Had a great time in a good location. We were able to walk into town or take a ride share. We also hit the local grocery store with no issue as we had a rental car. Street parking was great. Loved the patio out back for morning reading.

The property was easy to find, furniture was old, the kitchen table was wobbly, the shower head was awful, there was no internet connection & no instructions for TV, and there was a coffee pot had no coffee. Great location if you can walk a lot.

This cute little cottage was perfect. It is in a great location - we walked just about everywhere. The cottage is small and quaint but feels plenty roomy inside. If I return to Savannah I want to stay here again!

We fell in love with Savannah Georgia with tours and dinner houses. Especially Vic’s on the river. Excellent. Thank you

Cozy place on nice street and within walking distance of everything. Comfortable beds.

Great little historic two bedroom place in quiet neighborhood within lovely walking distance of so many things. Plant Riverside is approximately a two mile walk (the opposite end of historic area from our location on Jones Street) but the views and things to see and do along the way made it fly by. Forsyth Park was very close and so was the grocery store. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved this little restored historical cottage. Provided everything we needed.

Loved the location - could walk to almost all of our activities and restaurants. Street parking was easy and we appreciated the instructions to move the car for street sweeping evenings. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. A perfect place for my mom and me on our long weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay in this quaint home. Our family of five enjoyed the location. The house is on the most beautiful street. We were able to walk to all our destinations with 3 young kids in tow. The house was wonderful and had all the things we needed for our 3 night, 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Stopped for a couple nights in Savannah while headed to Florida on a family road trip. The neighborhood is beautiful and so much is in walking distance. The king bed was great/so comfy. The setup of the bedrooms being connected by the French doors didn’t allow for much privacy and you could hear everything in the room next door. Everything was nice and clean except the rubber liner to the washing machine was horribly moldy and the washer smelled awful, but Mary said they’d address that so it shouldn’t be an issue for future guests. Check-in/-out was a smooth process. Overall a nice little spot to stay for a couple days of checking out the city.

Very happy with house. Only downside was neighborhood. Wife uses a wheelchair at times
Brick sidewalk didn't work out.

Really enjoyed the property even with its uneven floor. My drink actually slid off the table, but that is what makes the place. Position is great, and in. Beautiful street
Thanks very much

We loved this beautiful place for our annual girls’ trip! It is in a lovely neighborhood, very picturesque. We felt safe in this area coming in at night. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place felt homey. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

Charming! Convenient location for EVERYTHING, clean, and quiet. Responsive, friendly, helpful host--she thought of everything a guest might need. We walked the entire historic district from here & loved every minute. I would definitely book this house again.

We loved the place. It was exactly as described. Very clean, the beds were comfy and the courtyard was perfect for our morning coffee and mimosas. We would highly recommend this place, it checked all the boxes.

Unit clean and new appliances available
Unit clean w new appliances. Well supplied. Blow dryer not working. Limited furniture and television not user friendly. This is older unit upgraded but floor not level and limited provisions for clothing needs. Yard cleaned after a few days. Great neighborhood. AC working well.

Very hard to watch tv with furniture arranged as it is. Tv in bedroom way too small. Very disappointed in yard; portrayed nice in pictures, but really needed to be cleaned up. Very hard to empty garbage with brick path caving in and gate crooked and hard to open.

Recommend. Would definitely stay again.

My husband, a friend and I stayed at the property earlier in March and loved it. The location was perfect. We walked all over Savannah and hardly used our rental car while we were there. It is a cozy place, but had all the amenities that we needed. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I'd absolutely recommend this place to someone wanting to visit Savannah and to stay in the historical district.

Great location with easy access to the river area and parks. Neighborhood is very quiet and free street parking. Plenty of room with 2 BRs, kitchen, dining, sitting area and 1 bathroom. Nice outside area to sit. A few minor quirks with the home but nothing that would prevent you from enjoying your stay. Definitely a very good value!

We loved our spur of the moment trip to Savannah.. House was decorated with new appliances and modern touches but yet had a good mixture of "Old Savannah" Everything was very clean. It was also within walking distance to everything. Hope to come back again

My friend and I booked this place to celebrate New Year's together in Savannah and we're so glad we did! We didn't have a car during our stay, but we were only about a 15-minute walk from everything we wanted to do, including the riverfront, Forsyth Park and more. We loved that the neighborhood was nice and quiet at nice so we could relax after full days of exploring. The beds were both comfy and the added bonus of a washer and dryer was so handy. The only odd thing was that the hot water would come on and off in the shower, so there were a few cold blasts, but otherwise I'd highly recommend this place!

My friend and I did a girl's trip and the minute we walked in the house we fell in love. It's the perfect size, perfect location to everything and just very homey. We sat outside in the evenings. I was great. When we left we just happen to bump into the owner. He was very nice and friendly. I told him the only thing missing was a first aid kit. I cut my finger and there were no bandaids. It would like ve to rent

Stayed a week at this lovely home. A walk to the downtown area was less than a mile. The area where this home is, is lovely. The home was clean, great beds, well equipped with everything needed. We did the Riverboat Cruise brunch which was amazing. Did the dolphin cruise on Tybee which was great. Ate at Mrs Wilkes which is great but only open M-F from 11-2. Just have to go there and wait in line. Went to Pirates which was very so-so. Found a fun little dive bar called Pinkie Masters. Stopped there every night on our walk home. Spent time at the squares and Forsythe Park. Savannah is just magical. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Very safe neighborhood even after dark.

I found the property on VRBO, it was very easy and efficient. I had good communication. I would use Vrbo again. The property was nice. Great kitchen to use with good coffee pots, the beds are comfortable. Would prefer linens were washed with unscented products. As I have allergies. The couch was OK. We had to walk quite a bit from location, but the neighborhood was so quiet and nice to come home to. Overall really enjoyed our stay !!
