Everything about our stay in your home was perfect!!! Thank you so much!!!!

Margaret and I very much enjoyed our stay with our 7 month old Black Lab. The home and fenced yard were perfect for us and our dog. The entire set up was exactly what we were looking for in a pet friendly property. As former Petalumans we were very familiar with the neighborhood and found it exactly as we remembered it - safe, quiet with easy access to town and a short drive to Helen Putnam Park. Given our very positive experience, it is our hope to return to this property in the future.

This was a cute comfortable home. The location was just a few blocks from downtown. Only downside it is on a fairly busy street. A little bit noisy during the day but the nights were quiet. We would stay again.

This house is a perfect place to stay for access downtown as well as an easy departure to the back roads into Marin and other parts of Sonoma. We would so happily stay here again, actually, we would love to live here! Pretty comfy bed, clean shower, hot water, good pressure, and plenty of space in the living room to stretch out and do your favorite yoga poses after a long ride or hike. Connee was so very communicative and easy to work with. The next door neighbors Jess and Dave were awesome too!

Our trip out west, from Michigan, provided us a great landing area to visit out daughter in San Francisco and explore Wine Country in Sonoma.
Love having the ability to quickly get downtown for anything needed, such as Petaluma Market, Bagel Mill, Stellina or Avid coffee.
Connie is easy to work with and would definitely consider coming back to Petaluma and renting from her again.

The property had everything we needed and in a great location close to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. The backyard was a nice place to sit and drink coffee or wine and enjoy the landscape. Inside was enough to keep us comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.

Connie's Petaluma property was just delightful. This was our last stop on a two week trip and we couldn't have chosen a more perfect location to visit the Napa and Somona wineries!

We loved our stay in Petaluma. The place was comfortable, quiet, and a 10 minute walk into town. Connie was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The fenced in yard was awesome for our dog, despite her never getting used to the dog door. I highly recommend this place and only have good things to say about Connie.

Some delightful architecture in this very-well maintained house from the '30s. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed a couple of comfortable nights. Didn't make use of the kitchen at all, but it looked well-equipped. The yard is charming, and the location is very walkable - there are a lot of food options within a 10 minute stroll.

This is a great property, very clean and neat and located very near the downtown area of Petaluma. As a bonus, it is directly across the street from the Petaluma Creamery which serves ice cream and sandwiches. Connie was very accessible altough we had no issues whatsoever to take care of.. We felt safe in the property and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a great place to stay while exporing all that Petaluma has to offer.

This property is perfectly located for the local town. We enjoyed walking into town and sampling the local restaurants. Perfect base too for exploring Napa, Sonoma and the coastal towns. The house has everything (and more) that we needed and Connie was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you Connie

Perfect spot in Petaluma
This is one of the cleanest, best-equipped VRBOs we've stayed in. The very-responsive host has thought of all possible needs, like coffee beans+ grinder, plenty of paper supplies, and a full armament of kitchen tools. There's even a bathroom nightlight.
We spent many peaceful hours in the beautifully-landscaped garden. Although the house is located on a main street, there was no noise intrusion.
Location is ideally situated so that all areas of downtown Petaluma are walkable. We didn't need a car, although it wouldn't have been a problem since parking was easy.
Thanks for hosting such a great stay!

Everything we needed
We did some cooking and found everything we needed. Slept very well.

Excellent location!
We had a great visit! Excellent location for the Petaluma wedding that we attended. We loved Wild Goat Bistro and Rays Deli (just down the street). Also got yummy sandwiches at Petaluma Creamery—just across the street. Grocery stores were nearby. Grocery Outlet had good deals. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The shower was a little small, but not a big deal.
For things to do: we hiked at Helen Putnam regional park (about 5 min away). Daily cost was $7 for non residents. Also went to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes and Muir Woods—all close by. Connie was very communicative. All in all, we had a great visit.

Fabulous location
Fabulous location within walking distance of town and a great base to explore Sonoma and Napa Valley, plus very quick and easy to get to the Bay Area.
The house was equipped with everything that is needed for a holiday and is very comfortable.
Didn’t need any interaction with host because everything was there and very self-explained.
Highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Bungalow with a Lemon Tree in the Backyard
My wife and I stayed at this property for eight nights with our miniature Australian Shepard, Pepper. The experience was exceptional. The house was a comfortable bungalow, clean, very well equipped kitchen, great Wi-Fi, and the neighborhood was fantastic with restaurants and shops easily within walking distance. The Petaluma Creamery is right across the street with addicting ice cream. The backyard is fenced, landscaped, with a wonderful lemon tree and table and chairs for dining or coffee in the morning. Our Aussie loved the dog door and was king of the backyard sniffing every bush and plant. Connie the owner was extremely pleasant, helpful, and available to answer any question. My wife and I would highly recommend this property with a seconded endorsement from Pepper.

A perfect stay in a perfect house!
It’s not often that a listing for a stay meets expectations, but Connie’s house both met and exceeded mine! The property and amenities were as described and we wanted for nothing. The house is stocked with everything possibly needed!
The house is tastefully decorated and the front and back gardens are absolutely beautiful! Sadly the weather didn’t allow much time in the back yard, but I found much serenity spending each morning in the space just off the kitchen, looking out the corner windows, while sipping on my coffee.
The neighborhood is quite lovely and peaceful and the historic downtown is a quick walk away. The creamery across the street is ‘calorically dangerous’ but a must if you’re staying here!
Connie was quickly responsive to any and all messages I sent both before and during our 16 day stay in her beautiful home and definitely a five-star experience!

It was a cute house, clean, great location. Pull-out couch was not comfortable.
Fun Girls get-away to wine country! Needed two beds. Pull-out couch was miserable to sleep on. A bed in there would enhance the rental property. Liked Petaluma area.

Great space for weekend or extended stay in Petaluma
Great location and even better property. The house is well equipped with everything you need for longer stays, is super spacious and comfortable, and has a great outdoor space if you're into that kind of thing.

Great place. Great location!
I stayed here for a mini-work trip and it was perfect! A lovely neighborhood, a little grocery store up the road and downtown was just a 10 min walk away.
The house itself was lovely too. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was lusciously hot.
I didn't get to spend much time in the garden but it was a lovely space.

Great stay walking distance from downtown Petaluma
This location was such a nice little getaway for us and the dogs! We were able to walk to nearby dining and shopping with most places being dog friendly. The backyard was really nice for the dogs to be able to get out and run around. Connie was quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!
