Two bedroom cabin located in scenic river town. Ideal base for hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling vacations. Located near two public boat landings and fishing dock and just off the snowmobile trail.

I was up in the area to do some fishing and the place was perfect. It was close to two nice boat launches and very easy access for parking the boat in the driveway. Very clean just a perfect place to stay.

Dan's place was extraordinarily clean and well kept. I met Dan and everyone should have the chance. Great guy and very accommodating and easy going. Brownsville is safe and easily walkable to the local eateries and Wildcat Park. Bonus to have access to the garage especially with the winter months upon us. Kitchen well stocked. Very comfortable living spaces. Thanks Dan.

We stay here in the Fall each year. Brownsville may not be for everyone but we like it. Small town but friendly locals. Dan keeps the place in great shape. The large garage is an added bonus and suits our needs well.

Enjoyed our stay! We were able to visit our daughter at UWLaCrosse easily during Oktoberfest! Dan's house was super clean and well kept--also enjoyed the chocolate treats that were left for us! Thank you Dan!

I enjoyed the stay. Dan was very responsive if I had any questions and the ability to use part of the huge garage was a plus for my car, motorcycle and trailer. Short drive over to La Crosse for restaurants etc

We had a great time, even though the weather wasn't as nice as we'd hoped, the house was so comfortable and relaxing that we felt our little vacation was wonderful. That definitely wouldn't have been the case if the house wasn't comfy :) Would stay there again!

The Cabin was delightful and very comfy. The furnishings and accent pieces were very good quality. The outdoor patio area with grill was nice, and a spacious garage to park my vehicle was a bonus!

Just Like Home
I have absolutely no complaints, the place was neat and clean it has all the accommodations as if you were at home. Nice large garage where we were able to park our boat out of the weather. I hope is available for our trip next year.

The rental property was exactly what it says online and Dan was really easy to work with. Overall it was perfect for what my friend and I needed. The candy was an awesome bonus as well!

Great place for a fishing getaway
This place was setup perfectly for a group of guys heading to Minnesota to fish the Mississippi River. The place is clean, in a quiet neighborhood and located across the road from the river. Garage was great for parking the boat at the end of each day. I would recommend this place to anyone headed to the area.

Great location near the river, convenient location. Very happy with our stay. Clean house and had everything we needed for the family. The large garage was great for packing and unpacking our things.

We enjoyed the property
Dan is a great host, nice and clean house, well maintained. There are two twin beds in one bedroom and another twin bed in one of the other rooms. We had access to half the garage which is quite sizable, enough to store our car and bikes as well. Close to a couple of bars in a quiet neighborhood.
