street in a newly developed area. The front landscape matches the desert around you and has ample parking in garage, driveway and in front of driveway.
Once inside, sectional couch with two chairs, comfortable seating 8 people. Each bedroom was good size and the master bedroom has a door out to backyard - easy early morning coffee retreat :)
The garage has EVERYTHING your kids can dream of! Ping Pong, board games, Foosball, Pool table and cornhole boards - we ALL had a great time hanging the garage and playing the games.
The Pool is so FUN!!! The slide the kids couldn't get enough of and the lounging step made it nice for the adults to hang too! The jacuzzi was nice when heated and the entire backyard was very inviting to chill, BBQ, and relax after a long day on the lake.
The lake is just a short 10 minute drive - appreciated the distance from the hustle and bustle of the lake atmosphere.
We loved the house and will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful House!
This house is truly wonderful! Very comfortable and clean. We traveled with children and the pool and water slide were a big hit for everyone. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful. We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
The place was awesome! We went to Havasu to spend Thanksgiving with my parents but their place was too small. This home was perfect for our event. The kids really enjoyed the games in the garage and the heated pool and hot tub were great. We were very impressed and will rent again in the future.

Amazing!
This property beyond exceeded our expectations, the pictures don’t do justice. It was beautiful and spacious. The outdoor area and pool were nothing short of amazing. The only “issue” was one of the water falls weren’t running and the lights in the pool wouldn’t come on, neither of which took away from a good time. A couple of the rocks fell off the spa wall and property management responded right away and was great to deal with. Will definitely be renting again.

An amazing time before school starts with the Kiddo's!
Nadine was incredible and the house was perfect. The pool and slide truly made the trip for our Kiddo's and they were so excited. We appreciate Nadine for being so proactive and sending us instructions before we even asked. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home,..amazing backyard! I have family in Havasu and have stayed in a few rental homes there. This home has been our favorite. The pool was amazing! Spent a lot of time out there. Had everything we needed, well stocked, clean and comfy. We couldn’t find the balls to play with the pool table, it was a little too hot in the garage anyways and we wanted to spend all our time in the water anyways. So I didn’t bother calling or asking. Definitely will try to get this house again next time I’m back in Lake Havasu. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We needed to find a place that would fit 7 adults and a baby. the set up was perfect...in fact, after going out for lunch the first day, we just stayed at the house the rest of the time. The backyard was perfect, we were there most of the time.

Great location close to everything. House worked out well for a family trip and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Some areas it could be better-
-We were worried about propane use with heating the spa or pool because of all the cautions about being charged for this. Would be helpful to have some estimates of what it costs to heat so you aren’t stressing on this during vacation if you are cost conscious.
-why a lower score for cleanliness was there were lots of webs and bugs in corners of ceilings, thick dust coating many surfaces and ledges/blinds. If you have allergies or are a neat freak this place isn’t for you. We just ignored this stuff and enjoyed the great pool.

Awesome Pool
This lake havasu house is large and stocked with everything you need. Plenty of towels, an abundance of plastic dishes for the pool, pool toys, sand toys, etc. The main reason we booked this house was the pool and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed the hot tub and due to chilly nights we did opt to heat the pool one day. We loved the stereo/speakers around the pool and the close proximity to town. It was about a 5 - 10 min drive to London bridge beach where we were able to enjoy the lake and rent jet skis! We had an awesome time in lake Havasu! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Awesome Home
This property was even better than described. Pool, hot tub and slide are so awesome. The kids spent so much time out there. The house, garage and pool are outfitted with speakers. We listened to music everywhere we went. We played so much pool and ping pong that now we are getting those at home. Nadine (Property Manager) was awesome! So kind and responsive. Hiking trails right down the street that lead all the way to the river. It was a long hike but that is what we loved. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this property, over the past year we have stayed at several places and this was by far the best. Everything you read about this property is accurate and to be honest, if anything, it's underrated. The neighborhood is safe and clean, the house was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed, and the pool area was phenomenal! We hope to come back next year! Highly recommend! We had an amazing time at Lake Havasu City! The pool is amazing and being able to go in the hot tub first thing in the morning was awesome! This house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy time with your family including pool and ping pong, a puzzle, games and super comfy beds. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice stay
Nice property. The kids enjoyed the pool and the Netflix on the televisions in the extra bedrooms. They liked using the pool table, dart board, and ping pong table in the garage, too. They had hoped that there was the mini basketball hoop for the pool that they saw in the online picture in the garage, but we couldn't find that if it was still there...playing basketball in the pool is one of their favorite things, so that was the only thing they were disappointed about. The location was good. It took about 10 minutes to get to town. Thank you!

Awesome Property
This house is amazing, backyard is awesome with resort style pool. House has everything you need. We had a little problem night one with the A/c not working. I texted Nadine the next morning, (property Mgr) and within a few hours , she had someone out to fix it. Nadine extended our stay by one night for the inconvenience at no cost. Thank you for that !! Lake is 10 min away. This property is a must stay. We will definitely be back !

Wonderful Home for Entertaining
This is a lovely home. The attention to detail makes you feel at home from the moment you enter. The great room is an outstanding place for gathering, sharing a meal, or working together in the kitchen. The outdoor entertaining area is incredible with plenty of space, seating, and individual areas for small groups to gather. The pool, spa, waterfalls, and slide are all beautiful and so relaxing.
If we were to provide constructive feedback, we would please ask that the garage refrigerator be much cooler, that the air conditioning in the home provide more cooling on the 100+ days (the interior was in the mid-80's at night), and that the cleaning staff provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper - having 1 in each bathroom is pretty stingy.
Overall, it was an incredible home with close proximity (12 minutes) to the lake's water sports and a relaxing haven after a full day at the lake. Thank you to the property manager!

Summer's last hoorah
We wanted to do something before the kids went back to school. Everyone wanted to go back to Lake Havasu and back to THIS house. We always have the best time. There were 5 kids and 4 adults. The house, pool/spa/slide,pool table,ping pong table, pool toys kept us all busy all day and nite when we were not on the lake. This house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need. The garage is cooled which is really nice too. This is our 4th time back to this house and it is always clean, accommodating and very comfortable. Management is great as well. We can't wait to come back. We love it here!!

We had the best time over the weekend! The pictures dont do this house enough justice. The pool is bigger than expected and was the highlight of our trip.
