We had a great stay in late June. Weather wasn't the best for swimming but the roomy & sunny dock was awesome, the large grassy yard was great for lawn games, and lots of pool and ms. pacman were played in the game room. We were a 3-generation extendedn family group of two 50+ year-olds, five in the 25-35 range, one newborn, and two dogs. The place had plenty of room to spread out for sleeping. The owner lives in a house through some trees within the same compound and was very friendly and helpful and non-intrusive. What a beautiful spot!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend our vacation. Beautiful lake views, sandy beach for the younger kids to play and we also launched our kayaks from there. Convenient mooring for the pontoon boat we rented. Stone fireplace overlooking the lake for nighttime enjoyment. Game room in the cottage was enjoyed by all! The dock was fun for all to jump into the lake! A great place for a family vacation!

We had 16 people on the property, and had plenty of room. The beach, dock, and swimming are excellent. We loved the fire pit, too. With the large dining table that is open to the living room, we could all be together during meals, even if the kids wanted to watch tv while they ate.

We had a great week at Thompson Point. There were 4 families and plenty of room/privacy. Between the Main house having two bedrooms/bathrooms that could be separated and the guest cottage, it was perfect for our large group. The outdoor space is wonderful and the kids had a blast on the docks. We rented a boat and it was easy to park and moor it every night. Sal is right next door and very responsive if we had questions or needed him to show us anything. The only thing that would have made it better was a hot tub!

We had a wonderful week. The best part without question was the amazing dock, sandy beach and floating swim dock. Great patio, grill and outdoor fireplace. The owner Sal is kind, helpful and a terrific guy.

A great place for a large family. There were 16 of us and we felt like we had plenty of room. The yard was great and the beach and the dock were awesome.
