This home is perfect for groups of up to 10 people who are looking for a roomy and comfortable place to stay and want easy access to town. If needed, free public transportation is right in front of our home for easy access to downtown Ketchum where shopping, dining, sightseeing and art galleries are plentiful! Sun Valley Lodge, Sawtooth National Recreational Area ,Elkhorn resorts and River Run ski lifts are also easily accessible by the public transportation system, KART.

This 2800 square foot home will accommodate a family or group in comfort and luxury. The main floor features an open, spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, 2 gas fire places, television and 2 full sofa that opens to Queen beds on both the upper and lower floors for extra beds if needed. Surrounding picture windows give way to great views of the ski slopes in the winter and picturesque sunrises and sunsets over the mountainous landscape in the summer.

In addition, the dining area seats 6-8 with an open kitchen with granite tile counters and is fully stocked with utensils and cookware.
Kitchen: The fully equipped open kitchen with ash cabinetry, hardwood floors, state of the art appliances, including gas stove/oven, and great views will appeal to everyone. Amenities include a microwave, a dishwasher, in-door ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all dishes, cookware, glassware and utensils needed for gourmet meals.

A sliding door off the dining room leads to a deck for a wonderful view of Baldy Mountain & views of the Pioneer Mountains & Wood River Valley.

Master bedroom: Queen-size hand-crafted pine log bed and matching furniture, with a spacious master bathroom including separate shower, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, walk in closet and dual his/her granite vanity.
Bedroom Two: two twin beds or easily converts to a king bed.

Downstairs has another family room with full size sofa bed and gas fireplace, TV and board games. There are also two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with bunk beds. A full bath and laundry room are also available.

The ground floor boasts a convenient two car garage with ski racks and plenty of storage!

Items of Note: In the back yard there is a Private 8 person hot tub with gorgeous views of ski mountain in winter months,, private outdoor area with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining in summer, air conditioning in warm weather and a full-size laundry room with washer & dryer.
Our property is close to a number of Hiking trails and also Mountain bike trails which run very close to the house. We are also within a half mile of the National forest which provides outstanding hiking, biking, fishing and camping availability along with some natural hot springs along the river!
